Just great service with excellent breakfas. Portions are no worry as “your eyes are bigger than your ability to finish proportions”. Clean,Friendly and warm.

The place was nice. I only gave it 4 stars because the menu is all broke up and not is order to me. Also, being from FL the food is different so the hard browns are not true hash browns. But it was very healthy tasting. The establishment was clean and neat. Waitresses very friendly and attentive

Was good, but the waitress forgot to tell us there was scramble skillets available, it was mis listed under breakfast sandwiches. She said it was a misprint. Nothing special, but if I was in walking distance I would visit more often. Its like some regular homemade breakfast.

Very quiet laid back restaurant if youre looking for a chill breakfast. Service was great and staff was friendly, the prices are a little high but the breakfast servings are VERY large.

I have not been here since I graduated DePaul in 2012 and wow this place is just another reason I miss living in Lincoln Park. I ordered a custom omelet with fruit, English muffin, and grapefruit juice -- absolutely everything was fresh and every bite was wonderful. Great service as well.

I had the french toast and it was delicious but the eggs Benedict was straight up bad. Like every part of it was bad. Our server was awesome and it was a little over priced for a diner.

I had the best breakfast burrito any human being could ask for AND they made it incredibly fast, too (it was the one with eggs and guac)! The service was amazing as well!

Bright, pleasant atmosphere. The staff are all very friendly and the food is delicious (with surprisingly large portions which I honestly feel is rare for the city). Only real complaint is that requests were not taken at all. Apparently you can get blueberries with a pancake, but not with a waffle?

This is truly the best breakfast/lunch spot in Chicago. I’ve been coming here for years and always get amazing service from Pam and Marilyn. Not to mention they are pretty fast with bringing your food. Today, for the re-grand opening I had the pleasure of meeting with the owner and she made me feel so welcomed! We dined in and also took out an order for a friend. We received very good service and very good food. The rest room was clean and serviceable, though for some reason, the urinal was crowded by a short wall. It seemed a little pricey for the two $$ given on Google Map.

Excellent service. The staff was very attentive. Had two eggs over easy, cooked perfect. The sausage links were some of the best I’ve had.

My husbands family loves coming here. This is the second time Ive been here and it is a great atmosphere. I did not catch our waitress name but she was awesome! If you are a bread person then try the Sweet Summer Trio and you might want to share the sweetness with another. You can never go wrong with (my personal favorite) sweet potatoes fries!! Love it and you will enjoy it too.

Finally reopened! Greek omlet, Jalisco wrap with homemade salsa, sandwiches, etc. Great family place for brunch. Curious if they will again offer the wonderful seasonal menus.

Love Nookies! My wife had this amazing stuffed French toast and I had the Dixie Benedict (no photo of mine as I inhaled it). The staff was great, the food cooked perfectly and quickly. Def highly recommend for a great brunch!

Service is great, but food not so much. Coffee is forgettable. I got a stuffed French toast with berries; it was not sweet but rather unusually tangy. I didnt want to box any to take home. I should have tried another breakfast spot in the area, not Nookies Too.

The food here is AMAZING. So many unique and delicious options for savory and sweet palates alike. The service is super friendly and prompt. The price is what youd expect for the neighborhood, which is a little pricey in my book, so just go there knowing youll spend in the range of $20 per person for breakfast and be ok with that. Well worth the money.

Delicious. Start with something sweet and share it with the table. BYOB and they provide the mixers. The aesthetic is clean, cute and vintage/modern. Excellent staff and quick service. Good for groups or just you and someone else.

Came for breakfast and no one was there. Their website says they are open. We even spoke to someone on the phone the day before and they told us they were open.

This is a small little breakfast/brunch restaurant with tons of delicious options to choose from. Not one person wasnt happy with their meal and everyone walked away full and satisfied. I normally have a recommendation for restaurants but there really isnt anything I would change about this place. The wait staff was quick and very fast at getting anything we needed to the table

Probably my favorite brunch restaurant in Chicago. I frequented it often when I used to live in the neighborhood a few years ago (Lincoln Park). Whenever I visit, I always try to visit this location specifically for brunch. It’s just a very cozy neighborhood sort of joint. They have some solid regular diner stuff on the menu and do some seasonal menu change-ups for specials. Also, I’m always fascinated that some of the same staff has been there over the 10 years I have been frequenting the restaurant (both when living there and when visiting). Adds to the neighborhood feel.

Outstanding outpost of the Nookies empire. Staff are pleasant, service is efficient, and the food is always good - especially the skillets and the specials. If you go on the weekend expect a wait unless you arrive before 9am.

Definitely my favorite place for brunch. Im a brunch lover and Im addicted to their food. Its a big restaurant as well so you never really have to wait in line. If you havent gone yet, you are missing out. Pumpkin pancakes and the pesto skillets are the bomb!!!

