The Black Cherry gelato/sherbert (I dont remember which one it was) was amazing! We discovered this place on accident but well definitely be coming back on purpose! Perfect place to sit and watch Art on the Mart.

I wasn’t quite sure what flavor to get. They recommended pineapple. It was so good. Not too sweet, very refreshing.

Staff was friendly and quick, the gelato was tasty! I got the mint chip, amazing!!!! Kiddos got the Oreo, hubby got the dark chocolate, which was RICH but also yummy! There’s a small splash pad right outside their business the kids loved too. View of the river was beautiful! Location, staff, and product are all great!

It was a little on the expensive side for what you got. Nowhere near the best Gelato Ive had, it is perfectly average though. Not great options either. Would probably be better off getting a pint of telanti from the store

The gelato is okay, but the service is unfortunately not (feels like the employees dont really want to be there).Masks are required in order to order. There is some outdoor seating (tables and seats) although there are other places to seat on the promenade.

Cool place to go if you want a night at the river. A bit over priced.

🍋 sorbet is tangy. Love it. Caramel salt tastes just like cajeta. Cookies and cream is awesome too.

Very delicious - I took my parents here while they visited me in Chicago. $7 for a large seems high, but both the gelato and sorbet were amazing! we loved the lemon, mango and strawberry flavors. in the COVID environment the workers were respectful and cleanly.

BEST GELATO IN CHICAGO!We found them coincidentally last year as we walked by the Riverwalk daily with our pups. They were closed until the summer hit and boy, what a treat. On a hot summer day, nothing is truly better. I also never had my wallet on me and they take ApplePay making it that much more convenient. I couldnt recommend them enough!!!!

Good gelato and iced coffee, but it was a bit off-putting that the girl working wouldnt give me a cup of water after a rather pricey bill. It was 80 degrees and sunny and I had an 11 month old with me. It seems like common courtesy to give a paying customer a cup of water. She said they were not allowed to give out water, which although somewhat understandable it seems like paying customers with babies on a hot day might be a good exception to the no water policy.

Nothing special and I think expensive. I know, this is Riverwalk and things can be expensive, but those things should also be good or delicious. I had gelato/ice cream at maybe more than 20 places this year and this one may be the worst. By the way, they make cones there freshly, but somehow it wasnt crispy.

This is not gelato. Okay ice cream at best. Why are people saying this is best in Chicago?? I am guessing they dont make gelato in Chicago.Staff gets impatient the moment you ask for a second tasting; you are warned you can try two at best.

Great Tasting Gelato, Naperville location is a lot better. I get the prices have to be higher since its on the river. But theyre very pushy about there 2 sample only policy. Wont be taking gelato here no more, sticking with Naperville, more flavors and better price there.
