Called and scheduled an appointment...on the day of the appointment no one showed up or called...I called 10 minutes after the scheduled appointment to see if perhaps they are running late, but no answer. I decided to go with another company.(Response to Company remarks)I never missed the appointment..I called ahead of schedule time and asked for a reschedule as anyone should do if something comes up etc..(something you guys did not do for me)you guys called back after my 1st appointment schedule time and assured me a reschedule date...accountability and own it, going on here and making it seem like a potential customer fault shows where u guys stand.

KG doors installed an exit arm in our complex. It worked for a week and then was told bad motor. They never returned to fix after multiple calls. The man was really cool but service is terrible. 0stars

Great customer service. Msg the company for a quote at mid night and holiday weekend wasnt expecting a quick response but I did thats what you called a great customer service. He follow up the next business day and sent someone over right away fixed my broken electric gate that wasnt closing and opening correctly.

I called and got 4 estimates for a gate opener for our condo building. KG Doors was the best priced, everything went great with the installation and they followed up when I had a question afterwards. I would highly recommend them

Our garage door spring broke this morning and couldnt leave for work, looked on google and called acouple companies and described what was wrong and kg doors was the better price and seemed more knowledgeable about fixing our problem than the other companies I talk to. I made an appointment same day and they showed up when they said they would and fixed the door fast. They also gave me pointers on future maintenance and a decent warranty for what they did. All in all was a good experience . Thanks

I had another company come out. The guy looked at it, barely touched anything, and told me that I needed a new motor, rail, etc. for $495. Gidi from Signature came out, looked at the unit, and fixed the problem for $125 (no need for a new motor).

Made an appointment for a service call, waited...and waited...they never showed up, never got a call. Says a lot about them right there.
