I am giving it one start bc its a requirement... DONT GO HERE AVOID THIS AT ALL COST! They will make you waste your time. If you live far away like I did you will ask time off from work to go and fix any issues you have with them and you will just waste your time off and get mad bc the employees there are worthless! Honestly I dont know how a place can be run with such poor management. After one year and a half of waiting for my truck to be legalized it never was so then I had to wait about 5 months to get my check back. Once I call a call that my check was in from Laredo, I requested a day off bc now this location decided to only be open from 8am to 2pm- NOT CONVINIENT AT ALL FOR ANYONE BUT THE EMPLOYEES THERE. After my 2 hour drive I got there and it turned out that the woman who was at this place was unable to give me my check bc the other lady was not present. They refused to give me my check even thought I went during the times they advised, they did not care that I had drive 2 hours or so to get there, and on top of that, they were mad that I was mad!! REALLY?? This is a piece of dog crap building and the employees there are worst. Every time to talk to them they tempt to interrupt you and never let you speak.Oh an by the way- the phone number here isnt even updated to their correct phone number nor are the hours that they operate in.Avoid going here at all cost.
