The atmosphere is nice and the food was delicious! We have a gluten intolerance, and they were very accommodating and knowledgeable about whats in their food. We were in the area, but we would consider driving back from the South suburbs to go again. I cant comment on the service because we went at an odd time and day, so the service was great since we were the only customers at the time! The plantanos chips and spicy Mayo were delicious as well as our Entres

Its a small place, more like a mom and pops place but the food was delicious. The portions were just right. You can tell the food is freshly made . 😋

This is one of our favorite places to order for delivery. The food is awesome, prices are good for the servings. But unfortunately we arent able to place orders due to the phone number being disconnected and theres been no update. Please update phone number so we could start ordering again.

Yum yum yum! Generous portions, the fries are super yummy (pictured below after I ate 90% off them lol) I got the chicken Caesar wrap and really enjoyed it! This was our first time in and pickup was a breeze. Thanks, neighbors!

I really enjoyed this place! Ive been meaning to visit for a while and am glad I stopped in for dinner. This place offers fun fusion, with Cuban inspired pizza and sandwiches. We had the fajita pizza which was quite delicious. Toppings were plentiful and the peppers were crisp and fresh, complemented by a good, balanced crust, sweet tomato sauce, and a delicious homemade hot sauce on the side which I couldnt get enough of. This place is very good and has very kind and friendly staff and deserves more traffic than it receives--check it out!

The best ropa vieja Ive ever had

The outdoor patio is lovely, and the food was good. The service was extremely slow. There were 3 of us and our meals all came out at separate times. My friend ordered a simple salad, she waited an hour for it, which was longer than we waited for the hot dishes. The kitchen seemed extremely disorganized.Ive eaten here in the past and had a more pleasant experience. Hopefully this was a fluke.

This is a hidden gem! I found them on GrubHub as I am vegetarian and choices are slim. They came up in filter for vegetarian and I had been wanting to try Cuban food but thought I could no longer due to my diet. Well glad I did as their veggie sandwich was sooo good as well as the veggie plate dinner! I dont eat ANY kind of BEAN but I ate their black beans as they were so flavorful. They give you good amount of helpings. I even warmed up leftovers and ate 2 days later and it was STILL GOOD!! Only reason as to why I didnt give 5 stars was due to delivery coming 20-30 mins past time specified.

Dont bother with this place. I thought Id give a new place a try, so I placed an order on Grubhub. Almost 2 hours later, I still hadnt received it, so I tried to call them, but surprise! Their number is out of order. Grubhub couldnt reach them either, so I got my order refunded and got some delicious food from my go-to Cuban place.

They have good food, but every time I have called over the past month no one picks up the phone during open hours.

Low on flavor. You can tell the ingredients are frozen not fresh. Small sandwich for 9.50. coffee was not strong like a Cuban coffee. Cafe con leche was bad. Would NOT recommend to anyone. Disappointed.

Last Wednesday I had dinner with my friend at Kerelys for the first time. I found the place through Google, searching Belmont& Milwaukee restaurants, Chicago IL. In the middle of the day the place was totally empty, but clean, casual decor and friendly waitress was very inviting. The menu has plenty of choices. My friend had ropa vieja. Very good. Ive chosen veggie platter. Absolutely delicious. The seasoning was on point. Complements to the chef. Portions are more then generous and prices more then fair. Highly recommend this little gem and cannot wait till I go back again. Thank you Kerelys.I am not 100% sure, but I think that Kerelys is BYOB! What more you can ask for!! :)) Keep it up guys!

I always get the same thing when i come here Their caramel macchiato is AMAZING!!! Hot or iced(l (better hot) i would say this had to be the best in Chicago. I also aways get their phillies which are so good. Highly recommend this place. I always go at least once a week or biweekly.

Snap chat it & all my friends went & planing to go & try this lil Cuban gem. We really loved it, been going every Thursday before class & is our fav spot now. Met El Jefe, hes so friendly & 😱 does he know how to cook. Making it a lil tradition to go every Thursday & enjoy his delicious food. 😍 Best of all my kids love our Lil family time & devour the food.

My boyfriend and I found this spot last minute after work, it was pretty late night and I put in an order through grubhub for pick up. At first I was a little worried that it was going to be one of those tablet left on and restaurant closed situations so I called and was surprised when someone answered and assured me that they were open and working on my order. We were so happy. My boyfriend is Cuban and was dying for some quality authentic cuban food and I am very picky about my food. I am so glad they are open late. We will definitely be frequent customers. The chef was very friendly and I could tell that he made the food with care. Will probably stop by later on tonight after work. 😋

I live close by and actually really like this place, my empanadas were not greasy messes as someone else expressed. They were actually cooked quite well. People need to realize this is like a Cuban diner, for what they are the rock.

