Considering y’all have a sign that says “operating hours 5am - 2pm” the coffee shop didn’t open until about 11 and closed around 1

Best coffee at Midway by a mile.

One of the best coffee shops in Chicago and by far the best at Midway. A bit out of the way and difficult to find. If you like espresso or espresso drinks...it’s the best. Their variety of espresso drinks is limited compared to a Starbucks-type chain, so if you want some fancy, complicated drink you might be better going elsewhere.

I got an iced caramel latte that was divine. I was honestly not expecting something so good from an airport kiosk. Worth the walk to the end of the concourse.Last time I was at Midway I approached the kiosk right after they had closed and the staff was very curt when letting me know they werent making drinks. Today I got much friendlier service.

The barista who took my order this morning was a joy. It was refreshing to have such a fun time ordering my coffee. She had a great personality and was a good saleslady. The nitro coffee was amazing as well! Keep up the great work

Tastes like junk. Not worth the walk. The other reviews must have been made by staff. Voted best coffee in Chicago? It was nasty and both drinks had an aftertaste from the cups too. Even Starbucks on their worst day does a better job!!!

If I could go no star I would. They opened 15 minutes late, only took card and only had self serve coffee. They wouldnt make a latte or espresso. Piss poor service. The manager didnt do anything to open the store sooner and was only on her phone texting. If I was the owner I would fire that manager and make sure my customers got what they needed. The only person that was ok was the cashier. I was the first person in line and the other 2 employees (including the manager where nowhere to be found) if you want your coffee go to the dunkin donuts the line is worth the wait apperently

Couldn’t figure out how to make an iced mocha by combining an iced latte and chocolate sauce.

The one in the airport is horrible. The sandwiches are way over prices and inedible. Coffee is meh.
