They are pleasant over the phone and nice and helpful in person. Was in and out with my furnace filters in minutes.

Love this place! Love the people! Its like a little down home family store. The owner was so friendly and kind. I didnt have cash or a check to pay for my $35 bill, and his credit card machine was broken. He trusted me (a stranger), allowed me to take my purchase and mail him back a check. Where do you find that in 2021, Southside Chicago? America needs more kind people like him!
