Ordered parts with expedited shipping ($77 charge for less than a pound of items that could fit in a padded envelope) expecting it in 3 days. Received the items in almost 6 weeks. No notification of a backorder or other delay and would not respond to my calls or emails. Horrendous service.

The staff are always so very helpful and knowledgeable.
