Terrible attitude towards customers employees, the manager has said many times they are a private company and can do what they want too, they ship ALOT of damaged goods while being well aware of the damage. They work warehouse people 14-16 hours with 2 -15 min breaks Im putting together a photo file to be posted soon. When customers complain they say they are stupid.

Awful place horrible people terrible attitudes, I worked here for 3 months and I quit the right way and they refuse to pay me my last check 3 weeks of getting the run around and being blocked by the person who says she is in charge but can not actually get anything done and lies to customers. become a customer and see for yourself

Very tight dock area. Ive never taken more than maybe 4 pallets there so its always been fairly quick. If you have a 53 with a sleeper and theres already a couple of trucks in there good luck. Watch out for the curb, it likes eating bumpers.

It’s impossible to back a 53’ trailer into a dock between two other full sized semis at this place. Don’t even try. Unloading is pretty quick.

After contacting trimark looking for assistance on getting a key made for my cargo compartments locks,they stated that they would not help me,I offered to send them the lock to have key made,and still no help asked for info for who can help me (locksmith) still no help.

Really tight place to back into, don’t try to dock right next to another truck, you won’t be able to and one of you won’t be able to get out. Fast unload though

Delivery without appointment - receiving men told me - you dont have an appointment, I was very nervous, but they offload my trailer in 1 hr - thanks !

Worst company ever people are slow as hell 3pl took them more then 1 hour and all the doors was empty and had to wait 3 more hours until the old guy counts them all wow!!!!!!!
