Protect the customer. My daughter took my card to buy her hair, they called me asking all the security questions just to make sure the card was in the right hand. Bravo for the good job.

They lady who works the cash register is very rude and unpleasant. My daughter who is 12 years old was touching a hair bow near the counter as I was paying for my merchandise. The rude cashier leaned over and told my child to stop touching it. I said but what if she wanted to buy it for her hair she then says I told her earlier to stop touching the make up too. I said you mean the make up testers that everyone touches. Then she said well kids tear stuff up I said not my child and if she does I have plenty of money to pay for it. I will no longer shop here because prison orange is not my color and I dont have time for rude racist folks who dont know how to talk to people.

Everytime I come in here the owner is friendly and helpful you cant get that alot in beauty supply stores. On another note, I feel the prices are expensive for most products.

I never had any problems eccept the last couple times Ive been in there. I was a customer for over 5 years. Today was the last straw for me. I can care less how other people come in your store and act but me as a paying customer either you want my business or not. The lady told me she couldnt tell me the hair prices unless I was definitely going to purchase it. How the hell do I know if I want if I dont know the price????????? Im not shopping off income tax money. Ill take my business elsewhere.
