Great store, awesome employees and cool guard. easy to get too and parking isn’t that bad

Got here on a Sunday arrived 30 minutes early no one showed up until 12:15pm when store hours says it open s up at 12pm. Two workers finally showed up with no explanation except that they’re running a little late and will open in a few minutes. Patiently waited while other employees started trickling in and the first two came back out of the store around 1230 while not saying a word to me. Other customers went in the store and immediately came back out so I went in and asked the security guy if they open at 12pm and he told me they’re opening at 1pm today. Have some professionalism, communication, and customer service skills for people who are trying to support you. Ended up leaving, couldn’t deal with the standoffishness and lack of courtesy. Worst store ever - very bad start to a Chicago four day trip. Way to rep your city

It’s a nice store and unique but the selection the day I was there was pretty awful. Barely any shoes. I did find a cool Stone Island Shirt but they didn’t have my size and the guy didn’t wanna go find the XXL although I knew a medium would be too small and Stone Island runs small. Good store customer service could be better.

Best service for shopping high end clothing and brands in the Chicago area. Every time I’ve been to the store I’ve gotten great customer service. The ambience and setting offer a one of a kind shopping experience. The employees are very kind and may offer a greeting but if you need help you’ll have to ask. The selection isn’t huge but it’s very curated and they carry many brands you won’t find many other places in Chicago.

I ordered a Christopher Kane backpack from these guys. The price was insane! Retail was$1050 (I think slightly higher than actual retail but prices always vary) and it was on sale for $315! I never heard of RSVP before but googled and saw that they are actually a retail shop. So I ordered, paid $20 shipping (it said ground) and waited. After confirming my shipping and billing address, it was dispatched 2nd day UPS to my delight. Bag arrived yesterday and its amazing. Thanks RSVP for your caution and for fast shipping. This was a nice store with a lot of good hyped products! If you plan on shopping here, bring your bank 😂👍🏼It had stuff like Off-White, Supreme, Vetements, Palace, collaborations, ect.

If I could give this place no stars... I would. They are lying dirt bags. They told us to wait in line early for the yeezy release, not a problem, we were in line at 9pm the night before. We waited all night only to get told the shoes were only for sale with a $350 yeezy apparel purchase. I called a week before and two days before. This was never mentioned. Complete waist of time why should I be forced to buy clothes that I dont even like or want? They may have gotten our time, but they wont get our money.

They sell a lot of cool stuff but they have the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. I have shopped in the store and on their website and they are just horrendous at helping you. If you order an item with expedited shipping, it probably wont get to you on time because they only ship things out on Wednesday (thats what they told me on the phone).They charged my card for my stuff but its been over a week since Ive heard anything about my order. If you send them an email asking when theyre getting a certain product, they reply quickly, if you send them an email asking about your order, you get ignored. They dont answer the phone when you call, they have some serious ego over there.Definitely A LOT of room for improvement.

Bought a sweatshirt online and it came stuffed in a cardboard box, no plastic wrapping / bags whatsoever. The shirt had a small hole torn in the front and they refused to exchange it after I send in the photo, stating that they dont know if it was a defect or done by me. So they basically just took my money and ran lol.

Customer service was pathetic, i waited 15 hours outside to buy the jordan ovo x. They required you in addition to the 250$ shoe to spend an additional spend 350$ on jordan apparel. i was okay with this, until they said that the bags had been pre-selected and we were unable to swap out merchandise. #1 none of the packs were similar. #2 its all old left over gear #3 they had selected it from a box that said sale clothes, and made us pay full price (even though most stores have dropped their price of the same items in half). #4 they asked what size bag of clothes i wanted, i had said a large, they told me they had none of that size left and only a size small remained, so i reluctantly agreed to it. When i got home and looked at the merchandise the items size ranged from a xs-2xl, with duplicate items. i called the store to ask if i could get a replacement pack with items of the same size, they replied they didnt have any more and were unwilling to help or fix the situation, i offered to buy a 500$ hat instead and they said they could not do it, even though it was a jordan brand hat. The manager said that there was nothing he could do, the only option was to bring both my shoes and clothes to be returned since there were no replacements (which i waited 15 hrs in the rain for) . the manager was very rude and told me he did not have the time to talk to me and said he had better things to be doing than dealing with me complaining. I asked to speak to another manager, he replied i should be happy i got the shoes and also he was the only manager. when i asked for the owners contact information, he laughed and hung up the phone. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTING IN THE SERVICE I RECEIVED AND THE UNWILLINGNESS TO HELP ME GET ITEMS OF THE SAME SIZE WHEN I PAID INFLATED PRICES!!!! I HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND PAYING THESE RIDICULOUS PRICES TO THESE CLOWNS.
