Hector, store manager, absolute clown, completely disorganized.Came in to upgrade and he told me that my promo was accepted, then at the last minute told me that I had to pay full price and pay the balance on my current phone for a whopping total of $1175Nothing I find more misleading than a blatant Bait and Switch

My current phone was acting up. I went in to the store to switch back to my older phone. The representative seemed confused. They said they dont do that and couldnt help. Left the store and called Sprint on my wifes phone to get my old phone reactivated.Seems like this store has lots of customer service problems. Maybe they only want to sell new phones.

Holding the Door, Offering us Water and Just overall Friendly. Honestly never really cared for Sprint but my Daughter has it so Im trying it out and this 1st encounter with the Sprint Team at 3346 s Western Ave in Chicago was the Best. Great Job Guys.
My father had worst experience ever at this store. Went in for help activating a new phone and was turned away. Was told to go back to best buy where he purchased phone. Called and spoke to Enrique who claimed to be a manager offered no help. Would only confirm that he was not there and could not verify this happened. WELL IT DID! which is why im calling. He refused to give us name of employee who refused to help my father and never once offered for my father to go back for help activating this phone. He was ok with us just filing complaint. NEVER AGAIN!

Will sell you the wrong product and then say they will return it but then dont. Absolutely rude assistant manager who claims to be the real manager but Im sure is just an regular costumer service rep. They dont know their products so I would definitely choose a better store to go to.
These employees are very slow and dont have any kind of pep in their step or desire to help customers. They werent rude when I went, but they were not helpful or interested. They didnt have a sim card for my Sprint phone for no reason whatsoever. A representative said they dont have it because its a small store, but this is literally the largest sprint store Ive ever seen. They completely wasted at least 15 minutes of my time just being slow and ill prepared.
I lost my phone last Sunday came in to the store on Monday the lady that took care of me didnt know what she was doing at all to the point were she gave me my phone and didnt ring it off and they been calling me to go back in, because my phone still in their inventory and they charging me for taxes and fees hows that, and even worst if manager knows employees are learning why they dont support them if they not doing anything else. Theres nothing wrong with asking or jumping in and teach them what know.
DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! Totally incompetent staff who only know how to sign people up but show very little interest in customer service. I had several issues here and will never walk into this store ever again! If you have Sprint go to the store on Clark and Division. They are by far Sprints best store in the Chicago market.
I have been a long time Sprint customer & had a really pleasant experience here. Luckily I got here when no one else was here. I have been in here before when it was really busy. I had a lovely conversation with the associate that helped me, Pedro. The manager, Diana, and another associate, Fernando, where also nearby. They helped me transfer all my data, made sure my phone was protected with a case and screen protector, and even told me about some amazing deals when I purchased my Samsung s7. I received a free VR, which is one of my new favorite things to use. I also took advantage of the tablet promotion they had going. I recommend you come here! Not just recommend, you NEED to come here. Theyre that amazing. Ignore all the other reviews. Just be patient if its busy. You will get the service you want and the interaction you deserve. Thank you so much Sprint North Western Team! :)

Went to the Chicago Western and Roscoe location on 9/12/16. I had a wonderful experience with Essence who helped me switch to the Sprint network. She answered all my questions, and helped me pick the right plan. Keep up the good work!
I always pay my bill here. They have never been anything but helpful. They were also very nice about answering my question about adding services to my line, and how much it would cost me. By they do seem like they are short staffed because every time Ive gone in they are busy! And I had to wait for someone to finish up with other customers.
Stay away from this store, which could possibly the worst customer service Ive experinced from Sprint yet.....i talked to Jessica, asked her if she has the phone I want (the phone was on sale, but they took it off display)..... after seeing that i will not be spending MY money on anything else but that phone and asking her again: DO YOU HAVE THE PHONE??? she went to the back came out with a phone that cost 3 times as much and again tried to waste 20 of my minutes......do not go in this store.....youll be met by 5 employees zoned out where youll have to clap your hands to get some attention......i will now be calling corporate and trying to get these shady characters some re-training on how to behave when theyre over here, otherwise send them back to Humboldt

On the date of 06FEB17 around 10am when the store first opened my wife, my daughter and myself had gone in to renew our contract and get new phones. There was two young ladies working the store that morning, one Spanish the other one African-American. The Spanish young lady took care of gentleman that entered right before my family and me and the other young lady took care of us. She asked us how can she help us and I told her we were interested in renewing our contract and get new phones which was coming up next month but didnt know the exact date so she asked for my drivers license so of course I handed it over to her, but what I didnt know and I didnt authorize was for her to take a picture of my license front and back with her tablet and she didnt ask for permission and once she did take the picture she put her tablet away under the her counter. Why would she do that? It seems very suspicious and I will be filing a complaint with Sprint Corporate the BBB and The Illinois General Attorneys office Lisa Madigan. Because what she did was very suspicious and in my opinion against the law and possible identity theft. Was worse she couldnt do anything for me because the system is set up where she cant look up my information since my contract is not due till next month. And according to her Sprint no longer does contract at Sprint stores only online so why did she have to take a picture of my drivers license???????!!!!!!! My personal information and my civil right were violated and you will be hearing from attorney!!!!!
This store is close to me, so I went there this evening yo try to upgrade my phone. Ive been there before about a year ago and had a bad experience, but I thought Id give it another try. Walked in and they acknowledged me saying well be right with you. Ok, so I looked around at some phones and stuff killing some time, when another woman walked in. Same thing, they said well be right with you. So 15 mins later, the guy finishes woth his customer and go directly to the other woman and starts to help her. Um, I was here first. Now my mama taught me right, I would have said, Im sorry I believe she was here before me, but oh well. I continued to wait. Looked at ALL the phones, ALL the smart watches, ALL the cases and never did anyone say to me again, well be right with you and, oh I dont know, maybe apologize for the long wait, but nothing. Its as if I wasnt there. Now, being in customer service for 15+ years, I would have expected some sort of acknowledgment, but nothing. I started to walk out the door slowly to see if anyone said anything to me.... nothing. They let me walk right out. Note to self, never ever go there again. I dont care how convenient it is. Id rather travel farther for better service.
All they want to do is sign you up, after that the customer service is terrible. They get you in treat you all nice then after I found mistakes on my bill and things that were promised to me were either a lie or the Rep had no idea what she was doing. My phone bill is too high and Im ready to cut sprint off. Avoid this location.
Terrible service I have come via one of the customers in the store did not have when I tried dopohty I even put a chair not vzali I was talking to the manager while in turn served by kliyentiya I prochykav 45 minutes and no I do not dopohly
They didnt know how to fix the voice mail bug on my nexus 6, but no one does as far as i know. They were patient and helpful with my girlfriend getting a new phone
