These women are very professional at what they do. It was my first time at this shop because my mom referred me and I was a little nervous at first, because I didn’t know how my hair would turn out. Once I got finished my hair was ended up being so beautiful. I will definitely be back again…

The bad reviews are because of the old management, but the shop is being renovated and their work is great. I got some senegalese twists and box braids done there before and both times it came out nice!

The stylist don’t braid good enough to last and if u don’t know about the prices they will for surreee beat u outta yo money if Tata not doing my hair no one will she is the best and right now she is overseas I don’t know when she coming bk but she need to hurry cause her ppl are not customer friendly and don’t do good work the shop is extremely run down they need to invest the money in the shop and it’s in a horrible location.

I’ve been going to this shop for years, and lately its been WAY better. The shop is under new management by her niece and she is SO SKILLED at braiding. Her work is so neat and her service is impeccable. The place looks better, the workers are nice, and it’s just overall much better experience now.

This shop has been purchased by a new owner. I’ve been going to this shop for about a year and a half and Tata’s niece has managed the store WAY BETTER THAN TATA. It looks way better, it’s actively been getting renovated and every time I step in the store there’s a new renovation. It’s great to see my loyalty being rewarded with the service getting better.

Ive been to this shop 4 to 6 times in the last 2 years.The shop is pretty good. Tata the owner is very nice and her braiding skills are definitely up to par. The downside is that the place is not very clean and is not in a very good location.

Brought my 3 daughters here. Today was my first time letting them get professional work done as far as braids. Awah has been doing my hair since I was 16 I’m 30 now!! TaTa did 2 of 3 of my daughters hair and it turned out GREAT Awah did my other daughter hair and I knew it would b great because no matter where I lived I always traveled to get her to do my hair and she never disappoints me. I would recommend them both!! Thanks Again I’ll see y’all soon!

Was only there to install cable, but the stylist that was there was very professional and took care of a customer that was not happy with her style and did it for free. Good customer service I say.

First off, they DO NOT CARE IF THEY ARE HURTING YOUR HEAD. THEY ARE VERY RUDE IN CARELESS. IF YOUR HAIR IS NAPPY THEY SAY ITS NOT THEIR FAULT WHICH IS TRUE, BUT THEY WILL MAN HANDLE YOUR HEAD BECAUSE YOUR HAIR IS NAPPY. THEY STOP TAKE BREAKS & TALK IN THEIR LANGUAGE THINKING YOU DONT UNDERSTAND WHAT THEY ARE SAYING THEY STOP IN ANWSER CALLS IN THE MIDDLE OF DOING YOUR HAIR IN THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER!!!! I CANT COME BACK HERE! TATA STOPS IN THE MIDDLE OF HAIR IN WILL HAVE AN ENTIRE CONVO ON THE PHONE. NEVER WILL I COME BACK TO HER.

TaTa ALWAYS did my hair neat n nice. No matter what I get, I receive alot of Compliments from male and female everytime I work out that shop. On how good my braids look and who I went too. Im in and out no matter what I get and its worth my money!!

Ok first off where do I start this place is absolutely horrible .. I came in and showed one of the ladies a picture of what I wanted she claimed she could do it. I sat and waited at least 5hrs and wasnt in the chair until 10:30pm that night. On top of that a little girl needed to use the bathroom which they had no tissue gave her a napkin and then told her to put it in the garbage. Also lets not forget the lights going off in the shop or the fact that one had on no bra. Once she finished which was at midnight by then I asked if I could receive a discount because the service and experience was horrible she tells me no you pay what I told you earlier but lets not forget that the hairstyle I asked for wasnt what she did. She did what she wanted Im very disappointed about the whole thing. I wouldnt recommend them to know one if I could I would shut them COMPLETELY down. They DONT deserve to have a shop it was my first and LAST time going. p.s I pray they see this. And one star is just to comment they receive no stars from me. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

She do some alright hair but dont be in there once it get dark cause she got some of the biggest rats I ever seen in my life and they not scared of humans they dont run abd she act like they not running around

They got some DISRESPECTFUL rats and it stank
