After demoing home theater seating at a local place and then experiencing sticker shock, I did some searching and learned about HTMarket and their stellar reputation in the home theater enthusiast community. I emailed them and they were quick to recommend a seating solution similar to what I had found, and I was able to purchase 7 seats for the cost of 4 of the other brand. Our Clark chairs have all the bells and whistles you could want: power recline, power headrest, power lumbar, LED cupholders and base, and memory controls for the power features. The lumbar support was a big one. I wasnt sure about putting them together myself so opted for the white glove delivery. They brought them in and set them up quickly and honestly I felt a little foolish for not doing it myself, but they did such a good job and did the heavy lifting I didnt mind the nominal cost for the service. The seating is every bit as comfortable as what we had sat in locally and everything works great. I have already been recommending them to everyone who sees and comments on them. I also appreciate how responsive and helpful they were in the buying process and during the time waiting for the seats to be shipped.

Great Customer Service & Incredible Chairs Worth Every PennyI purchased three Sheffield chairs back in April and have had them for about a month now. I must say these seats are not only very comfortable to sit in but perform exactly as advertised. The top grain leather is soft and relatively smooth to the touch. The seat cushions and backrests are not too firm or too soft but provide just the right level of support for me and my family. Controls are easy to understand and access. The LED blue lighting around the cup holders and along the base of the seats really adds to their “WOW” factor. All LED lighting can be controlled on and off at the cup holder. The height and layout of the armrests were quite comfortable even when fully reclined with just the right amount of padding for my arms. My seats came standard with free tray tables and cup holder inserts. The storage compartments were very deep and easily accessible. Plenty of space to store all your handheld accessories including the tray tables. Since I ordered my chairs in the curved configuration they arrived with two wedged armrests which came with both larger storage compartments and more elbow room. The included tray tables were very sturdy and easy to install. Each tray table is capable of rotating 360 degrees from its pivot point without any obstruction from neither the cup holder nor the armrest itself. Rotation of each tray table was silent, smooth and almost effortless. The only unavoidable conflict I found with the tables was when they obstructed the access to the cup holder during use. This resulted in either placing my drink on the table or using the adjacent cup holder on the other armrest. When reclining the motion of the seats were very smooth, fairly prompt and reasonably quiet. I experienced no squeaks or any disturbing sounds while either operating or shifting in the chairs. The power headrests were one of the main deciding factors that lead me to this particular model of chair and I have to admit it was definitely a smart move on my part. I really can’t imagine not having them as a feature based on my own prior experience. The chairs don’t include lumbar support, however I found the backrests provided plenty of support along my entire back whether I was sitting upright or fully reclined. Also when fully reclined I noticed hardly any gaps between the seats and lower backrests. This was a major concern for me as I wanted to make sure I did not improperly sink into the chairs while reclining. I’m very thrilled to acknowledge this concern has not been an issue at all with these particular chairs. Overall, I felt very well supported and comfortable in these chairs even after four to six straight hours of use in one sitting. Highly recommended!!!!Note: All comments within this review are partially based on my own personal preferences and experiences. Custom ordered 8 Sheffields in brown leather. Overall very pleased. Like a lot of people, I didnt have the opportunity to try them (or any other HT seats) in person prior to purchasing, but have zero regrets. A few of the boxes looked like they had been attacked by a grizzly bear when they arrived, but the contents were unscathed. The leather is soft and supple and has a high quality feel to it. The brown color is absolutely gorgeous. The cushions are medium firmness, supportive and very comfortable. Even for a space saver seat, the sitting area is plenty wide. The length of the chair works well for my 61 frame, but may feel a little short to anyone much taller. The motor mechanism is quiet, smooth and feels solid. Again overall Im very satisfied with both the form and function of these seats. Optimistic they will provide much enjoyment for our family for years to come!

