Container store staff were great- very helpful and were fast and efficient in preparing the design.

From working with out consultant to picking up our order and having the installer come to our home the customer service with the container store was pleasant and professional. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for beautiful closet on a budget.

The travel section was awesome! Large variety of items, although you might be able to find some items cheaper elsewhere, the convenience of having just about everything you need is unbeatable.

The overall experience was positive for the Elfa designs but on the day of the installation, the carpenter informed me that not all the parts were delivered and some parts were on back order and he could not finish the installation. No one previously informed me that any parts were back order. It will be at least another 8 days before the whole installation will be complete. I had emptied all my closet items for the installation. It would have been nice to know in advance that not all the supplies were in. I called the store and spoke to about 5 different folks before I finally learned when the part would be in. Even then, I would need to schedule a time to pick up the parts at the store so the carpenter can finish the installation. Very inconvenient and a little disorganized in their service delivery.
