Looks like I had the same experience as a few other customers. Grabbed a soda swiped my card and then spend a minute arguing with the cashier to push a button. He kept blaming me instead of looking at his register. Also, it was a little hard to get a receipt. I’m surprised I got one after asking a few times. I guess the airheads he was dealing with were more important than a customer

So I just left the store. I was supposed to help by Dexter. His card machine wasn’t working and he refused to take me at another register. On top of that he wanted to argue with me while he was trying to take customers. I’ll probably not return to this Bp because of how rude he was. I do want to say thank you to Nancy for helping me and she wasn’t rude. I would definitely fire him. This isn’t the first time I encountered him being rude. Also adding to this review. I was told there is only one line even though u have 2 registers open. It doesn’t make sense at all when u have a line almost going out the door. On top of that I would assume u would want 2 lines if it’s almost out the door. With COVID going on and the delta variant virus going on. I think u should talk to your gm of that location to make it safer.

Very clean and very polite employees. Everything was well-maintained the bathroom was clean and everyone was wearing masks. Not too expensive for being in the city. I would definitely recommend this store for anyone in the area, they dont get much better than this.

Had a friend go inside to purchase a pack of cigarettes and when they returned to the car we noticed it was the wrong kind. Went back inside to do the exchange and was told that we couldn’t exchange them. The only sign in the store was stating that exchanges and returns would have to be made within 24hrs. Still unable to receive a refund due to being cigarettes. They offered to send a $10 gift card which still doesn’t cover the cost of the purchase. I feel completely dismissed. I will no longer patronize this establishment nor their other locations.

Get ready to wait over an HOUR AND A HALF in line for the car wash. It’s very slow. Even with just a few cars in line. Better off just going to a hand wash place for $22.

I dont normally rate gas stations but Ill give this one 4 stars for having decent customer service. The car wash basically stole my money and the people there were helpful to give me the vouchers that I was supposed to get originally.

BEWARE! When thinking about getting a carwash here. Very very very slow system takes about 20mins or more per car. If you are not first in line forget about it. You will be better off going to a handwash service.

Never again. They got guys loitering all over the place. Not sure if they are homeless or not, but they are sketchy. They have a huge sign that states NO LOITERING allowed, but clearly it is not enforced.

There is a f@$king line to get in the store and I just need a G.D. Receipt. Plus they have the most expensive gas in chicago. Avoid at all costs.

They have some of the best coffee I ever tasted totally worth the 1.99. But when I used their restroom it smells so musty needs a good cleaning especially during covid but am glad they had a restroom when people have to go really bad this helps id go here i am downtown but they really need to keep the restroom smelling clean.

My rear windshield wiper was ripped off during the carwash in my brand new car (3 weeks old). The manager was very helpful and apologetic. There are several signs posted noting that they will not be responsible for any damage, so I was very well aware of that. However, I will not be going back.

Can’t really share much about the quality of the car wash as I’m typing this up while in line (so far 45 minutes in with 3 cars left in front of me). If I could, I’d forfeit the cost of the car wash and get out of line, but I’m trapped in by eight other cars.

Cant purchase tobacco products with paper I.d issued by state which is a big inconvenience. Cant even give real reason why I.d isn’t excepted. Clearly I’m well over 25. This business will loose a lot of customers

Didn’t even have the chance to buy anything. At about 8pm I brought 4 Arizona’s up to the counter and tried to pay with a $20. Cashier told me he didn’t have change. I told him I didn’t mind dollars or fives and he just told me “nope” so I walked out without another word. I suppose his drawer was ineptly low on all currency for some reason, but that still doesn’t excuse the discourtesy. Won’t be back.

I’ve never been to a gas station where I get harassed by panhandlers more than this place. Every single time I’ve gassed up here I have to shoo off at least 2. Car wash slow and the employees could give af about customer service.

Was working my night shift and really needed a Redbull. I drove there at 2:48, did not know the operating times but all the lights were on and an employee was cleaning outside. I asked her if the store was open and got the nastiest attitude Ive ever gotten for such a question, when the lady just yelled not open till 3. I did not wait the 12 mins and just left. Never going back.

The good thing about BP is that there is a clean public bathroom and fresh food and drinks! Another good thing is that the employees are very nice. Some of the female cashiers are the most beautiful and nicest women in the world! Im talking very beautiful like wow!!! No alcohol tho. Nobody outside pan handling becouse of security which is good and plenty of gas pumps and they have lottery. They also sell air for tires. Their coffee is better then satanic Starbucks... That Mexican female cashier tho

Good price but the they need to clean the wc more often, the staff is friendly but still they need to lock out for the wc better.

This place just takes your money. Staff is slow specially the overnight shift. Always understaffed. Employee necking with boyfriend in front of slurpie machine. Bathroom is locked, staff only unlocks for certain women @ night. Manager has no control of staff.

Prices depend on who checks you out. Do not let the males at this location ring up your items. Just cross the street to jewel and purchase the same items for cheaper.

Unacceptable after I spend $70 in gas and ask for the key for the restroom I get the responded for one of the employees that restrooms there are locked. The other thing is a security who was asking to the guest to leave after they finish getting gas almost kicked form the parking lot in rude way poor service from this big company

The pumps are forever slow. It has been 10 mins and it finally hit 5 gallons. Why are the pumps always in slo mo here?

Best automatic car wash in the South Loop. Premium wash is $8 and includes underbody and wax. Best time to go is very early morning when there is no line. Open 24 hours.

So sad i use to like this place to take a break buy gas, snaks for my uber job and now they are going to lock the bathrooms all nights till 6am according to Angel (attendant).. Shame we are going to need a new break spot. 😒

That Car Wash is Horrible it clearly says on one of the sash packages BLACK MAGIC TIRE SHINE that can wash doesnt have it at all worstest car wash in History......

Car wash was good, but waited for almost 25 mins... $6 for regular wash and $8 for premium wash, take the premium wash only, the regular wash didnt clean the underbody bumper side.

This is place is not what it used to be, lately there is only one person working everything. Most are rude and running out of stuff. I have waiting for my food for 20 minutes.

I needed to buy Fix A Flat. I was told that it was sold there, BUT I COULD NOT GET A PRICE! Its 8 degrees outside; I have a flat tire; I NEEDED TO KNOW MY COST...some stupid policy says that price information cannot be given over the phone. BOO.😠

DO NOT USE THE CAR WASH!! The customer service is terrible, I was told the “manager is really strict about refunds for the car wash” so no refund was issued, even though my car looks exactly the same as if I didnt even go through the car wash.
