Honestly I had a great experience here! Great food and great service. It was not super busy when I was there (around 11am on a Monday). Great experience overall!Btw I got the pancakes with apples and pecans which was AMAZING. Pancakes were delicious with or without the added toppings.

The place is great for breakfast. So many choices to choose from, youll want to order everything. Everything came out hot and delicious. Make sure to get Angela as your waitress, she was the best.

Visited last week and it’s a well rounded place to eat. Our waitress was great and the food was good. Will most likely be back. I recommend the churro waffles and the bacon waffle! Strawberries were okay, you could tell they were getting old. Hash browns tasted a little funny too, but other than that the rest of the food was worth it.

Best diner in Chicago, the staff and cooks are all so dedicated to providing great service. Cindy and Victor take such good care of their customers. I love it here!!

Me and my husband is big on breakfast spots!! We are from Detroit and found this breakfast on Google and glad we went there. I had the countryside skillet and omg it was so good I was so full and the pancakes was amazing. My husband had the 2-2-2 breakfast and raved about the sausage being so good. Will definitely keep this as my breakfast spot anytime I visit Chicago. I also had the Malibu orange breakfast cocktail I highly recommend tasted like a Pina colada. The prices are not expensive way worth the amount of food you get!!

Really good food here. Bit of wait at busy times. Parking is not exactly easy in this area. Some street parking all around .

May have to give this place another try as I see good reviews from others but had an ok experience. Food was bland, order was incorrect, very crowed (4th of July weekend), but was ready when I went to pick it up. Late night crew was getting slammed so quality may have dropped off.

Ohhhh Maria! She was an amazing server and she was so so personable! She made our breakfasts so memorable! The Latin American inspired food was amazing! Coming from a family with a diverse culture that included a strong Mexican influence this food was indeed authentic! The El Chapo was Killer! Come here please! You will not be disappointed! I started with a glass of fresh squeezed orange juice, then had the BLT with crinkle cut fries, and shared the churro waffle with my girlfriend. Everything was tasty. Service was quick. Went on a Sunday around 1 pm and the restaurant had only a few tables left. Ill definitely come back and try other things

The location, staff, and ambience were great. The food was a little tasteless for me. It didnt taste seasoned at all, which was disappointing. I had high hopes for this place. The mimosas were great too. Maybe if I come back I will just get drinks.

True old school diner. Maria R was a wonderful server. Hash browns needed a little work as they were more like mashed potatoes but my Hot Beef open faced was true old school American diner with instant potatoes. Menu choices over the top. The cocktail options were amazing as well!! Definitely will be back

One of my favorite breakfast places I have ever tried. Thought it was gonna be a generic diner experience but the the whole experience was exceptional. French toast was delicious including the base bread and even the whipped butter. Tex mex skillet was absolutely delicious and I’m pretty sure the salsa was home made. Prices are cheap considering location and serving size. Open 24/7 Thur-Sun. Will definitely come back for more.

We went for late dinner on Saturday night. It was pretty busy. We were seen and seated right away by the nice gentleman in front. Waitress was very busy but on top of everything and was very polite. Food came fast, everything was hot and tasted great. I asked for crispy chicken and got grilled on my wrap - I’ll chalk it up to a busy kitchen or a forgotten punch in the computer, but I’m not too difficult so I was happy. The fries were so good and crispy and the soup was delicious. The bus staff cleared everything quickly and everyone worked hard and worked well together. On top of that, the price for 2 entrees & 2 apps was amazing. I will definitely be going back.

Try the B.L.A.S.T. sandwich. Its a BLT with some extras. A little pricey but big portions. We could have easily shared an omelet plate. We didnt have a shake but they sound great. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

This is how breakfast food is meant to be! Well done, classic food, well priced. You won’t find faux brick walls with dim Edison bulbs, but instead you’ll find great food with friendly staff. Kid friendly, too! Diner food done RIGHT!

Huge portions at good prices. Typical diner food. Wasnt busy when we were there but service was good and our burgers came quickly. Breakfast menu looked great but we didnt try it.

Their boozy shakes are amazing! Sweet potato fries too. Just cant go wrong.

Great breakfast, lunch and so much more. Best stack of pancakes that makes the pancake house pale in comparison. Fresh beers on tap, full bar and friendly, inviting atmosphere. Thoroughly enjoyed the char grilled chicken sandwich with avo and pepper jack. This one is called River North and a real favorite here.

