The thing i love most about VinTech is they respond back immediately. Anytime we are having any problems they will remote in and get it done within minutes. We’ve had other camera companies but we never had quick service like this.

Within 10 days VinTech installed a new security system with motion sensors and cameras. As an owner of an apartment building, I had Vin Tech Security Systems to install a web-based eight-camera system. Vincent came out and walked me and my husband through all of the different possibilities to purchase. Once we made a selection, we were scheduled for an installation. The team arrived prompt and prepared to do the installation. After installing my system, I was shown how to operate the unit. Also, user friendly software was downloaded to all of my devices (desktop, notebook and cell phones). I can call Vin Tech Security Systems and Vincent will immediately return my call. I have referred many people to Vin Tech for business. Everyone feels as I do. I thought the price was reasonable for the work that was performed.

VinTech recently took over my existing alarm system. After some challenges with the existing hardware Vincent and team installed a new panel, GSM radio and replaced a motion sensor. Vintech submitted a proposal for my propertys building access system at an extremely competitive price for a modern, easy-to-use system. I am very happy with the attention we received before, during, and after the installation. Mun and Vincent are always very quick to respond, and work quickly to answer questions or provide documentation. The system has been up and running since last fall (2014), and there has yet to be a problem. There are, however, some software improvements that would really make the product exceptional (this is of no fault of Vintech). The hardware looks good and the system works seamlessly.
