Spring broke after being overwound by another company. B&H sent the technician Jade out on a Sunday evening. He installed a stronger spring at a reasonable price then spent the better part of another hour figuring out and fixing an issue with our sensors that had prevented reliable closing for over a year. It was nearly 9pm when he left. Very nice guy, as well. Enthusiastic to show me what he was doing and why. Glad we went with them

Late last night I tried to close my garage door and it would not close. I was able to force it mostly closed but it was still a bit off the ground. I messaged BH as well as other garage repair places at about 10:30 PM and within 10 minutes I had a response from Nate he said that he would have somebody there in the morning. Rudy came on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and not only fixed it but left the garage door working better than it had before the problem occurred. This past Saturday night, we heard a really loud noise from our garage door when trying to close it. We then discovered the garage door would only open about 2-3 feet before stopping when using our garage door opener.My husband is generally pretty handy, but after looking at various possible issues, he determined this was outside his scope. When my garage door ran off its rails and would no longer open and close, BH Garage Door came out the same day and had the rails repaired and the door remounted and working smoother than it ever had before. Chris, the technician was excellent and quick. He assessed that my door, coils, rails and opener were still good and did not need to be replaced. The price for repair was very reasonable and I will definitely contact them when the day comes that I need to replace my system!

BH were one of the service providers I contacted and the one I decided to go with to get my garage door replaced. First of, I was able to get a schedule for quotation very promptly and the guy showed up as we agreed and explained things clearly. Then after deciding to deal with them, we were able to get the custom door I wanted and installed in a matter of few days! The guy (one guy) that installed it seemed to know what he was doing and did not waste any time on getting the job done. We hit a snag with my garage door opener but we were able to work it out and had my garage door working in no time! Chris the the technician just installed two new springs after one of my old ones snapped in half. I simply googled installers and luckily for me it came up with the BH Garage Doors. Chris had to be the nicest guy I ever met. Super professional, knowedgeable, easy to talk to, and had the parts installed very quickly. I love that he replaced both springs because you know the other one would be breaking next. On top of that, he checked and lubricated all of the other parts on the door. Fast/prompt service and did a quality job installing. Called me in the AM when they were 30 min out (Which I appreciated). Also originally I thought I was going to have to buy two new remotes and as it turned out the new panel and auto close tramsmitter did not require new remotes. That saved me $100 and I appreciated the honesty in that service call and transaction.