We ordered 5 Hamilton seats that arrived yesterday. They look amazing and the quality is top notch. The one thing I would note is that these are not the original chairs we ordered- those were on backorder. However, our customer service person, Tom, took very good care of us and went what I felt was above and beyond to make sure we were taken of. I do appreciate that with this company you speak to a real person from the company and not a random outsourced cs team that hasnt a clue (like amazon).The chairs themselves are on the firm side and very supportive. The motor is quiet and the range of motion is impressive. I can either watch a movie or have dental work done. lol. The buttons are super responsive and we love the arm storage in each chair. I was very nervous about buying furniture online so I took the time to drive to htmarket showroom. Everything was just like I hoped. I ended up buying 4 Clark chairs and have had them for a while and really think they are comfortable great looking. My experience with HT Market has been great. After a lot of research, we decided on 8 Pembroke seats. I actually arranged a visit a year ago when I was in the area and met with Tom to see them in person. Tom was very helpful. It then took over a year to get our theater designed and built. Tom answered all my questions promptly along the way. When the builder made a mistake that set us back several weeks, Tom offered to hold onto the seats for us until we were ready! It really helped us out as I didn’t have much space to store 8 seats. My family loves the seats! We ordered 4 Somerset brown leather theater seats from HT Market for our new homes bonus room...and we couldnt be happier! HT Market is an awesome company with great customer service. Their Hamilton Seats are a real treat. Ive lurked on quite a few forums and after a year or so contemplating, I pulled the trigger on 7 Chairs.. (3 Curved Front row, and 4 Curved Back Row)..After the few shipping issues (With the carrier) Tom was very responsive and helpful with the situation. After I received all of the product, I was in Movie Bliss. I mean these seats are soooooo comfortable. This is the first time I ordered furniture without trying it. I inquired about a single recliner and the customer service rep told me that they arent a huge priority since they have a small profit margin and free shipping didnt apply . I was still interested and he said he would get back to me to tell me which items were in stock. I never heard from him again.There is nothing worse than an owner who wont take responsibility for his employees. Blame a bad review on a hit job instead of working to fix the issue. His response to this review should be a red flag to all potential customers.

Purchased the row of four Southampton with loveseat, and am absolutely thrilled with every aspect of the purchase. I’m so glad we chose the HT Market Sheffield theater seats. They are well built and very comfortable. We ordered four seats in a unique combination of two sets of two. The sales people were really great to work with. These chairs are so comfortable, we have morning coffee in there too. I like the way they recline, first the footrest lifts up so you can stop while you are still able to sit up. The headrest on the Sheffield model is powered so you can bring it forward, even when the seats are not fully reclined.

We recently ordered the love seat configuration of the Southampton seats along with two additional Southampton chairs (to make a row of four with the love seat in the middle). We couldnt be more pleased. The quality of the chairs is extremely high and theyre very comfortable. The electronic controls work flawlessly. The blue LED lighting is a fun accent - we saw reviews online that suggested they may be a tad too bright but we didnt find that to be the case. As good as the chairs are, the white glove delivery service was even better. The crew lifted all four seats up three flights of stairs to our loft and positioned them exactly where we wanted them. They tested all of the features and made sure we were happy before they left. All around a great buying and delivery experience. Were looking forward to enjoying the seats for many years to come!

Buying seats site unseen is a little unnerving. I have been looking for media room seats for a while. I was about to order from another site when I came across HT Market via a forum. I went with the Pembroke 4 seat curved as it was the top seat they sell and somewhat reasonable per seat. I would have like more color options...but didnt want to order and wait.I placed my order on a Monday (Labor day), they shipped out Thursday and the seats were delivered the following Tuesday.The delivery wasnt by UPS but by a freight carrier. They delivered them on a pallet into my garage.Unboxing and setting up was fairly easy enough. The seats were bulky to move upstairs in pieces but manageable for my wife and me.Assembly was quick and the seats feel great. Happy with my purchase. The included (during a sale) 5 year warranty is a nice bonus with a purchase this large. Being black leather Im not concerned about stains but more about rips and motors.All in all great experience.

Only super minor complaint is I wished the seats locked together. The power mechanisms are smooth operating and the power headrest is a real comfort enhancing feature.The full grain leather feels great and the vinyl match on the non-contact areas looks perfect.These chairs have a look and feel of chairs costing much more. Ordered three straight Pembroke chairs in November. They arrived almost as fast as my amazon prime deliveries! Chairs are excellent - they are the center piece to my home theater. Leather feels great and the adjusting head rest was just what I was missing from my other reclining chairs.Any questions or concerns I had were promptly answered by Tom at HTmarket. I was so happy with the first three chairs I ordered three of the Belmont’s for my riser. Again, extremely fast delivery and chairs were in excellent condition. Love, love, love the Belmont’s! I could not recommend HT Market enough. I had 4 Hamilton chairs shipped up to Canada, they arrived faster than I expected, and with plenty of protection to survive the long trip. The price they offered for shipping such a long distance was even comparable to what I would pay for similar chairs locally, but the quality is much higher. Their sales department was in contact with me every step of the way, customer service was A+. If you are looking for home theater seating, these are the guys you want to deal with.

