I bought an old Mercedes that didnt have enough do the technology I wanted. Brought it up o Soundzgood and Robert equipped my car with everything I told him I wanted. He, in particular, was EXTREMELY helpful, responsive, professional, kind, and fair, but everyone I came into contact with here was very nice and knew what they were doing. Cannot recommend this place enough for any/all car stereo, backup camera, repair needs!

Based on price and availability of Pre Owned cars, I chose to invest in an up grade to my 2006 Hummer H3. I heard about Soundz Good and decided to stop by to check out the store. I could not be happier with that decision. I ended up replacing my old cloth seats with brand new leather ones along with upgrading my radio to Sirius. Robert and Octavio could not have been more helpful. These guys did a great job installing a JVC KW-Z1000W and 4 Kicker KS 6x8 speakers in my Crown Vic. They were really fast, helpful and friendly. I couldnt have asked for better service. Had exterior and interior led lights installed 2 years ago and had my husband go to fix the exterior lights today. Made an appointment 2 weeks ago that they didn’t actually schedule. First red flag, then they tell my husband to wait 1-2 hours. Second red flag, he says okay and without even asking him they completely redo the exterior led lights and charge him $500. How can you do work on someone’s car without consulting about cost before hand?? I had a lovely and transparent experience 2 years ago. I have no idea if they just took advantage of my husband or if the sales people now are just not honest and upfront anymore. Would not recommend them anymore.

Awhile back they did my subs. It’s been a little over a year and still the same quality sound. 5 star Rating for the craftsmanship and detail. You get cheap equipment, cheap performance. Get more expensive/high quality equipment, they will deliver and with the proper guys doing it, you won’t be disappointed.

Needed LED lights and a trunk with spoiler and turn signals hooked up on my Suzuki Burgman 650 motorcycle. I brought it to George at mobile audio on Milwaukee last November and he let it sit for five months without getting the job done and drained my battery that I just bought it cost me $120. Had to buy a new one - I asked George to pay for it and he basically told me tough luck! I asked George to pay for it and he basically told me tough luck! Update: after having another audio shop diagnose a problem with my system they informed and showed to me how lackluster of a job Soundz good did and that I greatly overpaid. I would not recommend them and will not be using Soundz good ever again.They didnt oversell and stayed in the budget while giving sound advice. The install was flawless and most importantly the system installed sounded great! They have even done small fixes free of charge when needed. I will certainly do business with them in the future.

According to their hours, they were supposed to be open. The OPEN sign was lit up as well. I was looking to see what they had to offer in competition speakers while I was in the area but no one was there. This was @2 pm, the day after XMas. Even if you were taken off due to the holidays a sign saying so, placed on the door, would be appreciated.

Everytime I get something installed here, Im amazed. This time involved my Saab convertible. I brought in a head unit with back up sensors for installation. Unbeknownst to me, my reverse switch was out, so the back up sensors got no power. They set up my stereo I set out to repair my switch. They rescheduled another date and set up my sensors. After a day of work, the sensors still didnt work. After some research, it was discovered that the reverse sensors actually have to be tapped into the reverse light in two places, and they set it up perfectly on the third day. Needless to say, they do not quit until they get the job done, and done perfectly. They only charged me the original fee, for 1 day of install, even though it took 3, and 1 of the days was my fault (faulty switch). Do not hesitate to come here, they treat you as a friend. It is important to find a place you can trust, and I will never take my vehicles elsewhere.

I went to Soundz Good to swap out my in-dash with one that accommodates Bluetooth audio and GPS. They were all super friendly from the very beginning! I called to get a quote and subsequently schedule an appointment with them. They worked quickly and did a great job. The in-dash looks seamless and works well. I would definitely go back to them to do other updates to my car!

Had an issue with my amp and they were able to fit me in a same day, last-minute appointment to install a new one. They also installed a bass knob next to my driver seat so I could adjust without having to go to the back of my sub every time. Phenomenal service!

I am very pleased with the system that I put in my car and the service that I was provided over the phone and in person. I called 4 places in Chicago before making a choice and Soundz Good were the only people that provided me great customer service over the phone. I love the fact that I control the car with my phone or Iwatch. I like the fact that I know where the car is. I just freaking love the whole thing.

I was able to come and rip my car off at 9am and receive is by 12pm. I had got a sub installation. I was very impressed and I am very pleased with how everything is sounding! I highly recommend this place to get a speaker installation as well as many other services they offer!

If I can hit 0 stars I would I set an appointment on Monday for Wednesday 9:00am I get there Wednesday at 9 on the dot leave my vehicle with them come back 3 hours later Im pretty sure no one even looked at my vehicle for the 3 hours it was there. This is ridiculous the appointment was set 2 days in advance i dont recommend anyone go here big waste of time

These guys are the best. Stereo wasnt working on my GMC Acadia. They were able to narrow it down to a likely amplifier issue without taking anything apart. I was able to find the part number and order a new one online for much cheaper than dealer would have charged. I called for a good time to bring it back in and I was out with a working stereo in a couple hours.

Horrible experience! First time there I go to install a remote starter for my car 4-5 hours they tell me I drop off my car at 10am I call 5 hours later to check on my car they say 1hour and half more there not finished I show up at that time the guy tells me we’re backed up I need two more hours I call to check on my car we’re still not done 8 HOURS!!!!!!! It took to install a remote starter I didn’t get my car until 6pm and after all this now I’m having problems with the remote starter! Unbelievable! Very unprofessional horrible experience huge waste of my time! DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSE WERE!!CONSUMERS BEWARE

These guys did an EXCELLENT job installing a generic Android head unit I purchased elsewhere. And when the dash kit purchased elsewhere didnt quite fit, they fabricated a custom bezel. Great attention to detail!

