I own Linda’s Laundry in Trinidad, Colorado. I purchased a 60 lb. SQ washer-extractor from the Midwest pre-owned inventory. From initial contact to machine arrival, the entire process was amazing. Best experience! I’ll start with Jim. He was so helpful. I explained the problem with the old dryer and we decided a 23 year old dryer had served it’s useful purpose and better to put the money toward a new dryer. Bought a washer too since that was 28 years old. They’ve served their purpose and paid for themselves! Then Larry and Victor did a fabulous job on installation. They cleaned behind and around the old washer/dryer and cleaned up everything! Everything was thoroughly explained. They were personable, respectful and friendly.

Came in to midwest, Jim explained my options for a 3 flat rental, ended up getting the speed queen washer and dryer. Whats awesome is the option to have both coil digital phone payments via a App without need of having renters searching for quarters especially now when many banks are closed.The process is simple and easy. they were on time.. Great communication with front office, and even took my 4 old washers and dryers and relocated them for me to another property. The installers were great too, Larry and Memo were, fast, professional, and helped me with one of the valves that was leaking. After a whopping .27 cent O ring, Larry fixed my plumbing issue that could have turned this into Nightmare as I had to have water shut off and possible would have to get a plumber to cut and weld on a new fitting thus delaying the install and not to mention the shut off water to the building. Thanks Midwest Team for an awesome experience. I highly recommend this company for all your Coin laundry needs.

Bought a coin op washer from Midwest Laundries, the whole process was very easy and quick from the time I talked to the sales person to having it delivered and installed. The delivery/install guy - Larry was awesome. I was given an install time from 10-12, and I got call from Larry at 9:30 to tell me he was in Chicago traffic and would be there at 10:15. This blew me away because everywhere else when you’re given a window of time you never know when they’ll be there let alone to be this precise and prompt like Larry was. Definitely recommend Midwest Laundries for anyone in the market form commercial laundry equipment.

Amazing Service, good prices, and they made it easy for us to get it all done!Jim the salesman explained everything to me in such detail that I knew exactly what to expect.Larry the technician installed the new machines,. When it turned out our electrical panel had a problem, he offered to FaceTime me after my electrician was done so he could walk me through the set up. Sooo much easier than reading a manual! And the best part, the coinless app lets our tenants pay through their smartphones, and we dont have to collect quarters anymore!

I purchased a washer from these guys a few months back, and called back for a dryer. Larry delivered and installed, and called his co-worker to come level our washer since we had done it ourselves. I just ordered a coin-op Speed Queen Gas Dryer for my two flat, and Midwest delivered and installed it a lot faster than I expected, even with the crazy snow left from the blizzards. Memo was the delivery and installation tech, and he did a great job. He was very friendly and knew just what to do to get the dryer installed fast. I asked Memo if he could get the dryer to fit on the pedestal base I had from the old dryer, and it didnt work out, but I appreciate him trying. He hauled away the old dryer, and all the packaging from the new one, and showed me how to operate the dryer and coin slide, even explaining how to get a new key if I lose the one it came with. I will definitely go to Midwest first the next time I need laundry equipment for my building.

They had to remove old machines, install new bases, pick up the replacement washers from one location, deliver them to another and install the bases and washers. Everything was done in less than 48 hours as scheduled. The installers did a high quality job and kept my store clean. No mess. They hauled away the old machines as well. Great work.

I cant speak highly enough about this place. I have a coin operated dryer and the coin slide was jammed. I saw prices online for $100+ but this place had them for $30 bucks. I went in and when I spoke with the parts guy he looked at my slide, replaced a little rubber piece, and VIOLA! My slide worked fine. No need to buy a brand new slide. I was also able to buy a new tubular lock and key for a very low price. These guys know washing machines and coin slides inside and out. When my washer and dryer break I plan on replacing it with one of theirs. Thank you again!!

Great experience! Showed up around 1pm with a need for a coin-op washer. Jimmy sold me what I needed (with no sales pressure) and actually had the washer delivered by 5:15pm that same day. The install guy was professional and friendly and hard-working. He installed the new washer, hauled away the old washer, and hauled away all the refuse. Had the pleasure of doing business with Midwest Laundries Jim Schulz. I purchased two coin-op Ipso washers and a stackable dryer. Very fair pricing for a quality product and the team is very high on service. I called Jim on a Friday afternoon and asked if he was open on the weekends. He normally isnt, but when I explained what I was looking for, he offered to open up on Saturday and meet with me to show me his inventory. I made the purchase and his team delivered as promised. One thing on the product I encountered which was strange, the pricing instructions that came with the Ipso digital washer and dryer, werent accurate in the steps they provided to set the pricing. I texted Jim on a weekend, he responded right away and passed me to one of his team members, Damian, who took me through the process over the phone and did it with pleasure. Great Guys!! Midwest Laundries did a great job for me on upgrading my hodge-podge of used coin-operated machines to brand new Speed Queens with bluetooth payment capability. Like any upgrade, there were a few hiccups, but Lauren and the rest of the team took care of issues in a quick, professional, and friendly manner.