I did a lot of research both online and at some local furniture stores and found nothing to compare with these seats. The space saver was perfect for me and the space I had. We got a quote from them for a sofa sectional. We went ahead and placed the order for the sectional. They then came back and said they misquoted us and cannot sell it to us for that price. I purchased a Pallister unit of three theater seats. I paid to have the grommets installed and also purchased one iPad holder and one table that go into the grommets. The chairs arrived per the scheduled 4 - 6 delivery estimate and no issues with them. I purchased the white glove delivery service which delivers and installs. The delivery company was a subcontractor out of Newton, NC and they did an excellent job. Overall very happy with the chairs and service.

I purchased three (3) Hamiltons from them and I couldnt be happier. I spent a couple of years designing my home theater and a big part of that was deciding which seats to get. I am a large man and getting a good size chair is difficult. An inch or two wider doesnt seem like much but, think of airplane seats, a couple of inches is huge.I think the Hamiltons are the best bang-for-buck theater seats available. I researched home theater seating for literally two years. Motor recline, LED lighting and charging port plus leather match covering. It is well designed for being a top notch seat with practicality in mind.Customer service is great as well. On one chair the motor was not working and, after couple of emails and a quick phone call, a replacement part was sent and was easily replaced.The HTmarket seats are really a great value and I highly recommend checking them out before making a final decision and, again, I think the Hamiltons are the best value out there.

They looked good but just were not comfortable. Based on that previous experience, I was somewhat reluctant to buy another set of four without first giving them a try, something that just wasnt possible. Instead, I spent a good amount of time reading online reviews including an extensive thread dating back several years on the AVS forum. HTmarket seemed to be well regarded by nearly all so I thought Id give it a shot and ordered 4 of the Southampton seats. Im really glad I did!The seats arrived in perfect condition in under week shipped to the West Coast. Assembly was very easy and accomplished with exactly zero tools. The leather is soft, supple and very attractive. Most importantly, these chairs are very comfortable. The motors are dead silent and extremely smooth. Never mind the fact that these chairs represent an excellent value proposition. That is to say, that these arent good theatre seats for the money, they are just plain good furniture, period.

Do not order from this company. You will regret it. They charged me 1600.00 for home theater seats that arrived damaged/defective. They told me I could return if I was unhappy upon ordering and when I decided to do that they wanted to charge me a 25% re-stock fee as well as return freight. They wanted nearly 700.00 to return after telling me I could return with no stipulations. Buyer Beware!! I have disputed this with Paypal, as well as the BBB and filed paperwork with the Chicago attorney general. This company will rip you off!!

We also needed a more narrow profile chair than a lot of standard offerings due to our room being a little on the narrow side and my desire to get 4 wide seating.After I researched what was available in the market, these guys stood out to me. It was their online presence and helping people through their decison, purchase, delivery, and help with parts and install when the occasional issue arose. They gave a personal touch to the shopping experience that the other competitors couldnt or didnt.After a couple dozen email exchanges and a couple phone calls to clarify things, as well a lot of time reading online postings by the store owner where he went above and beyond to offer exceptional support to some other customers, our decision was made! These guys had just the seats for us, now to spend this kind of money on something I had not sat in or seem in person. Ultimately it was a leap of faith guided by Tom and Alans support and input because where we leave it was nothing short of a 1000 mile trip to actually test out these kinds of chairs.We decided to go with their Belmont offerings which were a spacesaver design, with power recline, power headrest, all wrapped in real black leather everywhere the chair touches you. We purchased our seating just after thanksgiving, and wanted them by Christmas. Well, the salesman Tom communicated with me through the whole process on when the shipment would reach their store, and when it would leave and head to me. We knew from the start that it would be close because these chairs are popular and our order was still inbound from the manufacturing facility. The concern was not these guys, but could the delivery company schedule to ensure we would get the chairs before Christmas.Well, after getting the info from Tom for the delivery company, I made one call and it was agreed they would go the extra mile and put my seats in the garage, vs curbside. What a relief for a day it was to rain and I was at work. This saved an entire week off the delivery time and got them in before Christmas.It took a couple hours to get them all (7) unboxed and installed and they look great! Very comfortable and stylish seating and they fit our space VERY well. The power mechanism is very quiet and smooth and feels like a top quality item. The storage arms are very nice with little gas shocks to lift and hold them up.Even after the initial shipment, the seller hasnt forgotten about us because they were sending us a couple other accessories, and then I realized the cup holder liners were missing. They responded very promptly and shipped those pieces right out. I feel confident that IF I have a need or problem in the coming months with these chairs, that I will receive a prompt reply and resolution from HT Market.If Im ever in the Chicago area Ill probably plan to stop by and say hello!