We were the only people in the place but the food was tasty, good portions, and a decent price. Some of the most decent prices Ive seen in chicago. Croquettes and spinach and cheese empanadas were delicious!

Everything was salty and greasy. No garlic flavor on anything. Super gross. Ordered 2 combo platters, had to throw them out. Inedible. Was going to call for a refund it was so bad. I dont know how their pizza is, but that is not authentic Cuban food.

First time having Cuban food. Juicy flavorful beef that has me dying to come back and try the rest of the menu. Nice portions at a decent price for the quality. Highly recommend.

Cuban sandwiches are a heck of a deal - they are basically 2 meals. Went here to dine-in, but it took 40+ minutes to make two sandwiches so we just took them to go. Definitely recommend ordering ahead or getting delivery.

Kerely’s is a staple of the Avondale portion of Milwaukee Ave. My girlfriend and I probably come here at least once a week, or once every other week, and we are NEVER disappointed. Even when they happen to run out of something, and we try something new it’s always amazing. This place doesn’t make bad food! The workers are all family, and it really brings a certain charm to the atmosphere of the restaurant that makes you feel like family when they serve you. Kerely’s is what makes that portion of Avondale so awesome!

This restaurant is Cuban Fusion menu. I had lunch there with a friend today. I had the jibarito sandwich with french fries which was very good. A Jibarito is a sandwich made, instead of bread for the sandwich they use Banana fried banana, which is very good. My friend had the steak sandwich with she said was very good. This restaurant does not have any alcoholic beverages but its very clean and inviting. Service was very good. I had signed up for their email notifications for events theyre so Im hoping they keep in touch cuz I will be back for more food.

Ive been there twice now and everything weve gotten was amazing. The ham croquetas are very flavorful and the sauce that came with is incredible. The empanadas were huge. One order comes with 3. We tried the chorizo and it was very good- not the typical chorizo Im used to. It looked more like little bits of ham. The crust was flaky and light.I had the ropa vieja sandwich and it was so juicy. There was a ton of meat, the veggies were nicely cooked and the bread soaked up all the fabulous juices. It was even great the next day.I will definitely come back.

I saw this place on my way to the luggage store down the street, and I came to check it out since I was hungry. They offer pizza and sandwiches on the menu, as well as appetizers and coffee/espresso drinks. Me and my wife both opted for the ropa vieja sandwich as one of the most traditional cuban offerings and didnt really know what to expect. It was so worth the try, so much better than the overly hyped 90 Miles cafe! It came with banana chips and for $8 it hit all the right spots! Highly recommend!

Take out. 15 mins wait. Good service. Freshly made for my order. Empanadas are delicious and the flan is made like a crem brulee. Love it we recommend the place.

The best jibaritos Ive had in maybe a dozen years since I first found out about this Chicago Rican sandwich from heaven. The cafe con lèche was also great, and my wife swore by her Cuban burger. Had a bite, also divine. Palate of flavors in every bit, garlic heavy of course.

Not actually Cuban food. The bread on the cuban was really bad as well as the cheap, standard ingredients (nothing amazing). The meat in the empanada (generous term) was half grease with no special spices in it. Mostly just greasy ground beef. The pulled pork was slightly better.Instead of mariquitas, they sent me fries. I called them and asked since the menu specified that the delicious plantain chip was included. They said that I had to specify that I didnt want fries, even though they arent even on the menu with the sandwich.The sauces with it were chunks of garlic in vinegar and they also gave me a ketchup. What happened to mango habanero or the green sauce?Overall just so disappointed. The food wasnt absolutely awful but it really should not be labeled as Cuban food.

One of thy best hidden gems in Logan Square! Im glad I looked in Groupon! First, I cant say enough about the server. She was very professional, friendly... I really cant convey online how awesome she was! To eat, I had Cafe con Leche (Coffee with steamed Milk), All I can say about the coffee is OMG! I had Yuka Frito, delicious! And the Steak Jibarito was the best I have had! It was nice to be able to actually chew the Steak without struggling so much, and it was delicious! For dessert I had another coffee with Pan con Timba, which is Guava and melted Cheese on toast bread. This may be considered more of an appetizer, but I enjoyed it as a dessert! Lol! And, FREE WI-FI!
