Franca is amazing, sweet and so talented. My wedding dress was delayed in transit due to Covid. I had alterations booked at another place who would not accommodate the delay in my dress shipping. I luckily stumbled upon Deflorio Fashions and found Franca. She responded to my email immediately and I was able to see her the following week! She did an amazing job on my very heavily embroidered Indian reception gown. The turnaround was so quick, the appointments were straight to the point and she took every suggestion I asked for and incorporated it into the alterations. She saved my dress and I cannot thank her enough!

I had such a wonderful experience with Franca at DeFlorio Fashion for my wedding dress! The whole process from start to finish was easy, enjoyable, and perfect! At each appointment, Franca was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Franca was amazing with communication – so organized, detailed, and professional. She provided such clear emails and always responded promptly. I provided her with my Pinterest board of wedding gowns that I liked and she was able to create my own unique one of a kind beautiful wedding dress! I also decided to make a change to my dress (adding more volume to the gown) later on in the process and Franca was so accommodating and did exactly what I requested. Wedding planning can be stressful, but having someone as detail-oriented and super organized as Franca helped put my mind at ease, especially with such a big decision like choosing your wedding gown! She also gave me a gorgeous sketch of my dress, made a mask that matched my gown, and made an adorable pillow for our rings! These extra special personal touches made an already fantastic experience even better! Working with Franca was a beyond exceptional experience both in terms of the final result and fit of my dress as well as overall service. I had received my dress from a popular wedding dress manufacturer but they had measured me improperly and I ended up with a size too large in all areas of the dress. My wedding was coming up very soon and every other dress alterationist that came recommended told me they were too busy to make my wedding date. I was extremely grateful when Franca called me only a few hours after I had made my inquiry to her. She expressed sincere concern over the phone about my predicament and asked how soon the wedding was coming. She got me in immediately to see how the dress fit and was very honest that much alteration would need to be done. She also encouraged me to let the manufacturer know how the sizing was incorrect and because of her encouragement I managed to be partially refunded for their inaccuracy. After 3 total appointments with Franca I had a perfectly fitted dress that looked like it was made to my size. She took in every single part to make sure it fit me and that I was happy with the look. She changed the neckline expertly despite me only giving vague desires for what I believed the neckline should look like, and even added in a part of the alteration without charge because she felt badly about my initial experience with the manufacturer. Franca is very experienced and truly talented at what she does. She has gifted eyes and hands, and a true awareness for what I was asking for in a single appointment. In short, my dress is beautiful, Franca is an extremely caring, meticulous, and honest wedding dress maker, and I could not be more grateful and impressed at her handiwork. She was also able to move up the dress completion date in order for me to be able to bring my dress home to California, so it was ready 2 weeks earlier than initially estimated. I really could not have done this without her, and I would recommend Franca to any of my friends! Im in love with this dress!

I went to Deflorio Fashion Bridal yesterday for my first ever bridal appointment. The space was gorgeous, the selection was excellent, and Franca was the sweetest, kindest consultant I could ever ask for. She put up with my self doubt and tardiness as well as my slightly crazy family all while being professional and enthusiastic. This was a wonderful experience and I could not recommend her and Deflorio Bridal more!

Franca was very accomodating with my last minute wedding dress shopping. She made the dress of my dreams come true and with several fittings before the big day. The customer service and dress selection are Top Notch.

I feel very mislead after going to Deflorio Bridal for an appointment. I sent in five dress photos from Deflorios website that I loved and paid $85 for a private appointment...This bridal shop is in an apartment with only 1 dressing room. There is no way another bride could have shopped at the same time. I feel cheated that I was encouraged to book a private appointment. On top of that, there was one rack of maybe twenty dresses to pick from. Not one dress was the style I sent in via email before. It was difficult for me to pick even two dresses to try on. I kindly asked for a refund since my 1.5 hour appointment was 20 minutes and none of the dresses I liked were in the shop. I was told that I could make a custom dress and there is no refunds. Advice: Do not pay for a private appointment, and dont expect the dresses you love from their website to be in store to try on.

Wedding Dress - Deflorio is the best place. You can tell that Franca truly cares about her customers. The experience was the best from the begging and it just got better and better. She took time to understand my vision for the big day and all of the details, before she even started to show me options. She was spot on :) I made a decision during my first visit. I wanted to modify the dress and she was beyond helpful. I made few additions to the style and I was so so pleased with my dress. It is stunning. Franca answered all my questions and communicated everything really well during the process. She is truly a super star. She accomplished everything that we discussed and more. Order my granddaughter Easter dress from another company and when I received it, it was too big. I reached out to Deflorio Fashion for alterations and Franca was so hands on with words that gave me reassurance that she would be able to fix the dress to fit my granddaughter, and she did. Even finished early that I expected! Her work is extremely professional, excellent and every detail is made with quality and care.I appreciate her willingness to listen and understand what you want, and she gives you that reassuring that you are looking for. Franca is amazing. My dress originally had long sleeves and she was able to alter the dress PERFECTLY to have capped sleeves. We were married in May in Texas, so long sleeves were NOT needed. Franca worked so hard on my dress and it arrived to Texas on time! Shes amazing to work with and I cannot thank her enough for being a part of my wedding day.

DRESS FITTING PROCESSAfter purchasing the dress, I saw Franca 3 more times. Two for fitting. The third visit is fitting and pick up.She explained everything and asked me how comfortable I felt in the dress. Each fitting for me is approximately an hour but thats because I facetime my mother so she can see the dress as well (she lives out of state). Franca was very helpful in terms of accommodating and explaining everything to my mother as well. She would hold my phone and show my mother my dress.On the pick up day she made sure I knew how to bustle the dress and walk me slowly through how to put the dress on. Very professional. Franca is so kind that she sew a pillow for my rings. It seems like the fabric of the pillow is from my dress so it is very thoughtful.Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a wedding dress. The whole experience has been nothing but wonderful.

The environment is very cozy and clean.Appointment scheduling: Franca is super responsive over email and was willing to move things around to fit me in.I stumble upon this place after I got a dress from BHLDN that needed alteration. Unfortunately, the dress couldnt be alter to fit me nicely. Franca told me that she had similar style dresses and that I can browse to see if I like anything.The prices here are very reasonable and affordable. Franca was not a pushy seller at all. She works with your budget and was very professional. I love the quality of the dresses here. Ive been to many boutiques in the nearby suburbs and Davids Bridal but was unable to find the right dress. I was able to find my perfect wedding dress here. Franca will be doing the alteration for me, and Im very excited to see it at the fitting. When I first got engaged I was so excited about going to try on wedding dresses! I first went to a few different boutiques which were nice, but I felt like everything was out of my price range especially with alterations. They were telling me that they could not get me any of the dresses I liked for my wedding (due to time restrictions.) Franca was very patient with me. Knowing that I got a one of a kind dress was another added bonus from working with Franca. From changing the sash colors, to adding more “glitz” she was perfect! From the day that I purchased my dress to my wedding day I lost a total of 23 pounds. Franca was amazing in transforming my dress to fit my new body and she was not going to stop till it was perfect. Also, the turn around time was quicker that I ever anticipated.If I could do this all over again, I would not change a thing. Going to Deflorio Fashions was the BEST decision I made.
