I have not been to the restaurant so I cant speak to that. I am a small business and when I signed a contract to use Tradecraft for my coffee supplies, I was told one thing by the sales person. She left right after and since then Ive had 3 more sales reps. Tradecraft was sold to Canteen and that meant new requirements, which also meant the original deal went out the window. It ended up costing me thousands of dollars. If you are a business that is on the smaller side, there are coffee suppliers with much better deals and much better sales reps that will actually work to HELP you, not hurt you.

If you are a new business or considering to buy new equipment to your cafe, absolutely skip this company. We ordered a Simonelli Espresso machine and payed the whole amount in advanced. They told us that the machine will be imported and will be delivered in 1 month. The Machine came 45 days later and they bring totally wrong machine, which is smaller and cheaper then we payed. Eventually they replaced the machine.Second Problem We had with this company is really ridiculous. During the selling they told us that they will give us 1 year warranty and free of charge of service. 2 days ago I called them upon a leaking problem from our machine. They told me that the sales person who gave us free service warranty is not working with them anymore so they told me that they cant give us free service. They asked for $90 for coming here and $150/hour for service fee. This is how serious and liable company they are. Go check other companies to buy equipment

Very unprofessional talking to them. (Lucy) There seems to be only one person working there on the phone. I received a email telling me they unfortunately distribute the product I sell. I made sure to tell this to my brand Rep. The website makes alot of promises like free machines and training. They also told me sorry we dont service TN. Maybe you should add that to the site as well. They also say they have roasters here. Seems like they dont want to sell the coffee local so they can be more sustainable.