Had a problem with my sound system that was installed in Vegas lucky I found this place. They treated me with respect took there time to make sure everything was right I’m definitely coming back to get some stuff done.

Ive had a fairly extensive project done by Octavio and the team, and in summary they were very receptive and did quality work. I didnt know what to expect when going in, but they ended up being very trustworthy. The details are as follows:I had originally gone in to get a decent sub for my car as it was brutal on the low notes. That same day I was set up, with a reasonable markup on product and an incredible price on installation (I think they did everything (including wiring) for around $100). When I was testing it out Octavio had shown me some of the custom work they had done and could do, which sat in my mind for a month or so.After said month, I went back in to get a custom box made and the rattle reduced, which was all taken care of for $800. While I wouldnt consider that to be cheap, considering the man hours it had to have taken to make the box (quoted at about 400) I thought it was a great deal. When designing the box they listened to my input and had ported the box rather than sealing it. That later turned to be problematic.When originally testing the custom job we couldnt let it rip due to some silicon drying. The technician had done some tuning and had sealed one of the two ports. When we listened at low volume it sounded great; however, a week later when I could again run it wide open, the tuning was quite frankly terrible. Basically all the low notes were gone, and the now single port was pushing huge amounts of air without any sound. I did some experimenting of my own, and stuffing a towel in the port actually had it tuned perfectly. I brought it back in and then had requested for remaining port to be sealed, which they did for no charge. While I may still tweak the sound further on my own, I appreciated that they took the time to get it sounding better, and did so without tacking on a higher price.All in all they handled a complex job in a trustworthy manner, and had basically done exactly as I had requested throughout the process. Never once did they go over the quoted amount or try and pull anything shady, so I have to recommend this shop to others.

They are real cool about checking your car out, and are willing to go through everything possible to see what is wrong with your vehicle. Fair pricing and very friendly spot.

These guys are great. As with any place that does after market installs, they can run into problems. (Car manufacturers dont make their computers to play nice with after market systems.) Just plan to drop your car off for the day with no appointments you might miss if its not done in time. Theyve been great here, but time estimates can go out the window if the installers run into more complications than anticipated. Same as anywhere, really. Pricing and quality of work done is excellent.

I have been here before, they know what theyre doing. I called twice about getting a quote, Can I call you right back was their response. Never received a call I guess they dont want my money!

I purchased a remote start here almost 2 years ago. It stopped working, although the door locks operated fine. I phoned and was told to bring my car in. It was fixed while we waited. I purchased a new remote control to replace one lost last year. Both remotes were reprogramed. There was no charge for the repairs or the reprogramming. I was told the alarm was under warrantee. The gentleman was obliging and courteous and the service very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend this business.

I have been using Soundz Good from when they first started on Fullerton back in the late 1980s, never a problem with service or getting my car or trucks back finished on time. When they say it will be done its ready.

I recently acquired an older vehicle (2001) and had some trouble with the factory radio in place. To avoid driving in silence I called Soundz Good to only inquire re: cost (Single mom, kid in college type budget). The young man that answered the phone was so pleasant, I immediately knew I would take my business to them. It was just a matter of time. Time= 2hrs :)Robert went over the options for a replacement radio (many) but never pushed an agenda, I was made to feel comfortable with my decision.He also took the time AND patience to go over instruction of use.They were spot on with time estimation and cost quoted!Very honest Family owned business!

Worst place ever. How can anyone rate this place 5 stars? First off I went here for some window tints and Big Bob or Robert which to me sounds like the same person on the phone. Tells me oh you shouldnt tint the back at night you wont be able to see out of them. Then hes like you have to make an appointment for the tinter. Made an appointment. Tells me he will call me to confirm in 45 min. Doesnt call me till 24 hrs later just too tell me the tinter is booked till next week. Im getting my tints somewhere else.

I had them hook up a sub woofer and an amp they used cheap wires for my sub the wires kept breaking on my sub so i had to go to Home depot for some wires and for the price they were charging me for the wires i thought they would be a better gauge had my own wires but they said they wasnt good enough and charge me an extra 70 dollars they will never see me again.

Meh... I wanted them to just disable my radio by pulling a fuse. Waited. Waited. Waited. Then finally they removed the fuse in 5min and I paid $50. Quite pricey.

Horrible experience. I called about getting my radio checked, they gave me an appointment time of 4:30 Saturday and I give them my phone number.I get there at 4:30 and even though the sign and website all said open till 6:00pm Saturdays, the place was totally locked up and shut down.I got no phone call and they put up no sign explaining even. I drove over an hour and when I got there it looks like they just decided to shirk the appointment that they assigned me and cut out early.Very unprofessional.

Worst place to go too. The guy that that worked in the front was not helpful at all and told they will install my radeo fir $65 to $71 and ended up charging me $81 dollars. They didn’t even install my radeo the right way you can barrely hear the speaker my car and I drive a Benz that comes with factory Bose audio system. Don’t trust these people

Let me start by saying, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. I had my speakers replaced from them and they ended up doing it wrong, I got a muffled sound a week later due to the speakers rubbing up against the door when volume is turned up. I took it back, and they fixed the issue after a 2 and a half hour wait. Which I was fine with because it was fixed. HERE is where they really screwed me over. When I was leaving after they fixed my sound, my car died from them leaving it on while they were working. They charged it up and I got it back to my house. The very next morning, my car wont start. I got a jump from a friend and it turns out my power steering is out. I asked them if there is anything they can do and all they told me was bring it in and we will take a look at it. I CANT STEER MY CAR, so how would I get it in there? Pay for a tow fee? They offered no help, just complete crap business. DO NOT GO HERE.
