Leaders has been a pleasure to work with. They rebuilt a walk-in cooler and serviced a reach-in cooler at my business at a more reasonable price than two other companies. The rebuild was something other companies said wasnt even possible. Both the office manager Ashley and repairman Omar were personable and effective communicators with me every step of the way. Ive been in the restaurant industry for over 20 years and I would highly recommend Leaders over all the refrigerator companies Ive worked with in the past. Im looking forward to getting a preventative maintenance and beer line cleaning programs run with them soon.

After a couple failed repair attempts with a different vendor we gave Leaders a shot and the tech was incredibly honest noting that the unit was toast. He made some minor alterations to give us 3 weeks out of our old unit as we made plans to get a new unit. Appreciated the honesty and assistance in our transition!
