Even though I found my dream dress here I wasnt 100% satisfied with my experience. My first appointment was Friday at noon so of course I arrived with all my friends 5 minutes before and thought it wouldnt be a problem because on google it said they open at 11AM. However, the lady texted me at 11:10AM saying they wont open til noon that day. It would have been nice if I got that text at least a day before so we could plan accordingly. I think its important to update the hours on google or somewhere.Also when I tried calling to confirm something the next day(literally called 10 times both Saturday and Sunday) they never picked up the phone. I was confused if they were either closed or just busy. This was a problem because they are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays and I really wanted to confirm something before I go to other salons.When I came in for my second appointment, I had to wait for awhile in the corner because the previous team was still there. It was kinda awkward and I wish they would enforce the 60minute appointment strictly.Other than that they have good dresses with very affordable price(got mine for 2.4k)

Love everything about this place. Especially Rebekah who worked with me. She was insightful, patient, and honest (about each look). They have a great selection and the entire place is adorable!

Do not trust this place when buying online. I found my dream dress here, and had decided to buy it on Jan 31st, a Sunday. I hadnt paid for it yet because we were figuring out shipping. I sent payment for the dress on Feb 2nd, a Tuesday. Then today, Feb 3rd, I got an email saying that the dress had been sold on the floor on Monday, while we were discussing shipping. That is extremely unprofessional. That dress should have been taken off the floor the moment I said I would buy it. In addition to all that, I wasnt even told it had been bought until after I had paid and was expecting tracking. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Had an amazing dress shopping experience with Monica! I was nervous dress shopping during COVID and unsure if the experience would be what I would have expected, Monica exceeded expectations :) I loved how she chose each dress I tried on according to what I was interested in or based on what I liked/didn’t like about each dress. Jade Bridal has dresses suited for every bride which made it so hard to choose. Even when I still was unsure if I found “the dress” Monica squeezed me in for another appointment the next day with MORE dress choices, she made it very personal and ultimately it was one of her picks that I said yes to! ❤️

This place is AMAZING!!!! Both ladies were wonderful, knew exactly what I was looking for and they were both very nice. Beautiful dresses to pick from and affordable prices. Gave Monica my budget and she worked with it and never pressured me to buy anything I didn’t want. Even gave me her number incase I had any questions. I am very happy I bought my Dress here.

I recently purchased my wedding dress from Jade -- they were great -- for the designer I liked, they had lots of dresses and the boutique was very nice and they worked with my schedule and guest requests. I could not ask for a nicer experience --- well, under the constraints of COVID :) - highly recommend!

I had such a wonderful experience at Jade Bridal! Monica, my consultant, was so kind, supportive and helpful. I haven’t committed to a particular dress yet, but I highly recommend setting up an appointment! Communication was also on par, both before and after my visit. The salon is adorable, clean and has a great selection that isn’t too overwhelming!

This was an absolute no brainer. Monica is AMAZING - definitely request her! It was the perfect amount of customer service - not too on top of you, gave you room to breathe, but definitely knew what they were doing. Monica offered great tips for accessories and made the day really special. You are the only one in the boutique when you try on dresses, so it makes it very personal. They also fit me back in the same day to try on my favorite two. Theyre great! Highly recommended!

There are so many great adjectives to describe Kelly and Jade Bridal. I was welcomed with all hands on deck. They were completely understanding of making the right choice and being patience with me. I can’t believe I got so emotional and overwhelmed but Kelley was there to console and comfort me and helped me collect myself. I cannot stop thinking about the two dresses I absolutely loved! I look for to coming back a second time to try on a 3rd dress and have a decision made. Thank yuh Kelley and staff for such an amazing experience! Kelley, you’re amazing! I had THE BEST experience here. I had gone to multiple bridal dress shops before and after going to Jades and none of them compare to the service and dresses I found here. Because its a small boutique I didnt think I would find anything I would like, BUT they have such an amazing selection. Everything is breathtaking here.Monica was the sweetest and most enthusiastic person, she really helped me find the perfect dress for me and my requirements. Wini was the best to work with. She was very understanding, helpful and super flexible with me. She was very ensuring and on top of things (she knew Im the first out of my friends and family to get married so I didnt know what on earth I was doing). My dress came in a month before my wedding (estimated dates are accurate) she picked out the perfect size for me that when my actual dress came I didnt even need alterations. She helped find the perfect accessories and even offered discounts on some items.I had multiple problems with my credit card AND one of my bridesmaids dresses at a different location and was stressing, but Wini worked with us and everything was solved.Wini will work around your availability and go above and beyond for you. This place is seriously just the best and would highly recommend it in a heartbeat.

