Love this place! Fantasy is my favorite Halloween store. They have hundreds of adult and childrens costumes. Wigs, make-up,hosiery,props all available for purchase. You can even rent a costume. So much to see in this store. Staff are friendly and helpful! This store is very busy. Be prepared to wait in line to purchase items and sometimes enter the store. Parking is sometimes difficult to find.

Could not ask for anything better. This is my second year coming here for my Halloween needs. I will never be going back to a chain store again. Everything my kids needed for their costumes, I found here. I actually found more than I was initially looking for. They have an amazing selection of costumes, props, masks, etc. Anything you can ever ask for, you will find here. We came here to buy my son a mask ( he is a huge Michael Myers fan and just had to have the new mask that came out) and all I can say is WOW! The mask is amazing. They carry such quality products. Forget going to these chain stores that cheaply make their products. I rather support a business that really sees me as a customer and not just another face coming in. Their staff and owner are so sweet and helpful and actually will have a conversation with you instead of rushing you out of the door. This business has earned a life long customer and I will be telling everyone I know to support this business.

Amazing selection of costumes for all occasions plus the couple that has owned the store for 40+ years in this location we’re the cutest ever. Thank you guys for the hats and the amazing service, can’t wait to visit again soon. I went for the tricks and gag selection, check out the snakes in a can they are awesome.

Thankfully we showed up early to avoid too many people within store & then a line outside.I was there for a masquerade mask & they have a deluxe variety. Staff was helpful, friendly. This is always thee Halloween place for everything!

Went with my daughter and nephews, live the atmosphere, the people are extremely helpful and on top of their Halloween information!!! A little pricey for a 6 year olds devil costume ($83) but, we did get everything needed! The owner is on site and friendly! Highly recommend this store for all your Halloween needs.

It’s amazing! If you’re looking for any costume they have it! I got my IT costume there and it was so nice! It came with all the pieces I needed, like the gloves and the socks! Went there yesterday and oh man I forgot how big this place is and they have everything and anything you would need! Not just for Halloween but for parties ( kids and adult parties) and their selections of wigs is like no other, they even have a person there who styles the wigs for you. The staff was friendly and helpful and parking is easy to find. Definitely will be back for my kids Halloween costumes and birthday parties!

My band needed a few costumes for a photoshoot this coming week and decided to take a drive into the city and check out this Ionic store. The didnt let us down. The staff was so helpful. The owner was a such a great guy, very friendly. We were assisted by Alison and she was so knowledgeable about the. Costumes and rentals that it made the experience enjoyable. She listened to our needs and went above and beyond. If you need wigs or costume, this is definitely the place to go.

I honestly didn’t think this store still existed. I haven’t been here in over 2 years. It looks exactly the same and has the same helpful service I remember as a teenager trying to find the just right adhesive for horns and rotting skin. My 7 year old has the same passion for creepiness as I did as a child and I’m excited to share this piece of history and hopefully his present now that we are back in the city.

Ordered an item online, have been waiting over 2 weeks for the order. I called today to get information and was placed on hold for 10 mins. Hung up and called back, got someone on the phone who told me my order was cancelled the day after I placed it. I received no email regarding the cancelation. Nothing in my spam folder either. They even sent me a 10% off sale email the day after they supposedly emailed me but couldnt actually contact me to notify me of the cancelation. Very disappointing, zero chance Ill ever order from them again.

I said thank you, after answering my questions and he just hung up the phone. Wont be ordering now unfortunately. It was okay but for its size it had multiple of the same boring costumes. There was nothing that interesting. Just the same stuff you can order online for less and the staff were not that helpful. Me and my daughter did not go at a peak time yet they had almost no employees out helping people

After having no luck at the run-of- the- mill stores, I decided to follow a friends suggestion and get my costume at Fantasy Costumes. To say their selection is extensive is an understatement: masks, wigs, costumes, decorations, even some collectibles; they have it all. I felt like a kid in a candy store, and I would have stayed for hours if I could; thats how awesome this place is. I needed something for an 80s party to celebrate our recent liberation from lockdowns, and found what I needed quite easily. The staff was amicable, helpful and very knowledgeable. The manager himself, Chuck, was friendly and set me up with what I needed.Next time I dont think Ill even bother with the small, corporate chains that all carry the same exact merchandise and costumes, and Ill go directly to Fantasy. Overall it was a great experience. Highly recommend.

Fantasy Costumes has been around for many years, it’s good to see local stores such as this is still in business, but of course it’s gotten harder to keep business’s open with everything that happened in the last year. In my personal experience with the good people of Fantasy Costumes I’ve had a positive outcome, they are friendly, and efficient and get the job done. I rented the Elmo Costume for my kids party this weekend and it was a hit, the main attraction and all the kids and even adults wanted to take pictures with Elmo, it was great. This place has something special that’s why it’s been around for so long because it’s a place that grants others the opportunity to make memories and express yourself.

This is not your garden variety costume shop. It is far more superior in both quality and variety. Sure when you think costumes you think Halloween! This place has costumes for every occasion and every holiday year-round. I was really impressed by the staff that knew so much. This place is huge and they have thousands of pieces of merchandise from which to choose. It almost feels like several stores in one. They have a room for costumes, a room for masks. A room of wigs, a room of sexy stuff, a makeup area, a room for kids, and several odds and ends. I’m probably missing some things! I had some questions about masks and they knew exactly what I was talking about and even showed me some options I didn’t see on my own. In short, the customer service is fantastic, the variety is just so impressive you have to see it for yourself!

My boyfriend and I needed costumes for a Moulin Rouge birthday extravaganza we are attending next weekend. We needed a Ring Master and Maharaji costume and couldnt have picked a better place then Fantasy Costume. They had everything we needed and even let us try on our outfits before renting them.
