My mother-in-law and I flew from Montana to Chicago in January 2020 specially to go to the Grace Loves Lace Showroom (it was the closest store to us at the time). Im so happy we made the trip because I ended up finding my perfect gown! We purchased Darling and the silver Shimmy Veil! Thank you GLL Chicago!

WHAT A VIBE!The staff are so kind and warm here and make you feel right at home. My stylist was my best friend by the end of the appointment!Best bridal experience I have had throughout this whole process. The products are beautiful and the condition of the samples are amazing! Their gowns are made in Australia which is where the brand started and the stylist was so informative of the production process, not to mention they come at an affordable price.Ladies if you care about where your dress comes from and you want it to tell a story - you HAVE to go here!

I hate to leave a negative review, but I feel that my experience may help others when deciding whether or not a trip to this showroom is worth it. I flew to Chicago from out of state specifically to try on my dream dress at GLL. I was so excited as this was going to (hopefully) be my only dress try-on experience. We arrived 5 minutes late due to train delays (get an Uber if coming from ORD!), but I had called ahead to let them know. When I arrived, getting drinks and chatting about the wedding took a few minutes, then we did full measurements, then the consultant left to go pick out the dresses I had pre-selected. The showroom was beautiful, with no detail overlooked. By the time the consultant returned with the dresses, I would estimate about 25 minutes of the hour long appointment had elapsed. I tried on 5 dresses, with my favorite being last. Some of the dress samples were too large and falling off, but I was never offered any sort of clips or adjustments to better visualize the fit. When we reached the last dress, there was about 10 minutes left in my appointment time. I wanted to try on a previous dress to compare, then put my favorite back on. At this point, it had been nearly an hour and I began to feel very rushed, even though the showroom was empty. I was never offered a veil or accessories to try on with my dress. The consultant didnt even offer to sell us the dress that day, even though I verbalized multiple times that I had decided on it. The whole process felt very awkward, rushed, and impersonal. An hour is NOT enough time to have a consult, take measurements, and try on 5 dresses while having a relaxed and enjoyable experience. I expected to have a similar, if not better, experience as my friends who shopped at traditional bridal salons, but my expectations were definitely not met. Looking back, I wish I had just ordered online to save the time and money spent visiting the GLL showroom.

Beautiful space, gorgeous dresses and veils! We knew we were in the right place when we walked in. Monica was gracious, very personable, a joy to work with. Our experience was nothing short of spectacular. Brianna will be a beautiful bride in August with the help of Grace Loves Lace!

Not only are the dresses beautiful but everyone working there is amazinggggg! I was lucky enough to have Monica as my stylist and she was dabomb.com! She was so easy to work with and made the appointment so fun for me and my mom! Thank you guys for making finding my wedding dress a day I will never forget!

This place is incredible!! The showroom has the coolest vibe and looks like youre in the cutest studio apartment. If you are a bride looking for gorgeous dresses that are VERY reasonably priced, then this is your place. Monica was so much fun to work with. I was deciding on a few different dresses and she was not pushy at all and told me to sleep on it and get back to her whenever I made a decision. She definitely made this process so easy and fun! I ended up deciding on a dress from Grace Loves Lace and couldnt be happier.

The entire GLL Team has been so fantastic to work with. After cancelling my wedding and starting from scratch, it was such a relief to work with such kind and professional people. The Chicago showroom is SO CUTE and they made the experience extra amazing. Amy was our stylist and she was so sweet, kind and helpful. I am so excited for my dress!!

Grace loves Lace was absolutely exquisite. From the ease of making the appointment to the wonderful associate that assisted the bride. Their beautiful dress designs are custom made to the bride from Australia. There is no need for future fittings once the dress is made.The only challenging part is the location proximity to parking. Plan to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your appointment to find parking.

I am a Canadian bride who purchased my GLL gown virtually from Gina, who works at the Chicago showroom. I was super hesitant at first about ordering a bridal gown without being able to try it on, but Gina was amazing at answering all of my questions and making me feel comfortable! She made the ordering process smooth and was patient with all the back-and-forth messaging before I decided to place my order. Thank you so much Gina! XO

This was a wonderful experience to try on and find my dress Ive always dreamt of! Amy is very friendly and helpful. We instantly felt welcome with tea and champagne, as well as a cozy relaxing atmosphere. Already recommended to fellow soon to be brides!!!
