The owner is a nice man & the prices are very reasonable. I used his company twice for a move. The first time I had to end up getting in my car to drive up there & ask “Where the heck our my movers?! It’s 2 hours after scheduled time?!” I did receive an apology & discount. They were fast w the loading & unloading of truck. 6 years later I had the same issue...I was originally told 7a, I went the day before my move just to confirm things since I’d moved w them before. The lady stated she don’t why I was told 7a, they don’t open til 8a...I was upset because she’s the one who wrote down everything as the owner was talking. Why didn’t you speak up and say something. So she told me we’ll be there tomorrow between 9a-12p. They showed up at 2:30p, offered an apology & no discount. They loaded & unloaded the truck FAST! I’d use them again because they’re the best quote. They come w a truck & 3-4 guys. None of my item were damaged. I referred a family member of mine to them and she had the same experience as far as the extreme tardiness. If you decide to move w them just have your day pretty open & get your move date & quoted price in writing.

I strongly do not recommend this business. This place truly give black owned business a bad name. I purchased a washer/dryer (of course it was used) with 6 month warranty, I havent owned it for 1 week before they had to come out and repair it, it worked a week, and now broken again, i have not had the unit for 3 weeks and its not that I have a big family to wash for, its only me and I may have use it 4 times since i have had it. This business in my opinion should be closed down. The owner Steve-o have promised to bring me another one, because he would not give my money back and it has been 3 day and still no washer/dryer replacement.They are quick to take your money but slow as heck providing service, I use him in the past for moving and had a bit of a issue with timing but because of him being a black owner in the community I gave him another chance and this time has been the worse. I would not recommend this business to my worse enemy, and i strongly recommend this business is closed down, i will do everything in my power to get my money back and never do business with them/him again.He cant keep employees because of how he treats them, he prey on the weak and less fortunate. Believe me if my financial situation was better i would have never went there.PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS AND THE OWNER STEVE-O

Stove and refrigerators are falling apart in some instances, was injured attempting to open one of the refrigeration units. All of the fridges were clean in the since that a pig is clean after rolling around in mud.Steve himself is INCREDIBLY RUDE. He promised to come to inspect the Stove and Fridge my family had to sell him 3 TIMES, and never showed. We called countless times to no avail only to find out he doesnt do voicemailBEWARE. THEY STAND AT UHAUL AND ENCOURAGE YOU TO LET THEM HELP YOU MOVE. THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR FURNITURE AND BELONGINGS. They are not an insured movers company and arent liable for their damages.

The appliances at this shop are super clean as well as his shop. his delivery personnel are prompt and professional. I would highly suggest purchasing any appliances you might be in the market place for.

I paid for a stove and refrigerator set. He swapped the brand name one for a cheaper one. Still havent received the bars for inside my fridge. Then sent me a range top microwave for my inconvenience but once it got there, Id have to pay them 160 to install it. Thats what you get for shopping at unprofessional black owned businesses.

This man sold us a cracked boiler he a liar thank goodness I had my doggy camera rolling recorded his conversation then I told him I was taking him to court he returned our money
