We went here for my sisters 15 in 2013 and it was a total nightmare. My sister picked the dress online before hand from a different place and luckily they did have it at the store. They told us they were going to order it in time which they did not. At this time she was about a size 6 and they gave her the one they had at the store which was about a size 14. She struggled throughout the night having to pull up the dress every second. Her accessories including bible, bouquet, gloves were poorly made with the glue and details falling off. When the boys in her 15 came to try on the suits one of them left their shirt so when we came back they refused to believe us saying that we were trying to steal from them. We left defeated and had to buy another shirt, but not from them. They overpriced everything and we didnt want to give any more money. When it was my time for my 15 I did not go here for anything. I do not recommend this place at all.

Its a shame that this place is still open!!! I ordered my bridesmaid dress from here and it was too expensive for the cheap material they used. I had no option but to pay because the bride chose this place. Even though I paid the whole amount like 2 months before the wedding I was told that I couldnt take it home until all the rest of the bridesmaids paid for theirs. After that I went back to get the alteration done and I was expecting to take it home then. But was told I still needed to wait for the rest to get their measurements. The owner was so rude and told me the alteration is free, so you need to wait, unless you want to take it like that. Do you think the alteration is not added to the price? For some reason the cheap dress was more than $150!!! Anyways I finally got the dress, on a Thursday and the wedding was on Saturday, literally 2 days before!!! To my surprise the cheap dress had a bad zipper!!!!DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. TAKE YOUR TIME AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! !! TRUST ME, YOULL THANK ME FOR THE ADVICE.

PAY NO ATTENTION TO THESE FAKE 5 STAR REVIEWS. Notice how all of these five star reviews are posted within the same week. Not to mention, only days after a young ladys Facebook post goes viral for proving that their dresses are no more than knockoffs of brands such as Ragazza. The distributor was contacted and it was revealed that they have no business with this store. The post received over 600 shares on social media, not for being scandalous or well written but due to the fact that many other people received ridiculous and sad copies of dresses they paid hundreds for. All of us expected an original and were deceived by these fraudulent people. I know this to be true, as we had a bad experience with this store a little over year ago. We received a knockoff, refused to pay the difference and found the original dress elsewhere and there was clearly a HUGE difference. Props to them for trying to flood the review section with generic positive feedback and managing to boost their rating. However, this only proves that they are not to be trusted. Nice try! PLEASE, SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Ask around and find a better establishment to do business with.

Came in here to pick up my cousins dress for her quince which is this week. They said that the dress was going to be here the first week of July and now they are saying that its not here yet and that it can take up to three months. The lady that spoke with us was very rude and was yelling at us trying to act like they are right in what they are doing. If I could I would give this place 0 stars! Don’t go to this place! it’s trash. last June, it was my quince. i got my dress made there & 3 days before my 15, MY DRESS WASN’T EVEN FINISHED YET! the ladies started to add whatever jewel to it just so we can leave with the dress. my madrina didn’t pay 1000 for trash like that. the dress was pretty but the irresponsibility is trash. i don’t recommend this place, there is plenty of places nicer. right now my cousin is having her quince and chose that place to get her dress and our dama dresses and chambelan suits, let’s see how this goes. 💀

Do not shop here or order anything from these people.They are scammers and will pass off bootleg dresses for what they claim to be originals ordered from catalogs. They are charging for the brand yet delivering cheap imitations. With my sisters Quinceanera right around the corner, we were given the dress weeks after the day the dress was supposed to be delivered, only be given a fake and very cheap copy. We had no choice but to go to Mexico where my sister was able to find a completely different dress. We never received any of the deposit we had given for this dress, and had we known what we would go through, we wouldve gone to another store or to Mexico in the first place. Please read. Id give negative stars if I could.I had a horrible experience with this store for my goddaughter’s 3rd birthday (presentacion) dress. They initially told us that we could make a deposit for a presentacion package, and if we changed our minds and just wanted the dress, they were able to remove the package and just give us the dress. A week later, when we went back to get the measurements of the dress done, they told us that they could not cancel. After arguing for 30 minutes, a lady who claims to have spoke with the owner, and never did, decided to cancel the order and gave us the dress, and DOUBLED the price of the dress. They promised to have the dress done in 3 weeks, design the dress, and gift us a free crinoline. However, we were never contacted about the progress of the dress. We had to call them at least 2-3 times to even know if the dress was even made. The workers there were not sure about the dress in general. After a week of literally stalking them, they told us to come and try it on. Arriving into the store after countless headaches, we at least expected a beautiful dress. NO. We were given a cheap materialed dress for my goddaughter to try on, with one sleeve bigger than the other, NOTHING like what was designed and promised. It was NOT even ready. No jewels, the dress from the waist was too small, the chest size was too long… it was just not what we expected. They then tried to cover it up by saying that we were lucky enough to have the dress this “early” because they “require” you to let them know 3-months in advance about the dress. We were not even told that. This place is garbage. It’s like they sell imitations of all their dresses. Please, I strongly advise, to go to a store who cares about their customers. These people will not even let you speak your mind and take your money for trash pieces. Overall, they are full of lies. They try to scam you with false promises saying they never promised that, and don’t even put dates on your receipt. Please take care of your receipt and mark all details about that day down, or else they’ll hold it against you.

