Extremely courteous- they came right away and fixed an issue which was clearly not caused by them. Despite having warranty for my opener system the company that had installed it refused to come out- instead they blamed the problem one MH garage door services.The service from MH was superb - they came did not charge me and effectively fixed another company’s poor job- it was simple to fix but it still required someone to come out- which I immensely appreciate! Orig. door was old, all wood and extremely heavy. The metal bracket holding spring assembly to garage broke. Called & Man came out to fix that day. He casual asked had we considered a new lighter door. We had, but never followed through. We had him show us aluminum doors. We decided on one and put down 1/2 then. It only took a day to create the door we wanted. The installer came early (yeah!!!). He took the old door down very quickly & he put the new door up. I got a second automobile but no room in my garage for it. I called MH Garage and they extended it for me and now I have my car and my truck under one roof.

I had been gritting my teeth for months whenever I opened my garage door, the screeching sound was too much! I finally decide to call MH Garage Door, Inc. to see what could be done! Oshri arrived spot on time, told me that it was the spring relay making the noise and it is pretty typical for the type of door I have. Well, I then asked if something could be done as the screeching noise goes right up my spine each and every time I open or close the door.Oshri again without hesitation brought out a can of lubricant and sprayed along the tracks and that was it - we closed the door and the screeching noise was gone!This all took place within 5 minutes of his arrival! When I asked him what I owed him, I was so relieved to have the problem solved, he said, Nothing and keep the can of lubricant., he shook my hand and went on his way.What a great serviceman, I give him a 5 star rating on every level: promptness, attitude&efficiency, resolving the problem and being sosimpatico. I was really pleased with everything all around! I FB messages Oshri Saturday and he replied right away. We scheduled a quote for today. He was prompt, gave me a two hour window period of when he was arriving. Earlier this morning he gave me a more solid time - which i really liked. :). He gave me a great quote for putting in a new garage door opener, two clickers, and a keypad. I asked him if I needed a new garage door, he told me that the door is insulated, has a rubber number on the bottom that meets the garage floor to seal the bottom. He said it was in good condition. (I was looking at replacing for the aesthetic value) It was nice that Oshri was honest and that he told me it really didn’t need to be replaced. He did give me a quote for a new garage door anyway (which was great service) for an insulated door and for a non insulated door. He assured me that I didn’t have to make a decision right away, and that I could think about it if I’d like. I felt no pressure. I didn’t feel rushed. We decided to just have a new garage opener installed, with two clickers, a keypad, and sensors put in. He said he was available (at that moment) to do the installation, but assured me that I could wait. I immediately said yes! And he was able to do it this morning. He was very kind to speak to, very friendly. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I even asked if he did any other handy work- lol- bc he was so fast and quick with a quote and installation and all around service. Thank you Oshri!!!!