Jade Bridal is the best!! They took me in last minute because I was in Chicago for one day and my friends & I decided to look around for my wedding dress while we were there. We had the place to ourselves & the service was amazing!! They went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I wanted. I even got a free belt with my dress! I think it was the second dress I tried on that was the one!! But I was hesitant since I hadn’t tried on many dresses yet, so they let me think on it and didn’t pressure me at all. The next day I emailed & bought my wedding dress! They accommodated for me so well since I lived far away. They made all the changes I asked them to make on the dress so that it would be the perfect look that I wanted. It was custom made and amazing!! There was always great communication and working around my schedule was a priority for them, I can’t say enough great things about this one-of-a-kind place! I think it was only 6 months before my wedding that I came in & I still got a perfect custom dress with months to spare before my big day! WOW!

Wini has been amazng since Ive met her. All her dresses are beautiful and had a great variety to choose from. I shouldve went to her first before any other shop, it wouldve saved me so much time! She is quick to respond to my emails and a pleasure to work with!

I had just a wonderful experience at Jade Bridal. Wini was fantastic at taking my ideas and then having my dress hand made. It came out just perfectly and looked gorgeous on the big day. She had excellent communication with me as well as we came down to the crunch time, and did a lot with very little time! I recommend this business to any bride.

I went with a friend to pick out her wedding dress and we had such a great time! It really had me wanting to get married! Wini was very attentive and really listened to my friends concerns and desires. We played with various styles and just felt very at home. I bought my wedding dress here. I felt rushed and like I needed to pick one immediately. I ended up regretting my choice and they werent willing to do an exchange or anything.... So then I tried to work with them on alterations and that was a total disaster. The top fit weird so they sewwed cups in... Making the issue worse. The snaps they put on it as a bustle didnt hold at all the whole night. I dont recommend this store.They also never mentioned a 24 hour return policy. They told me I would have to sell it or theyd buy it back at 50%. The service was terrible. Dont buy your dress here- you can find the same dresses everywhere else and have a nice experience. Go to BHLDN!

Thank you Wini! This is the BEST bridal shop! I found a dress online and nobody in St. Louis had it so I found Jade Bridal because I was on the hunt for one specific dress. I didnt want to travel for a dress but Chicago is not extremely far from STL so my mom and I made a fun little road trip out of it. I am SOOO GLAD we did! Wini didnt actually have a time slot for me so she squeezed me in before her first appointment of the day. She was so accommodating and just made everything work out.When I was leaving I went to shake her hand but no, she came in for a BIG hug and it was a great hug from a tiny, sweet woman who is making my dress dream come true! THANK YOU! I cant wait to get my dress! :-)

I came from San Diego to Chicago to shop for a wedding dress along with my mom, mother in law, and matron of honor. Chicago was a halfway point for everyone to meet. I went to half a dozen bridal salons ranging from boutiques to nationwide chains. I found the dress at Jade Bridal. It was a stunning handmade Pronovia with multiple layers of lace. I fell in love with the dress except for the straps. I had always dreamed of a strapless wedding dress and this one had very thick straps. Wini was very helpful and explained that the straps could very easily be removed.Upon receiving the dress, it did not fit in any way (no, I didn’t gain nor lose weight). The dress was about 8” from being able to zip in the back and it was about 12” too long. Maybe the dress just comes at a standard length because I don’t remember doing measurements for height, but it should have fit around my ribs. Thankfully, I found an amazing seamstress that completely deconstructed and reconstructed the dress to fit me with countless hours of work. But, she told me the straps were structural and they couldn’t be removed without compromising the dress. I went to three seamstresses and all three said the same thing.It wasn’t the vision I had imagined forever, but it was nonetheless stunning and I have even received compliments after the wedding of guests still saying how much they loved that dress! It’s a truly stunning dress when people remember it after the wedding!

