I found T2 Cabinets to be a great company. I found the service professional and courteous. One person that particularly stood out was Edna. She was kind, knowledgeable, and sincere. Edna proved to be an excellent problem solver that takes ownership in customer satisfaction. This is the type of colleague that makes me want to return as a customer.

I scheduled an appointment then spoke to a sale representative and went over the measurements. I was told they are going to the email me the quote within a week. After 3 weeks, i still have not received any qoute. If a company is not that responsible, i dont even borther to go with this company.

In the market for a custom-sized bathroom vanity cabinet. Designer called me back to discuss the project. Super unhelpful, abrupt, didnt really even know what she was talking about. I referenced products and pages on their website which she wasnt even familiar with. Based on an initial 5-minute conversation, theres no way I have interest in working with this company.

T2 is amazing. I bought only one cabinet for my kitchen to replace one that was worn and ugly. I was not a big customer and yet the service and follow up was the best! They even gave me a drill bit to make more holes in the cabinet once it was up. I could not believe how much time they took with me after the sale. I will buy from them in the future and tell my friends to do the same. I highly recommend T2 .