This places is always a good choice for breakfast. I usually get their trio option, which includes three smaller portions of different specials going on at the time.Good amount of food for the price. Usually get seated within 10-15 minutes. Not a long wait time.The atmosphere is like any other diner. Check it out for their seasonal specials.

I would give a zero if I could. Horrible customer service. Came in here with my husband and little daughter, Sunday around 2:15 pm. The place closes at like 3 or 3:30 pm. We were placed next to a table with a very noisy crowd. I asked the manager if we could be moved to a vacant table in the far away corner, because it’s too noisy here and we might need to leave (I’m also 8 months pregnant). The manager was very rude and unprofessional. She said I’m threatening here and that she hadn’t been treated like this by anyone in 35 years. Honestly, I will never go back to a place where they treat their customers so poorly.

This is a Chicago staple; however, I dont really understand why.Its good, dont get me wrong. It has all your basic breakfast, brunch, and lunch dishes. They dont stray too much from the traditional menu. It has a very diner-esque atmosphere, where you sit quickly, you eat quickly, and you leave quickly. Its loud and tables are quite close together so sometimes you cant help but eavesdrop on your neighboring diners.Its also nice that they are B.Y.O.B, but I dont know of a ton of people that would bother to bring drinks to a place like this. As I said, its not the type of place you come for the atmosphere to sit and relax. Its good quality breakfast at standard prices. Ive never had anything bad here, but Ive also never had anything fantastic.

Stopped here with friends for breakfast because there was no line and getting 7 people seated was tough everywhere else.This place felt like a typical diner with average coffee. I didnt feel that the price reflected the quality of the food well. The food wasnt amazing so I wouldnt come back.

My friends and I had a reservation at 6:30 PM on a Friday and we were running a bit late, but they were nice enough to keep our table. Their decor is really cute and has a nice hip ambiance.

Staff is fantastic. Food was honestly bland. Had the smoked brisket hash with some kind of tomato/bean salsa. Im sure it had to do with the fact that we dined at the later part of the Sunday brunch hour so the quality wasnt quite there. Also coffee taste burnt as if it sat in its decanter for hours. Its fine. Id come back to give the menu another shot.

With dinner time approaching the grumbling of food was in need, and the desire to try a new diner was high. Being diner connoisseurs we whipped out our handy location based apps on our phones and started looking around the area. To our delight, a diner by the name of Nookies Too (a fun name) was rated 4-stars consistently across all their location and from hundreds of reviews. We deiced to give it a shot. My wife got the turkey club, myself the bacon cheeseburger. Wow – I now see why it is consistently rated 4 stars. The food was great and well priced, the staff was pleasant, and atmosphere quaint. We prefer the 50s diner motif most of the time, but it was still a great experience – will definitely be returning. Oh – and its 24 hours!

We were seated after a 20 minute wait. Fine. After we ordered we waited 50 minutes for our food. One of us had to leave. When it finally appeared it was bland at best, mis-ordered, ungarnished. Other diners who were seated after us got their food ahead of us. I left a big tip as I assumed it was not the waiters fault. I wont be back.

A nice, spacious place to have brunch with friends! The sound level isnt too loud so you could have a conversation without having to yell. The dishes, both the seasonal items and regular items, are beautiful and taste delicious at your standard brunch price. I got the Green Goddess skillet which included veggies sauteed with hashbrowns in pesto sauce.

A go-to place for neighbourhood breakfasts with all the classics of the American Breakfast, from the healthy to the decadent. The two booths in the front are delicious when the morning sun streams in. Its quiet, too in the mornings. A great place to start the day.

I went to this place about two years ago. From what I remember it was delicious. I have been to Nookies more recently and that was delicious. If you want some more casual breakfast the Nookie family of restaurants is a good place to start.

Nookies Too has great food and good service. We went on a Saturday morning at 11 and there was no wait, which is unheard of in the area. Since its a smaller joint it may not be the best for large parties, but the menu is concise and consistent so you know what to expect. Also has options for vegans and vegetarians!

Their chicken noodle soup is the best Ive ever had. Always pleasant service. A diner feel and food.

This place was pretty good. Ive been to a Nookies before so I knew what to expect. It was pretty slammed when I got there so my table by the door was pretty obscured for a while by the crowd waiting to get their names on the list. Once the waiter found us though, it was fine.I has the Huevos con Chorizo and that was awesome. The portion was pretty huge though, truth be told, youll pay for it. I little pricey but worth it if youre looking for a big and delicious breakfast. I got that with a side of hash browns and the total came to about $13. The service was pretty solid and the guy kept our water glasses full and coffee cups hot. Stop in for a brunch to take the hangovers away.