This is the worst store you can imagine! I was just there this past Sunday, March 18th. My daughter liked a crown, that’s it! But of course they tell you they do great work, and can make any dress you desire! I was given a “package” price, dress and crown. The total cost $900! I said ok, how much do you require down, because I have no cash on me, she said “lo que usted quiera”! I said I only have $50! Her reaction was priceless! No! It has to be 50% she said! I thought you just said whatever I want? I went back today March 21st, to tell them I only want the crown, noththe dress! And I made this decision solely on the reviews I read here! Everyone is right! They suddenly were the rudest people! Told me to read my receipt! You ordered a dress and crown! I didn’t even look at fabric material! I didn’t even give the 50% down payment! This is beyond ridiculous! Then they kept calling me thatbif I wanted the crown to come back! I will not give them one cent more! I rather lose $50! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!

PLEASE READ ALLThis store is a fraud and is full of lies. My family and I ordered a dress for my sisters 3 year old and they made a lot of promises to us. They promised us that the dress would be ready in a month and that they would call us to go and do the measurements. We waited for the month they told us and no call came. I had to drive an hour from my house to be told that I was not ready yet and that I had to make an appointment. I went back again and nothing more. They didnt have anything ready and the employees didnt know anything about my order. The lady who attended us was very rude. When between there were two ladies arguing with the owner claiming that nothing was ready and that they had ordered their things 3 months ago. I had to demand that they give me my money back. I must have known that this store is unreliable from the moment I walked in. It smelled very bad, there were two dogs running around, the chairs they had were battered and there were stains of animal waste on the floor. I really do not recommend this place. I really dont know how this business continues. I dont know how I could think of wanting to buy something from this place. I went to another store where they had the dress ready that day and they did the measurements right there without any inconvenience. I was able to avoid spending two months on lies and fraud.

I dont really recommend it. The deal is terrible. The dresses are not ordered to be made as they say. They only keep the dress that the quinceañera was measured for 5 months, they keep it on the second floor. They dont do anything like that, they give it to you broken and everything already used by other people. They say that because the factory orders it. Being that the culeras tell you that they are going to fix it .. And without shame they tell you it is 5 months to make the dress and when they are supposed to deliver it they always call and tell you excuses that today the seamstress did not come, that today we have Many people. My sister had ordered her quinceanera dress and accessories from there and in the end we found out that the dress company did not even distribute dresses to them. Do not fall for their game, at first they serve you very kindly and once you pay and order your things, they treat you badly. When we went to complain there were like 3 other people who were also complaining. One of the alleged employees named Irma is actually the owner. Ace one year my little sister chose her bastide from there. He chose it like 8 months before and all that time my mom and dad calling and nothing else they said for the next week we called him to take action. Total that they gave us the dress a week before everything ugly without ironing and the toast all ugly, incomplete and broken. They gave her the very big surprise dance floor and my mom went to have it done somewhere else. I guess they were wrong with us and with other people too.

My family and I had a very bad experience at Andreas Bridal. Like every girl who yearns to have her quinceañera, my sister and my parents went looking for her dress at Andreas Bridal. My sister had already chosen a Ragazza Fashion dress later. The day my parents went was on the weekend. They arrived and the business looked very good. However, the reality was different. The day they were my parents they promised that they would be given an original Ragazza dress and a package of accessories. My dad asked the owner how we could make sure the dress was original. The owner suggested that we call the Ragazza distributor to make sure that they did distribute to that store. We trust these people. Unfortunately today when we went to collect the accessories we realized the cruel reality. As soon as we arrived, a lady was claiming to the owner that the dress for which she had paid $ 380 was not the one she had ordered. The lady showed us a photo of the dress that she had ordered, and nothing to do with the one that was being delivered. The dress was very poorly made and of very poor quality. When the lady complained to the owner, the owner told the lady, I am to blame if you dont like the way you look, you are to blame for being very fat. Tell me if thats the way to treat a client. Immediately another client arrived to whom today they had to deliver a wedding dress. The lady had paid an additional $ 50 to ensure that the dress was delivered to her today as she travels to Mexico tomorrow. The wedding is this weekend. Unfortunately the store did not have the dress that they had promised to deliver today. The lady was crying when she found out that they would not deliver the dress that she was supposed to take to Mexico. Immediately more clients arrived who likewise complained that they had not been delivered what they had been promised. When I realized how many people were complaining, I decided to look for the number of the Ragazza distributor. Call and what was my surprise that they informed me in Ragazza that they distributed to several stores on 26th Street. What was my surprise when I found out that Ragazza did not distribute to Andreas Bridal Boutique. Realizing this, my parents tried to talk to the owner about this matter. The owner insulted me for taking the initiative to call. In the same way, I insult my parents. In defending my parents, the owner insulted me again. He even threatened that he would sue me because, according to me, I was slandering him. Likewise, the owner continued insulting us as we demanded that the original Ragazza dress that we had ordered be delivered to us. That is not the way to treat clients. Owners are people who have no ethics to treat customers. Unfortunately we had already given a deposit. They promise a thousand things and in the end they dont keep. The dresses they deliver are very poorly made and of very poor quality. They are not original dresses, they are imitation. When reviewing the reviews on Google, we realized that we were not the only ones who had gone through this bad experience. There are many people who have been scammed and have been promised thousands of things which they do not fulfill. Please be very careful! Everyone knows that to celebrate a quinceañera, many sacrifices are made. It is not fair that weeks after the event we get these things. It broke my soul to see my sister cry. She so yearned to have her dress, and we get this with weeks of the quinceañera. Dont waste your time or money at Andreas Boutique Bridal.
