A GREAT find!!! My heat went out this past weekend and I have an old furnace that I thought would need replacing.... He came less than 2 hours after I called. He looked it over and showed me what needed to be cleaned and how he had to reset the control and fix the SmartValve. The fact that he was willing and able to fix vs recommend replacing my old furnace makes him a 5 star business in my book especially after another company had just recommended I replace

Purchased an overpriced capacitor yesterday and attempted to return it today. The clerk was very kind however failed to mention that this overpriced capacitor was non-refundable. It was not printed on the receipt and not clearly posted in the place of business. He phoned the owner Rangel where he chose to nickel and dime me for a restocking fee ($13 on a $45 part). Also not on my unsigned bill of sale. This decision was made after the clerk told him that I would file a formal complaint withe the BBB. BTW, the stock is approx 8 feet from the counter. Whatever happened to the cost of doing business? I chose to keep the capacitor as a spare of course. This guy is not going to make a $13 profit and keep the part. Hilarious!!

He doesnt come back and do what he suppose to do, I have to run my hart at 82 when it on in the winter sometimes it doesnt stop running you call these guys they say their coming and dont show up and if you try and call them back they DO NOT ANSWER.ill never use they services again no you have to pay someone else thats bad business they do wouldnt recommend.

I found the parts I was looking for, they have a great variety in parts for air conditioners and furneces.

I called on a holiday (labor day) and they answered me, I asked Mr. Rangel if he could sell me a capacitor, he replied that it was closed due to labor day but Mr. He was very kind by offering to open the store to sell me what needed.In fact he offered to service me should I need help fixing my unit.Its nice to find people who still serve the community beyond their working hours. Rangel knows what he is doing, he has a lot of acknowledged in how your units works although I think the prices are a little higher but is worth the price since he knows what he is doing and gives warranty in writingHe speaks Spanish and the gentleman can be seen to know what he is doing, he explains very well everything he is fixing and lends himself to asking him questions. I think he charges a little expensive but it is worth paying him because he actually gives very good service.
