The owner is a thief. On December 3, 2020 my Dad (a veteran) brought him a gold wrist watch to be repaired. Dad gave him a $40.00 down payment and was told by the owner that the watch would be completed in 1-2 weeks once he had the parts. My Dad called and was told he was broken into and that the watch was stolen. Did not prove police report number. My Dad went in and called a few times and was told hell find him a watch--he never did. When my Dad or I call---he hangs up!!!!! If he had insurance they should have replaced the watch. If no insurance, the owner should have replaced the watch. In all probability, the owner repaired the 14 karat gold watch that Dad had for 40+ years and sold it for a huge profit. He just hangs up---what do you think?????

Beware! This store owner is crooked and very irate. Do NOT expect quality work or to get your items back in a timely manner (if ever). DO expect to be lied to, treated unprofessionally and disrespectfully. Please don’t support business owners who treat customers this way. The floors in the store are also a complete tripping hazard- a huge obstacle to step around safely- I’m amazed that he hasn’t been fined yet or forced to close.

Thursday, May 6th, 4:27pm, sign says OPEN, but doors closed. Says Ring, but no ring next to sign.

Its 5:30pm and this place is closed drove from Glenview and I get here and closed!!!! It says open till 6pm

Fantastic service. I lost my father recently and they got his old watch up and running again for me for very fair price. Highly recommended if you need watch Repair. Also a nice selection to jewelry in the cases.
