Got carpet padding here the other day. They have the cheapest carpet pad, much cheaper than the usual home improvement stores. It’s worth driving out here if you’re getting enough carpet or pad. The customer service is what you expect from a great place. No complaints

Get this, someone hacked my credit card and used the account number to make 3000 dollars worth of purchases at this store / company. I call the store to make them aware and give them the chance to stop the delivery and refund the purchase. Iinitially am told by the girl who answered the phone that she knew about the issue and it was a mistake. I asked exactly what that meant and she said you need to speak to a manager. She transferred me to the manager who immediately had an attitude.I was trying to help this company, I worked in the payments industry and knew they were going to get hit with a chargeback after I contacted my bank so I advised they NOT release whatever was purchased if they hadnt already done so.As they say, no good deed goes unpunished. I tried to help THEM while helping myself. In the end, my bank will take care of me, they (Midwest Carpet) however will have given away 3000 dollars worth of carpet and received ZERO dollars in return.****So sorry to hear that you have encountered fraud as well. I wish the individuals I spoke with would have explained what happened as you did in your response. I have changed my review to 5 stars and appreciate you helping me understand what has happened. I hope Mellon bank takes care of you and that the individual is caught and prosecuted, we all work way to hard to earn a living and it really sucks when this kind of thing happens. ****

Really polite and accommodating. Offered me coffee, donuts and an immaculate wash room. I would deliver here every week, if possible.

Love going to Midwest Carpet to buy my carpet and we ended up we end up selling it they have good quality fair prices it is not open to the public but it is open to contractors

This place is so unorganized when it comes to deliverys. There no order. If your not looking a small truck or van will try to get in the little bitty dock.
