Love this store - Great quality clothes and super helpful staff.Also easy returns; I somehow managed to snag a hole in my new jeans (literally 3 days old), and they swapped them out for a new pair, no questions asked. They back their product 100%.

On Sunday no people were there at the store so felt free to look around and found some nice items for gifts. The sneakers have a nice design. The blazers are well made with quality fabric. Overall all great items for self and gifts, will come back.

The gentleman at this location made my day. He made an exception two weeks ago for a jacquard jacket I saw at another store. When I received it I was ecstatic, he went above and beyond. I called a store in South Beach & one in L.A. and the Chicago store was nice enough to make an exception!!

Not sure what Travis C is talking about- I went in today and had an amazing experience! The staff is fantastic, and the company has taken every precaution to keep customers and staff safe during this pandemic.

Have been going to this store for several years and always have had a positive experience..In the past Sarah was a great manager and moved on to another opportunity.The present manager,Ryan. great guy and very attentive to all those who shop there.There is a reason people keep coming back, the clothes and great service. Will continue to shop here and invite others to stop by and see for yourself..

I first visited the Boston store and fell in love with their sweaters. Great we have one in Chicago too. Dark, vintage interior decor is pretty cool too.

Every time I go here its at least 20 min and me holding armfuls of clothes before any of the staff ask me if I need help or a fitting room. No one greets you or bothers. Pretty rude team here, great designs though.

Amazing service provided by their staff, with exquisite selection of colorful and stylish clothing! I called the store to see if they had some items I found online, and I was blown away by Sarah‘s eagerness to find the items and set them aside! When I visited the store, it was quiet, but I had exceptional service by their team, especially Zhanna, who helped me pick variety of styles and sizes and recommended what fit me best. I wanted to buy almost everything there! I can’t say enough about how much I like the current styles, colors, and fits of the scotch and soda FW17 line, but the outstanding service provided to me was above and beyond. Thank you and I will visit again for sure!