Jade Bridal helped me out of a very tough situation recently and they deserve nothing but praise! I was a bridesmaid affected by the Alfred Angelo bankruptcy, and I was the only one out of the bridal party not to receive my dress. I spent weeks scouring the internet for the dress I needed with no luck until Jade Bridal saved the day! Wini was especially amazing and helped me order the dress I needed even though I am about 800 miles away in New Jersey. The entire process took less than 3 weeks and I now have my dress in hand and did not have to back out of the wedding! Can’t thank Jade Bridal enough :)

I found my dream dress here. The rest of the experience, however, was AWFUL. DO NOT BUY AND ALTER YOUR WEDDING DRESS HERE.Buying the dress was easy. The first problem came when I received the call that my dress was ready to be shipped, and I just needed to make my final payment. Wini said after the payment posted, it would take 2-3 weeks for the dress to come in.What she never mentioned until over a month later, was that shipping was delayed because of a warehouse relocation. She never called or emailed to tell me this.When the dress finally came in, it was big. Wini said 2 inches on either side should fit. It was too late to order the veil I wanted. Wini said her seamstress could make a veil that looks just like the one I wanted.2nd fitting- dress was big in the bust, a little snug in the back and still long. The lace jacket had a HUGE SEAM in the front, because the SEAMSTRESS THOUGHT THE BUTTONS WENT IN FRONT. At least, thats what Wini said.3rd fitting, 10 days until the wedding. Veil looked like a childs arts and crafts project. The dress was so tight in the back, I had back fat spilling over. Wini said I was swollen because it was hot outside. She said I should have 6 girls help me and pat myself down in baby powder.! The bust still did not fit.When I emailed her my concerns about the back being too tight, she emailed me back stating she would tell her seamstress to take out an inch.Thats when it occurred to me at no point at any fitting did I ever see a seamstress. At no point was I measured, or pinned. Wini simply chose to keep taking it in, ultimately guessing on the alterations!! I felt like an idiot, how did I not realize I needed a seamstress?!?! I guess I just trusted this woman, business owner, to know how to do her job.After demanding to see the seamstress because Wini said she didnt speak English, I pointed out you dont need to speak English to see a dress doesnt fit. 8 days before my wedding and my dress doesnt fit and the woman who sold it to me thinks its ok for her bride to look like a stuffed sausage.The seamstress ended up taking the dress out, putting a HUGE SEAM down the front of my lace bodice, pieces of fabric sticking out of the sides and missing lace scallopping around the edge of the dress.I ended up grabbing my dress, which was on a wire hanger and flimsy short open plastic bag, and took it to another seamstress who was DISGUSTED. She said the dress was done so badly, the person who did it had no experience altering wedding dresses or working with lace. My dress needed to be taken IN again, 3 inches at the waist, hemmed about 4 inches, bust taken in at the seams and the jacket patched up and re-done to hide the seams and folded fabric seams.I paid for a new dress and ended up wearing a dress that was taken in and out so many times it didnt even have all of its original fabric. It had spots on it, presumably from Wini transporting it back and forth to her seamstress.At the end of the day, I did get my money back for the alterations and veil. She never reimbursed me for what I paid at the new seamstress, even after stating in an email she would cover the cost for alterations.Wini has no business selling wedding dresses. She obviously doesnt care what her brides look like. There is no seamstress on site to do proper measurements.No bride should EVER go through what I went through the week of my wedding. If the dress was properly fitted, none of this would have happened.DO NOT GO HERE. BOTTOM LINE.

BRIDES BEWARE STAY FAR FAR AWAY!I made the awful mistake of trusting this shop with my wedding dress. Worst decision of my wedding. My order was placed in February with a delivery date of June 5. I did not receive any communication that the delivery was delayed and after waiting 2 weeks I contacted the shop only to be told that they didnt know where my dress was or when it would be delivered. When I called, left messages and showed up 3 times they finally sent me an email stating the warehouse where my dress was being shipped from was closed for operations until after July 20th and my dress would be shipped sometime after that. No apology. No explanation. Nothing. This would leave me with less than a month til my wedding to get all fittings and alterations completed which is a nightmare during wedding season in Chicago. I had to follow-up with Pronovias myself to try to fix the situation. They were able to get me in touch with the warehouse directly and they told me that Jade Bridal was notified about the relocation of the warehouse and given the opportunity to get their clients dresses prior to the relocation but they never responded. This shop literally did nothing except take my order and my money and then was rude and threatening me for being upset about them delaying the delivery of my dress by almost 2 months. COMPLETE NIGHTMARE

I asked for specific dresses via email ahead of time, they confirmed in writing that those dresses were in the store, however, none of those dresses were available and they just lied to get me in the store and filled the dressing room with similar dresses and completely wasted my time.
