They did a nice job. Very easy, no pressure design process. They have people they can suggest to install the cabinets or you can use your own, but they don’t force you one way or the other. Good follow up to address any issues that arose (needed some extra moulding). Price was MUCH less than the first place I got a quote. My kitchen looks great!

We had a great experience at Premium Cabinets of Chicago. We shopped around at several cabinet stores is Chicago and Tony gave us the best price. I love the cabinets, ForeverMark, they are beautiful and great quality. Tony was knowledgeable and helped us with the smallest details and even though we had so many questions along the way, Tony was patient and addressed all our concerns. We found Tony after getting a few quotes from other places that were much higher than we were expecting and seemed unreasonable. When we first met with Tony he helped us finalize a layout and then came over the next day to get in person measurements. Less than 30 days later we had a brand new kitchen that we love. From selecting the cabinets, preparing the space, delivery, and install, Tony was very good at communicating with us and keeping us updated via text, email, and phone call.We needed a wall moved and he recommended a great contractor, David, who did a great job and got our place ready for the new cabinets. Our order was delivered within three weeks and installed the next day (we used Tonys installer-would highly recommend him as well). On the day of install there was a mix up and the wrong piece was ordered but Tony was great about fixing it and making sure it was taken care of in a timely manner.In addition to cabinets, we also had Tony help us with counter tops. It was great to get everything done in one order and everything turned out great.Overall, we were very impressed with the price and quality of the cabinets and super impressed with how good Tony was at communicating with us. We reached out to quite a few vendors and never heard back or took a long time to respond but Tony would get back to us sometime in minutes.We highly recommend Premium Cabinets and will continue to send our friends to Tony.

Friendly staff from the moment I came in! They had a set up of the cabinets and the color combination I was looking for, like it was meant to be. Very easy to work with and the owner did the final measurements before ordering which I found reassuring since it was his company. Cabinets arrived on schedule and delivery was great. Had some minor issues with 1-2 pieces but they assured me they would work with me if I didnt like it in the end. I did so there wasnt a problem. I used a 3rd party for installation and countertops, however they did have referrals which would have been useful. They were cheaper than another quote I received too.

Was in desperate need of a kitchen renovation. Looked into refacing the cabinets & quote seemed high. I found Premium Cabinets & talked with Tony, who was very helpful & great to work with. Tony and Phil are great guys to work it. Their knowledge of kitchen design is very valuable. Especially in Chicago, where one needs to maximize space. Their cabinets are well priced, and their service is unmatched. But if they tell you 3 weeks for delivery, be prepared for 5. I am a past, and current customer.

Our experience with Premium Cabinets was mostly positive (Jackie was great throughout the design process and the cabinets ended up looking beautiful), but there were a couple issues that caused us to rate it 4 stars:1. We were quoted 4-6 weeks for delivery, but it ended up taking 11 weeks, which ultimately delayed our project.2. The finish on the cabinets was a dark color so they said they would include a touch-up kit in case of scuffs, but it wasnt ordered and we had to wait another 5 weeks for it to arrive.

We are very happy we went with Premium Cabinets. We did a lot of comparison shopping, and found that Premium Cabinets had the best selection of manufacturers at reasonable prices. What really sealed the deal were previous reviews regarding service, and that definitely held true. Tony and his team were extremely responsive and considerate. They helped us price out several different products and options, and when we made our final decision, the cabinets were delivered well within the promised delivery window. When we had problems with a couple of the cabinets (cosmetic issues), Tony and George helped us get replacements in quickly at no charge. I would recommend Premium Cabinets to anyone in the Chicago area!

Tony and Premium Cabinets will take great care of you. I was doing a complete renovation with brand new kitchen and bathroom. Tony worked with me on the design plans I wanted, explained costs and helped me revise the plans until we had it just right. The quality of the cabinets and the service of the installation is great. But even with great quality, you can have a couple of issues and its how Tony deals with those that sets him apart. The two pantry cabinet doors and one drawer had some minor cracking and Tony is replacing them under the warranty. The countertop on the bathroom vanity did not look like what I was expecting from the web site photos, and he and his vendor took it back and gave me a credit. Im a Realtor and have already recommended Tony and Premium Cabinets to more of my clients.