I do not recommend to go eat in this place, the server was so slow, my strawberry smoothie didn’t have no taste, the fries wasn’t seasoned, and the chicken wasn’t cook you can see the chicken still pink . I’m disappointed.

The food in this place is mind blowing, we went there on our last day in Chicago because my brother said that if you wanted to eat well in Chicago thats the place to go. I had the chicken and waffles and Im still fantasizing about it days later. The waitress Maria was a complete sweetheart, will definitely go back on my next trip 10/10!! ❤️

Wow! We had the strawberry banana Nutella French toast and the texmex skillet, and they were both very impressive! Everything was really good — even down to their condiments. The butter and salsa that accompanied our dishes were exceptional and definitely enhanced the taste. I almost could not physically stop myself from eating it was so good!

This is a really cool place! My husband and I enjoyed it. We found it by accident. We were just walking and they happened to be open and we were hungry so we stopped in. We had a wonderful breakfast and my husband enjoyed a fabulous Bloody Mary and I had a really good mimosa. The food was delicious! And the service was great.

In a party of 8, 3 of us had to send our food back, French onion soup, fettuccine Alfredo ( too runny), & the fish & chips ( fish was half done). The manager was accommodating.

I visited Chicago this past weekend and stopped in and ate here for the first time. It was a great atmosphere and the food was amazing. Everything was so great i ate here 3x this past weekend They have the BEST cinnamon rolls Ive ever had. Sad I didnt bring any back with me. Go there people

They really are open 24/7! Fast service, staff is okay, food is good enough for a dinner menu. Place is clean and tables are comfortable. Good variation of breakfast menu. No delivery however, available take out. And they do serve alcohol. Will visit again next time in Chicago!

Everything was good an Im from the south so I was surprised there Grits were edible with salt butter an sugar but they did give me a burnt sunny side up egg an I order regular coffee and got decaffeinated

This place does great food and has great service! All day breakfast meant we could have awesome pancakes for dinner too. The waitress was so friendly and attentive yet was also genuine which was lovely. I would highly recommend this place for breakfast lunch or dinner as their menu covers all bases. It is well decorated, the booths were very comfortable and clean, and the pricing was reasonable as well so all round great choice for food!

Went here for brunch, food was good, staff was nice, only reason why I am deducting a star is because they had their AC blasting making the place extremely cold, I heard a couple of tables complain about this, but didn’t notice any change in temperature. I do recommend it though.

Definitely eat the dessert or I call it breakfast waffle with ice cream! It gets 10/10. The waffle was made to perfection! Definitely going back very very very soon!

The waitress was a little rude... She didnt really bring utensils to the table without us asking... They have all that cake but didnt have candles for us to sing happy bday to my daughter... I ordered herbal tea and the mug that was given to me had lipstick stains all over it. I requested a new mug and even that had some particles on it that I wiped cleaned with a napkin. My niece ordered hot chocolate and there was something floating in her drink. The waiter was apologetic and brought her a new drink and the food was delicious but I think when its crowded things go overlooked and service isnt as good as it could be. The waiter was working several tables and seemed overworked which is why I didnt fuss too much. It was peak brunch hours.

Yooooo I came here late night after drinks and had the chilaquilles and they were so so effing good! Spicy, saucy, and steak in it! Eggs were cooked perfectly. And best of all I had a chocolate shake too! I love when diners seeve shakes regardless the time!! I appreciate that!! Our waitress was very nice to our group. If youre out definitely stop here for the late night munchies! You will be so satisfied!

This diner exceeded my expectations because I am not a diner person. The place is clean, comfortable, and the staff is friendly. I ordered the cheese burger and I was pleasantly surprised.

Such delicious food! Griddle 24 was a spot we were excited to hit on our short weekend trip to Chicago. Its got a nice diner feel without losing its hip touch. The menu is extensive without being overwhelming and makes it hard to decide what delicious meal to get. The food came out quickly and was amazing. The service was great and our waitress wss kind and attentive. I would absolutely recommend this spot to anyone visiting.

The morning staff for the weekend is awsome. Family orientated, and full of joy. Great food! They cater to Vegans and Vegetarians upon request thanks to me. If you dont believe me, just ask Brenda for the vegetarian salad or wrap.

Cold food, waitress and manager let it sit in the window for 15 mins before bringing it to the table. Had to get up to get my own coffee, after all that we got cold food, mine had a hair in it.
