Kelly helped me find the perfect dress at an affordable price.I planned my Chicago wedding from out of town and she made everything easier-- from making an appointment to storing my dress until two days before the wedding. Thank you and I would definitely recommend to anyone!

The owner of this shop was wonderful - the minute I walked in, she said she had my perfect dress, and she was exactly right! The selection is fantastic and the prices are very fair. Also, if you are looking for a nice vintage dress, this is the place to go.

Just called asking for details and asking about being able to go in to view the slections. Was outright told, when youre done shopping around and get scared because of the price tag, then call us and schedule an appointment. Felt uncomfortable right off the bat with this comment. The reason I had even called was because I wanted to support a local buisness.......... I have already seen a few dresses at other places and thought with covid and everything, why not go more local. When I explained I was just calling because I was hoping to see the collection, she doubled down on this and quote if you come in, its to buy since the dress wont be here for long. So now not only did they suggest I will be scared because of a ticket price, but now I will feel presured even going in because they expect me to buy. If I like what I see I will buy it, If not then I wont. Its not about me going to them as last ditch effort, its about enjoying this experince with my family. Wont even be going because of this interaction and the lack of an apology when the person realized they had messed up. Honestly sounds like they only care about money and are banking on desprate brides going here. Will not add to their numbers in that regard. Would recommend Glamour Closet (although sadly not local) if youre looking for dresses on the inexpensive side. They are a resale store. If anyone has any other recomended local stores, please let me know. Still hoping to go local if possible.*side note: Wedding is in March so I have time to look around. Budget wasnt even discussed when she told me the things she did. Great job on assuming I guess.

I got my dream dress here couple weeks ago. It was pleasant experience shopping in the store. They have a wide selection of the dresses,new and prewend,even if the store looks small from the street. All dresses are in good condition. Kelly was very super nice and professional and she quickly figured what kind of dress I am looking for. I tried almost 10 different dresses and than the first one, THE ONE, i tried at least 3 times,with topper,with Vail, without everything... and Kelly was with me all the way, she didnt hurry me al push for the sale. I left the dress in the store for fitting. They have the tailor that can alter the dress for you. I cant wait mine to be done,and than I will update with better pictures.

My daughter, the bride, and I, the mother of the bride, had shopped in 2 other bridal shops prior to coming to I Do Designer Bridal Consignment. My daughter found dresses she loved in both places we had been to.When we met with Kelly, she opened our eyes to so many different facets to wedding dress shopping and weddings. Kelly Likes to chat but listen to what she says. What she says is important. Kelly actually picked out the perfect dress for my daughter. We were not shopping. We were looking. My daughter said YES to the dress on that day

This family run business is the place to get a wedding gown at a great price. They are knowledgeable about the craft and structure of gowns and are able to customize a vintage gown to your specifications. They spent hours helping me narrow down the style of gown that I wanted.

I found the best wedding dress for my shape. My two sisters wanted me to keep it, because they also want to wear it. Great place with thousands of dresses. You might need a lot of time to find the right one. Also, call before going there to make sure it is open. The hours are not always right.

They said there were open on Sunday, I drove 1 hour and when I got here it’s closed. They have a sign on their door saying they’ll be back in a flash and a phone number. When I called she said if I didn’t have an appointment she couldn’t come. That’s so unprofessional and incompetent. She argued at their website it says that is necessary to have an appointment. Big lie!!! And the paper at the door saying they’ll be back in a flash and that they are open until 6pm!, another big lie!!! I will never buy anything from these people.

I came here with a girlfriend to look at dresses for her wedding. I was amazed at the quality and pricing. Not all of their dresses are second hand. Quite a few were brand new from another store that closed. My friend tried on about 5 dresses and they ranged in price from $300-1500. I wish I had known about this place for my own wedding!

Kelly was very helpful and gave us a lot of freedom to look around the shop ourselves. There is a LOT to select from, especially older/classic designs. All dresses are below 2k.

No where on the website or the Google Store does it say that this place is by appointment. Drove an hour to a business that shows that they are open to find out they were not. What a waste of my time. The women I spoke to was rude and condescending like I was just supposed to know her establishment was by appointment, then asked for me to send her pictures of the dresses I wanted to sell as I was sitting in front of her store. I shouldnt be surprised, people in the wedding industry are incredibly unprofessional and dont know how to run a business in general. Ladies this place is by appointment only.

I went to 2 bridal shops before this, and this was so much better. They didnt pressure me to buy anything, were kind and helpful, and I found the most amazing dress for about 1/3 of the price of anything else I saw!
