Boca Cabinets are very high quality at a great price. Erik was very helpful from start to finish. He had great design ideas to maximize our functionality and create a vintage kitchen that would go with our 100-year-old building. During installation we needed a few extra pieces that he was quick to deliver. I compared pricing and design from several cabinet companies, and the full experience from Boca and Erik were the best.

I used Boca Cabinets for my recent small kitchen renovation (based on a friends recommendation). The owner Erik is phenomenal to work with; he not only will spend the time to talk through your project, but he will go above and beyond to make sure youre 100% happy. Super personable and friendly as well. My kitchen remodel was small in size, but it was a full gut. Layout was simple, but had an issue with the fridge and panel. He replaced it and delivered it to me. The cabinets in the unit before were cheap melamine cabinets, the kind where the face starts to peel off. The cabinets at Boca are good quality; solid wood and soft close, but also affordable. So much so that I was able to get a small pantry with rollouts and a bigger island with 6 huge drawers. This made my small kitchen look a little more custom. Would definitely recommend Boca for all kitchen cabinet needs!

We worked with Boca through our builder, Real View Design. I worked closely with Erik to design our cabinets exactly how Id envisioned. He had creative ideas to give me what I wanted (i.e., large lower drawers in master bath and kitchen) without having to go custom, which saved us a lot of money. We chose to do a custom color island and butler pantry in a rich navy, and it looks awesome. He also supplied the reclaimed barn wood for our open shelving. After we moved in, we noticed some dings on the end piece of our island and kitchen drawers from other contractors finishing work in our house. This was not Bocas fault, but Erik made sure he made the island and cabinets were perfect, no questions asked. Highly recommend!

The staff at Boca had great suggestions on what to do with our space. The cabinets are affordable, and look like we paid much more than we did. However the quality of cabinets is not compromised for the price. Theyve held up from our toddlers which says a lot! Loved them so much, we purchased for our business location as well. We definitely put them to the test at our work and no complaints! Still look great and are presentable to clients. Always get great compliments on our kitchen there as well.

I have worked with them on a couple different projects, some with custom interior paint jobs, and each and every time theyve come through with amazing quality and customer service. When you call the phone number, the owner Erik answers and is very helpful. Most recently I called looking for replacement doors and drawer fronts. The original manufacturer left me high and dry, not being willing to supply those. Boca on the other hand came through and they matched perfectly.

He assisted us with our layout plan and provided us with vendors to purchase items for the kitchen that were also reasonably priced. Boca promises to beat big box (Home Depot/Lowes) prices with solid wood, attractive cabinets. This is my second Boca purchase and they most certainly delivered on that promise. The cabinets are well made, solid wood, with nice finishes and fittings. Soft close. Good handles. I dont have a single complaint.

I ordered cabinets from Boca for a small bar in the great room of a second home in Chicago. I had used Boca for three other projects with great success. What I didnt realize is that since the Chicago person I had dealt with was no longer with the company, the manner of doing business was much different now. Erik Halwix promised to have the cabinets to me before the end of August, but he did not. When the cabinets arrived, the upper doors and a built-in wine rack were not included, nor was the trim piece that was to go on the bottom of the upper cabinets. The doors and wine rack arrived two weeks later. The wine rack did not fit although I had given Mr. Halwix specific dimensions for the piece. I told Mr. Halwix that I wanted a refund for the $300 wine rack; he told me he could only give me $150 since it was a custom item. (I never received any refund.) When my contractor realized the trim was missing, and I advised Mr. Halwix. He told me I should use the filler instead of trim, which I told him was not acceptable and not what I ordered. He then wanted to charge me an additional $225 for a 6 trim piece I had already paid for. I told him to charge it against the $300 he owes me for the wine rack. On Sept. 25, Mr. Halwix responded, I dont know why youre giving grief about this. We provided a $6000 job for half the cost…. wholesale cost. Work with us a little here. I will have the guys order the material Monday. I paid the price that Mr. Halwix quoted WITHOUT NEGOTIATION and expect to get what I ordered and paid for in full IN ADVANCE. I have attempted to contact Mr. Halwix several times by phone and email with no response from him.
