Totally unprofessional. None of the usual faces were there. I think the company is reaching. I wound up having to return the same day because my phone would not work. That became expensive but I was then able to get a different tech who really knew what he was doing.
Classic Comcast Xfinity - dont let the call center tell you this location of open without checking directly. Hours subject to change at random.
Drove all the way there to drop off an old TV box and theyd arbitrarily changed their hours. Very frustrating.

It’s going on the 3rd day without internet service in the Canaryville neighborhood in Chicago. First they said they would send a technician. Then they said no there’s an outage and there will be crews in the area working on it. Not sure what the issue is. Will be switching to a better internet company.
I have a stylo 4 phone that I bought and fully paid off through Xfinity mobile when I first started xfinitys internet service.I tried to trade in my phone for any value and they told me the phone line doesnt exist in their system. To my understanding, the phone itself is now worthless since theyve discontinued it.Not just there but at At&t and T_mobile. So I came into the store and area to find that out.
The workers are very helpful and quick. I had originally went there so I could have internet in my appt which I ended up getting getting and trying out, but it costed quite a bit so after a month I brought it back and I like how the workers wasnt trying to push me to keep it and try it out some more

Xfiinity will rob you and please don’t waste time getting their mobile service I had a representative charge my card 3 different times unauthorized charges now i don’t have the funds in my account to go buy the food I went out to buy today. I call the customer service number several times no answer and no one speaks English well and they use that to try to get over as of today I will be dropping my internet service As well xfiinity has to go.

I went to the one on Halsted. I was trying to update my card and pay my bill. It wasnt going through but the two ladies who were there at the time helped me. Called the customer service for me and checked on me to see if everything was okay. Great customer service. I would go back to this on again.
Great bottle location very nice looking and the sales that I met with was very friendly. All they will they did not have what I had wanted in stocks they did promise to email and call me when they received the phone in. be forewarned though that none of the stores have their own telephone direct number all calls are taken via an off-site call center not stateside it appears from the accents.
They were pleasant. The time is a bit long for service because of Covid though.

Went to get a new phone. Girl who attended us was nice talkative. But only thing I didnt like which was not her fault (kind of) we asked her about picking out first 3 digits for phone number she said no they pick for u. Ok that was fine. We asked can we pick the area code at lest she said yes. So we started talking more. My fault was I didnt pay attention so we left. N when we did we got out numbers n they where an area code we didnt want. We went back. They said they wont let them pick we would have to call n asked for a new number with the area code we wanted. Was a waste of time. But I guess we got our phones right then n there.
Once I told them I wanted to cancel cable and downgrade my internet to the $40 price I see online, Im told, that they cannot give me the cheaper tier of Internet online and I have to do it myself. However when u tell them u wanna upgrade service, you get a whole other tune and service. Its probably cuz they werent getting a commission off me.
Great location. This store does swaps and you can sign up here instead of over the phone so you can get your boxes right away without paying technician fee. FREE PARKING in the Marianos garage as well for 2 hours.
First review Ive ever written for anything. I went in this morning to this store because I had read other reviews, which were all great and 100% accurate. I worked with Reggie --he is personable, experienced, dedicated to getting me everything that I needed, efficient and patient. He handled my issues with multiple accounts, new equipment, activation dates, etc. A beautiful store as well. Ive had terrible recent experiences and wasted many hours on the phone with Comcast customer service. Reggie and this store made it 100% different. I couldnt be more pleased. (Can you tell?)

My experience was terrible,I was treated terrible I had asked to apply for iPad 11inch and, xfinity clearly states you can only apply for tablets in store ? I was told by Sales associated stated after I gave him my birthdate and social that the screen said I have to apply online (which was a bold face lie, when I contacted customer service they inform me you can only get in person store ! I my heart I know he only did these because I’m African American and a woman ? Clearly the store approves of these behavior and these are there practices I’m closing all business with Comcast and surely these is so discriminatory you could never judge me by color !!! I never thought this can be possible! They ripped me off! The service is very poor, sometimes it doesn’t even work! If you want a technician to come over even if it is not your fault, they will charge you 60$! They will increase the amount of service without asking you! Be aware of all these things!

