I give them no stars. Just got bundles from them the other day. I paid a lot of money for that hair and it was no good. I wish I can post a picture of what it looks like it’s horrible.

Cluttered store. Cashier snapped at me to step forward and he called me babe in front of my boyfriend. Regardless if my boyfriend was with me or not, he shouldnt have called me anything. Dont support this business.

The store was looted BAD!!! They were finally getting it back together, Ali is a really nice guy, Ill definitely be back there to shop. Didnt find what i needed but i did find a nice substitute

I’ve been shopping at this beauty supply for 5 plus years an I just have to say that the owners an staff are amazing very attentive and helping all the pricing is reasonable an their open till 8:45 evening time! I couldn’t have ask for better people their products are always top notch everything best of quality near or far I recommend this location to buy what ever u may need 🙏🏼😘

I am not allowed to shop any where else but this beauty supply store. There hair is top shop no beating it. They have great Price and deals talk to Carson hes the right man to go to. If you want great advice on hair Antoinette is the lady to go to. Shes always helpful with giving me great tips on how to do my make up and the newest hair styles that are in.

This was the best experience I have had. Going to a store in Chicago is hard to get great service. Their employees are amazing and the manager is wonderful. There always greeting you at the door with a smile. They assist you when ever you need help, and have great deals and the best quality hair in Chicago.

Store is full of items. I just couldnt shop how I would like to because I was either stepping over empty boxes in the aisle or trying to maneuver around the people that worked there that was more interested in stocking shelves.

I stay up the street from the beauty supply store, which makes it so convenient for me. I call it my one stop shop because they always have whatever I need as far as quantity, quality, color, etc!!Thank You,

This guy told me he had products that he did not have..wasted my time had me come back to the store for night.... dont waste your time either and I showed up with my empty containers........

I have been shopping at Ali Beauty Supply for about 4 years. I shop here for their hair extensions & lashes. They have a wide variety of eyelashes from Kiss, Ardell, and Remi. They carry human hair, non human hair, large selection of wigs in every length and color that you cab possibly imagine. There are even displays of the texture of different brands of hair extensions. The employed are very sweet, helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend others to shop here. This is a great beauty supply store.

Well I bought 2 packs ofRemy dreamweaver 16 inch hair. And when I opened the first pack it was ok. But when I opened the second pack of hair it was only one bundle inside the package. My hair stylist informed me before he started doing my hair. We took a pic of it and I had to get my hair half done one side done and I decided at the last minute to get the other side shaved

This is now my favorite beauty supply they got xpressions 3 for 10. They also got freetress 3.99 a pack.