We purchased a 90 bath vanity (beveled shaker) with towers from Premium Cabinets. The process was very easy and smooth. Delivery was fast and Tony is a pleasure to work with. Tony and Premium Cabinets worked with me the summer of 2017 to renovate our kitchen. Tonys cabinets are good quality cabinets for a very fair price. My contractor, who has been in the business for 40 years, said that we got a very fair price and good cabinets. I was stumped at my kitchens new layout and Tony helped me come up with a layout that I am happy with and I think looks really good. During the whole process, Tony was always there to answer questions, make changes, and deal with me. The only thing I would make sure of is that your installers know what they are doing. Some of the cabinets need to have tweaks made to them to work for what Tony says they are for like a microwave cabinet. etc. I would also make sure that you review everything before you place the order just to make sure all the measurements are correct.

Earlier this year, I worked on a small kitchen island project. The gist of it was to replace the kitchen island I had at the time with a customized larger kitchen island to fit with some of the renovations we had done to the kitchen (resurfacing cabinets and adding hardware). Originally, Premium Cabinets were not even within the scope of companies I was considering. They were located in Chicago and my home was about an hour away in the north suburbs. However, after contacting contractor after contractor and not finding any options around me that I felt comfortable with (I spent about a month doing this, and even coughed up $50 to Home Depot for their measurement and consultation), I ended up deciding to branch out and just finding a company with great reviews, even if it meant having to drive further. After researching a bit online, Premium Cabinets popped up and I decided to give them a shot and drive downtown to meet with Phillip.Long story short, everything turned out very well. I went with one of their recommendations for cabinets, worked out a design I liked, and after putting down a down payment and waiting a few weeks for shipping, had it installed by a contractor who works closely with them. Phillips communication was great throughout the process and he really helped me lock down the style I wanted. The guy has a good sense of humor and great choice in music too. He also followed up after the install to make sure installation went smoothly. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Premium Cabinets.(As a sidenote, the countertop was installed with a different company, Granite & Marble Gallery Inc.. I already had a particular slab of quartz in mind that I really liked before I met with Premium Cabinets)

I am extremely dissatisfied with my purchase from Premium Cabinets that were installed into my new kitchen. I have never purchased anything that the quality was so poor that without much use and less than 6 months old broke so easily! My frequent requests starting from installation ( late August) varied from used doors that needed replacement, warping drawers, hinges and warping sideboards, basically the cabinets have been in disrepair almost from the time of installation. I should also refer to the chipping and fading of color ( white) hinge mechanisms continue to fail-I feel that I have been misled on this $10,000. purchase! I had to pay someone else over $2500.to fix my cabinets so that I could use them without the hinges falling off! I reached out to the owner Tony and have yet to hear from him ( been 9 months)! Run away, you would be better off at Home Depot, at least they care about customer service!

I would absolutely work with them again if I had to do this all over and I plan to give them first crack at bidding my next remodel.detailI was introduced to Tony, Allison, Karina one day when I walked into their store in River North (this was mid 2017). They came highly recommended from fellow grad school students and their online reviews were excellent (they were FBR at the time). I was forced into a full kitchen remodel through a condo flood incident and very overwhelmed as a remodel was not something I was expecting to take on anytime soon.All three team members were extremely patient with me. Im a planner, and as such Ill change my mind quite often during the design phase as I iterate on my idea. They were very patient and never hit the point of frustration with the amount of modifications I asked for. We spitballed a lot of ideas as well. Once we were locked in though, we stuck to the plan and things went very well.As with any project that has this many moving pieces, a few hiccups happened along the way. None of these were deal breakers but I want to share so that future readers are aware that these things happen. After we placed my initial order and installed everything, we found out I was short a few cosmetic skins, which required another order. It required a follow up visit from the installers but again, this is pretty common. Installers will most likely have to make one return trip once youve spent time in your kitchen for a week or two and identify all the little things you need touched up.Tony has excellent contacts for professional tradesmen, which is really helpful. His references gave competitive bids. If you decide to go with one of his countertop guys, Juri, youll get excellent work but just understand that a little extra patience and planning will be required. The extra level of patience and coordination is absolutely worth it as you might endure a few days of stress but the product will be with you for years and you want that stuff to be right. We just bought two cabinets for my little apartment, and I love them! My mom, whos an expert on this sort of thing and been renovating homes her whole life, was amazed at the quality of the cabinets we got, especially at the price! One thing, though, make sure you check the cabinet carefully. One hinge was a little loose, but when we noticed that they went back there and replaced the hinge right there. Inspect it closely, and I hope you find the right one!

