It was my first time trying a pumpkin spice latte and while it wasn’t really my taste (at no fault of the cafe, I’m not a big coffee drinker) the vibe in the cafe was really nice! I think it would make a good place to study. The person behind the counter was also super friendly. I will def be going back to try other drinks!

Elevate is amazing! I stopped in several times while dog-sitting nearby and fell in love! The nitro cold brew is so smooth! I suggest drinking it black, or with a shot of espresso and a splash of oatmilk! They allow dogs inside which was so lovely in the August heat! They enjoyed giving Frankie a puppacino and he enjoyed eating it!

Great place to hang out and enjoy a cup of coffee. All of the baristas are very accommodating and take the time to get to know you. Their food menu offers a variety for all diets and gives you a healthy portion for the price. They also offer a great coffee selection with drinks that you may not always find at a Starbucks or Caribou. Definitely would visit again.

Elevate makes such DELICIOUS coffee!! Their menu is full of seasonal, unique, and tried & true flavors. Pro tip: if you want to change a menu item to you tastes, just ask! I don’t love overly sweet coffee drinks, so I had the Crème Brûlée latte at half the sweetness and it was PERFECT! The shop is also decorated to make you smile and the pastry case was full of delicious treats. Can’t wait to go back!

Mega tasty cold brew and cappuccinos. My only complaint is that the food usually takes about 10 minutes to come out, but that’s just because they make it all fresh! If you can spare the time in the morning it is super worth the wait to grab a bite while you’re there. Everything I’ve tried on their menu is delicious.

Elevate is my favorite coffee shop in the neighborhood. The staff is exceptionally friendly and kind, and I see them cultivating relationships with customers all the time. Theyll remember your drink order and your pup. I cant say enough good things about the people who work here. Beyond that, they put attention and effort into their drinks, and it shows. Ive enjoyed all my beverages there, but I quite like the Rose Marzipan Latte for a fancy treat.

I go to Elevate at least twice a week and I’m always extremely satisfied with my experience. They’ve successfully taken all of the business I used to give Starbucks and I’m thrilled to support a local business. The employees are always kind, and conversational. My favorite is Joe, he makes a mean oat milk vanilla latte. My dog Bailey is always welcome inside as well, she makes good use of the treats by the front door. I’ll continue to go there as long as I live in the area. I highly recommend!

We love Elevate !! Highly recommend this cafe. There is a lot of unique coffee options. You can tell the owners take pride in their quality and service. My favorite was the Creme Bru-latte, really well balanced. I also recommend the avocado caprese toast. Always so fresh and delicious !!

Very nice coffee shop in Lakeview east/boystown. Amazing staff and great menu. If you arent sure what some of the drinks are definitely ask the staff, the baristas are very friendly. The breakfast burrito is delicious and well worth it.

We had an awesome experience here! The coffee and latte were delicious, as well as the doughnut. It’s dog friendly inside which was a great plus! We ended up staying a bit longer and got the tuna melt which was fantastic!! Highly recommend, we will definitely be back!

Picked up a bike down the street and stopped in to grab a quick coffee beforehand. This place is absolutely wonderful. Cute little spot and very friendly people. I live in River North and will go out of my way to grab a coffee here next time Im around Lakeview.Highly recommend the Freddo Cappuccino. My gf and I got it without sugar and would not change a thing. The breakfast and specialty sandwiches also looked amazing. Usually, I wouldnt go for an avocado toast but I saw someone order it, and it came on top of a bed of chips and was finished with balsamic. Will be back soon.

I thought Id posted a review for Elevate last year but turns out Id reviewed the permanently closed shop formerly here - oops! I love this place. I visit multiple times a week if I can, and the owners and all of the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Theyve really evolved the place to meet the needs of the neighborhood, and it feels like home when you walk in. I can rarely bring myself to try any drink but the iced mocha because its by far the best Ive had, but my boyfriend will occasionally come by and try one of their other speciality drinks and were never disappointed. The rotating food menu is great, too!

Stopped by randomly and OMG the best oat milk latte in all of Chicagoland! It wasn’t too sweet or overly creamy. Just what I needed today

I needed to get my military haircut at Slades and decided to check this place out. Very cool atmosphere in here and everyone is very quiet and minding their own business. I had an iced mocha and they asked if I wanted milk or dark chocolate. I chose milk chocolate and I was very impressed with the taste. I will definitely be back. 5 stars! Bravo!

This is my new go-to coffeehouse in the neighborhood. It has been completely revamped under new ownership. I spoke at length with the new owner, and he has exciting plans for it. Most importantly, the coffee is great. Rather than serve stale coffee from a thermos, they offer a freshly-made americano instead.

The food is pretty good, a couple interesting coffee options. Nice seating space and pet friendly. Coffee could be a bit hotter, temperature wise. Everything else hits the spot.

I found this place by accident today escaping the fray of Cubs fans. I had an amazing cup of loose leaf Earl Grey tea that was perfectly steeped. Im very delighted and will return regularly on my trips to Boystown.

I walked in. The barista did not acknowledge me in any way no hi no nothing so after 5 minutes I left. He was making some coffee but I was the only person at the counter. At least give me a smile.

This place is amazing! I’ve been coming here since they opened. They have awesome special drinks like blueberry kombucha, orange cream soda and creme brûlée latte. The owners and staff are super friendly and always make me feel welcomed. It’s definitely a must visit spot in Chicago!

Nice spot to do some work, grab a cup of coffee. My Americano was perfect. The owner/manager stepped in over the worker when I asked about the possibility of getting a refill of just regular coffee instead of another expresso drink. normally they offer 1$ refills I was told. Either he should have not intervened or listened to what i was asking. He proceeded to charge me for the full price of a coffee. small.. tiny... minor issue, but still enough for me to seek a different regular spot.

This little coffee shop is under new ownership, thankfully. The old space was drab and did not have good selections. They did a nice job remodeling. Its bright and quaint. Lets talk about the Nitro cold brew on tap - that is an awesome offering & they also offer Arize Kombucha on tap which is wonderful! Happy to have a small business on Halsted rather than a chain. I purchased an ice tea which was pretty standard but got the job done. Super friendly young man behind the counter. Thanks Elevate!
