I exported my car from the United States to Canada to become permanent resident in Canada. This company by far was the cheapest to obtain an ITN number. I filled everything out online, they were Wonderful to work with. I even called to make sure everything would go through fine and they were wonderful about answering my questions. The whole process took about 10 minutes online and they sent me my ITN number within an hour. I had no issues whatsoever at the border. Would definitely use them again. It was very easy process.

It was a great experience dealing with them. I was a little nervous at first, just because they were located on the other side of the country than me, but decided to go for it. Everything went super easy at the border with my vehicle export and the price they charge for an ITN is the cheapest I could find. If I ever export another vehicle, I will definitely use them again!

Used these guys to import a car. Great service, just give them the the right info and they will hook you up with the itn number...Had to make a couple changes to my file for various reasons and they were very quick and professional.I will be using them again for sure.

This is by far the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. While they were nice and very cooperative during the filing process to export my car to Canada, this turned 180 degree when I arrived at the borders. First they filled my VIN# incorrectly and when they tried to fix that, the request kept getting rejected. Speaking with Charles about it, he assured me it is no big deal and the officers will correct this once they have the car at the border. So after taking the day off, driving for total of 4 hours to the borders, the officers kicked us out for having incorrect file. Called the company office and had Branden (probably the owner) promising he will take of the problem. An hour passed by and I head nothing, I called the office, and someone just hanged up on me. I kept calling for the next couple of hours and no one is answering my calls. After 3 hours of my initial contact with Branden, I get an email notification from PayPal about a refund from Simplified Trade solutions… just like that, no explanation, no apology.. nothing ( I got an email from Charles few hours later apologizing and offering to re-file for free… yeah right!!). We got stuck at the borders for about 8 hours total for something that shouldnt take more than 10 minutes if those guys knew what they are doing. Stay away and save yourself the trouble.

This is an amazing service. I requested Mr. Charles Avery to make changes to information in EEI System (or whatever it is) three times. He was prompt and very helpful. I would highly recommend this business. I tried others and they were asking for Employer Identification Number (EIN). As a Canadian, I dont have EIN, but later on found out from Mr. Avery that it is not required.Highly recommended.