Very happy with our new cabinets! We have a small space and the design layout was perfect and now we actually have more cabinet space. Everything was very professional and very clean after the work was done!

My experience with Premium Cabinets was a nightmare. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.1) My kitchen was improperly measured multiple times by Premium Cabinets, resulting in the wrong cabinet sizes being ordered. I luckily caught the issue myself before installation day arrived. Their employee seemed surprised I wanted my sink centered under the window like the drawings attached to my contract (imagine that), but they eventually agreed to fix the cabinet sizes and placed a new order.2) Premium Cabinets didn’t give my installer all of my order, which was discovered during installation. And the installer assigned by Premium Cabinets (who is only a contractor for them) stopped installation without even installing all of the parts he had (doors, handles, etc.). I was forced to wait multiple weeks until the other part arrived that and two new doors that were originally defective (see number 3 below) before installation resumed.3) Premium Cabinets did not properly inspect my cabinets for defects before delivery, at least according to my standards, resulting in two cabinet doors with terrible staining being delivered for installation. Ask me for pictures of what they considered acceptable. They gave me grief for wanting them exchanged under warranty, but eventually obliged. The new replacement set of doors arrived damaged, so they had to order a third set of doors, causing significant delay.My entire experience with Premium Cabinets was a nightmare and resulted in significant stress, grief, frustration, time, and delay.Tony had lots of excuses. Pictures of the cabinets Tony thinks are “beautiful” are on my Yelp review. Pay the extra money and use someone else!

Phil was extremely helpful and easy to work with on this project. Cabinets were delivered sooner as originally quoted. As an installer the cabinets were high quality at a fair price. Will always use Premium Cabinets for my future projects. Great cabinets, even better service.

Tony doesnt jerk you around and is honest. They have beautiful entry level cabinets that look high end but are affordable. Hell tell you the truth about his stuff versus Ikea, (if youre doing a budget Kitchen like mine). He came out and did the measure for me and I pretty much didnt have to think about anything else. The cabinets they sell are great and high quality for sure but I found the customer service to be the best part. Tony Sirkin went above and beyond as far as Im concerned in either how he explained things, being upfront and speaking in laymans terms about the process, or helping to make sure the cabinets got installed in the best way possible. We over-measured the size of one and rather than me trying to translate everything to everyone, he offered to connect and speak to whoever to work out a solution. There were of course also the minor hiccup or two that can happen along the way in such a process but they were addressed in a timely manner as well because they stayed on top it all from start to end.

I found their prices to be very unreasonable and cabinets of poor quality. I did more research and found Tony, the owner of Premium cabinets who had great reviews. My kitchen is small so Tony drew a layout for maximum cabinet usage. The cabinets are of great quality, which is made of wood and the price very reasonable and much cheaper than the Big Box stores. I was on a short timeline for obtaining cabinets. Tony assured me he could get the cabinets in 2 weeks... My expectations were exceeded, they came back sooner than 2 weeks. The customer service is awesome! Tony is easy to work with, very personable, knowledgeable, and responsive. My next project is the bathroom I will be calling on Premium Cabinets. Thank you Tony for making my first remodel experience a great one and for my beautiful cabinets! I highly recommend Tony and Premium Cabinets.

I wanted to write this review after a bit of time passed after my kitchen remodeling was done, as to let everything set in. I cannot express my satisfaction enough to the customer service and finished project by the guys at Premium Cabinets.I have an home that was built in 1914, anytime we do any kind of renovations there is always problems that arise from having a home this old. This project went as flawless as could be. From the start, Phillip Vucinic designed the kitchen that my wife wanted, something that we couldnt get done at the big box stores. Hats off to Phil, great job, thank you so very much.After the design was done, Tony Sirkin made every effort to get the job done under budget and on time, again Tony thank you for the customer service you provide in a time when that is not very common.I highly recommend Premium Cabinets and everyone who works there, if you are looking for any remodeling you need done.
