Good customer service and he was quick and sufficient at finding my order. He did great in verifying my information for pickup. The only problem is that the website says theyre open when they arent sometimes.

Rude people, overpriced and unreliable service. He replaced a 5 amp circuit breaker with a 2 amp circuit breaker. Sure enough, the 2 amp circuit breaker in my appliance burnt out within 6 months. If I hadnt figured it out, I would have to go back to him every 6 months for servicing. I do not mind paying for good service but this is not the case here. Do not trust. I recommend looking at other options in the area for any repairs.

I purchased an iPhone 5s from Worldwide Electronics online. The shipping was extremely fast. I spoke to Rooshda on the phone regarding the shipping and the voltage and she helped out very well. Helpful and friendly employees

I had a nasty experience. My wife bought a Jadoo 4 remote control for $20 from this store. When we tried it at home, we found that some of the buttons did not work. Looking further, I noticed that the white markings on some of the buttons were worn off, and that the Jadoo 4 label had been peeled off. It clearly was a used item. I went back to the store, explained the problem, and asked for a NEW replacement. The salesman, who was a very rude young man, told me they did not have a replacement, and refused to give a refund, pointing to a No Refund, no Return sign on the wall. I told him that the item was used, and did not work properly. He insisted that it was a new item and refused to budge. I told him I would not leave the store until he gave me a replacement or a full refund. He still refused. I tried to reason with him for a while, but to no avail. Finally, I climbed up on the counter, sat down, and told him I would not move until I got a replacement or a refund. He threatened to call 911, I said go ahead. At this point an old man with a big white beard walked in, he seemed to know the salesman, they exchanged some words. I explained the situation to him. While I was talking to the old man, the salesman was on the phone speaking to someone who must have advised him to give me a refund. He finally pulled a $20 bill from the cash register, handed it to me, and told me not to come back to his store. I got off the counter and shook hands with the old man (who was a nice and gentle person). The young salesman refused to shake my hand and said some nasty words. I dont think he understood that treating customers in such a way is not acceptable.

Avoid this place at all costs. They are beyond rude and racist. They have a horrible reputation for ripping people off, which I didnt find out about until I left this god-forsaken place. Luckily, I only went to pick up my UPS package and they refused to give it to me, to the point I had to call UPS and put them on speaker phone AFTER providing my ID, UPS tracking number, UPS door sticker, and the email UPS sent me. I almost called the cops.

I Ordered a Samsung Galaxy S5 white from there website to gift it to my nephew and a few days later my nephew wanted black color phone instead of white so i called these guys and asked for an exchange & then sales guy asked me whats wrong with the phone and then i told him i just wanted a black color phone instead of white, so he agreed to replace the phone for me and they dint even charge me restocking fee and i am very happy with there customer service & i do recommend people to buy on this website. Thanks a lot worldwide electronics.

Ripped off! Do not buy do not trust! We lost $300 because they could not get the phone we bought to work and would not refund or exchange.

TERRIBLE NO RETURN NO EXCHANGE POLICY! I wish I could give you no stars. I was ripped off! These people said that a phone I purchased would work on Verizons network but it was a lie. They said if it did not work they would give a refund and that was also a lie. These CHEATING SCUMBAGS took our money and made false promises that ultimately resulted in us not only losing the price we paid for a defective phone but also the time we lost running back and forth from their store to Verizon and back. ITS A MIRACLE THESES SCAM ARTISTS ARE STILL IN BUSINESS. Most of the other reviews here are faked.

How can an electronic store not have speaker wire?

Never open on time,this guy comes whenever he wants to! Very unprofessional and ignorant. I dont think this is the image UPS wants to portray. I will be contacting UPS about this.