Xfinity always lies and deceives its customers.I signed up for a 100 Mbps plan at $80 a month and didnt even receive upload speeds of 4Mbps. Furthermore, a person from their customer services called me to ask for approval to extend the package to 1000mbps to which I refused. I was told by this person that I still have 4 more months before my plan expired. The next thing I see, I am charged $100 a month. When I approached Xfinity they lied saying I provided my approval. I promptly disconnected the service. It is sad that where I live, Xfinity is only one of the two service providers, the other being AT&T, which is only slightly more reliable.
Ive been here twice to receive equipment and update my cable equipment -- both visits were smooth and the people helping me were knowledgeable.

I do not appreciate the guy there what the funny haircut that looks like kit and play making me feel like he is making fun of me, especially since i had to go move my truck, waiting a half hr just so they could tell me you dont qualify for the new tower modem, after the sales rep on the phone sent me to go exchange it all i got was the run around, i asked the guy after he spend along time with a lady that he just had to go out of his way for because she is attractive, yet they accomplished nothing but a waist of time and she did not purchase nothing, then goes to the front desk and plays w his phone, i sked for help and he tells me nope u have to wait, im like but u were just with that lady for a long time and u aint doing nothing, my meter was running i had to go move my truck and hes smurking at my wife and i like its a joke to him thinking we are leaving, i dont recomend this place, after ward two other employees came out didnt offer help but went back to the back room. There was a guy there waiting for an hr just to turn in the equipment he waited a whole hr just to turn it in...all i wanted is to update my modem to the new one as the rep on the phone recomended.worst experience for a new store....your better of at north ave because the one on 30 halsted theyre really comfortable in making u wait till theyre ready even if theyre not w anyone.Dont go to the spanish guy w curly afro.he is rude, will laugh at you if u leave angry...north ave is bigger busier but are fast, not like in halsted...they dont know the value of customers there....

Technician showed up and asked what I needed. I said youre here to install a modem and get my internet up and running. He had no modem with him and seemed confused. He was creepy and proceeded to ask if he could use my bathroom. He was in my bathroom for 5 mins and I got really nervous and then he said he had to leave to go get the supplies and I called and cancelled bc he didnt seem like he even worked here. I got a call hours after the schedule time saying he was waiting outside. I was home and he said hed wait. As a woman it was the worst experience of my life and comcast wont do anything about it

The Xfinity store did in minutes what several hours on the phone could not. I needed my service transferred from recent move and they were very helpful.There was four people in front of me and the wait was less than fifteen minutes. I went there because I recently moved and needed to get my account registered in the new area. I tried doing this over the phone several times with no luck.My account was easily transferred over and to my pleasent surprise I learned that 150mbps internet and basic cable was included in my HOA!

Troll alert! Alot of fake reviews Extreme caution 😕On 11 may 2018 i was told an installer would come to my home between 3 and 5 pm? Nothin no email call nada. Called customer service [india] they said my house does not exist??? They needed to prove it existed. I asked if they used google and he was baffled. The customer service guy said drive 5 miles to 30 s halsted and prove you live at the address. I paid with a credit card and was amazed. So in the end i never even. Purchased the service. Ill guess Att will get the business. (they really need to work on customer service) i can only imagine if you were trapped in a year long contract..

There is an xfinity store on Halsted, I never knew there was, I always went to the store on western. One bus there and one home. Instead of transferring buses.I live two blocks off of halsted.

Service shouldnt be going out as frequently as it does. The service line isnt much help. Theyll just tell u to reset the modem. Its a shame we dont have the option to sign up with anyone else. Cable companies divide up the city like the Mafia.