For many years Ive wanted a media center (man cave). A few years ago I bought a projection tv with a 120 inch screen, a receiver, 11 speakers, 2 good subs and a dvd player but I was missing one thing, theater chairs. I searched the L A area and found that most of the chairs were of poor quality. I did find one chair that I liked but you had to add leather, power, etc and that made it tooExpensive. I then searched the internet and came across H T Marketing. I liked the Devonshire model and when I talked to Tom, he said that the Hamilton suited my needs better. On faith, I bought three Hamilton chairs with white glove delivery and the warranty. The chairs arrived and the men set them up and removed the boxes. I am very pleased with these chairs. They are beautiful and very comfortable. I find myself following asleep on these chris while watching a movie. Friends have come over and stated that these chairs are just as comfortable as the ones found in theaters. I am very satisfied with the Hamiltons. No squeaks. After doing extensive research on theatre seats for a home theatre I just built, I chose to order 8 Southampton’s from HTMarket. HTMarket came highly recommended from multiple online theatre forums. The purchasing experience could not have been better. Immediately after I placed the order, I was contacted by the sales manager, Tom, to get a phone number (so the shipping company could set up delivery) since I forgot to include one with the order. The seats were shipped a couple days after the order and arrived at my house less than a week later. During the entire process Tom kept in touch to ensure that I was satisfied with my purchase. In addition to the fantastic customer service, what I received was a top notch product at a fantastic price. You will not get chairs of this quality for this price at your local furniture store. We are extremely satisfied with HT Market & their products. My husband is military so we move around a lot and that puts a great deal of wear and tear on our furniture. We have been through a lot of couches. They just dont hold up.Recently, my husband started complaining about back pain while sitting on our big box store sectional of 2 years. The cushioning was thinning and we knew our sectional wouldnt withstand the demands of another move anyhow (too cheaply made). So, we decided we needed another couch, but this time we knew we wanted high quality in hopes it will hold up to the rigors of moving (we also wanted leather, reclining and ultimate comfort).I stumbled upon HT market via Google because of the wine glass holder (I think I searched leather couch with cupholder). I thought this was pretty ingenious and showed my husband. When he became captivated by the HT market site I started to panic. Theater seats! In my living room? NO! I got to looking around the site and started to understand why my husband was so passionate about their products. He showed me the Warwick and I fell in love (& now that I have my set I will say the photos dont do these gorgeous seats justice, they are beautiful & high quality).Being a smart consumer, I made my husband spend the following weekend looking at couches at all the big name furniture stores and some local furniture stores. We looked at top grain leather recliners, sat in them and examined them. We couldnt find ANYTHING that was built as soundly as these seats are and they wanted MORE money for less quality. I REALLY didnt want to cave and buy seats I never sat in, but I couldnt deny that they are better built, designed better (we wanted a love seat with cupholders on the sides, not in the middle of the seat, so we can snuggle up together at the end of the day and that was impossible to find during our shopping excursion) AND HT market has better pricing than the box store.We placed an order and I stressed about ordering seats I never sat in, the color I chose and the layout we chose. We chatted with HT market staff via email and on the phone on several occasions and they were patient, understanding, knowledgeable and helpful. When I changed the layout, they quickly processed the change. When I went back and forth on color, they sent me swatches. They never once made me feel like I was being obnoxious or indecisive. They even got back to me right away via email after a major snowstorm. Communication was always fast and efficient.My husband called several times to check the status of our backordered seats and they were always helpful. The day they estimated receiving the seats, my husband called and was told the shipment was due to arrive. The turn around from there was nothing short of amazing... our seats shipped out FAST. We were AMAZED at how fast they worked to get us our seats.Fast forward a week and here I sit in GORGEOUS seats that scream high quality. We set the seats up ourselves and it was ridiculously easy. My dogs have been up and down on the leather seats and we have had zero issues with their nails on the leather... top grain leather is durable. Our children LOVE operating the lights (which can be disconnected by the way), my husbands back isnt bothering him during television shows because these seats are super comfortable and I am satisfied with the look of our new living room furniture. Everyone wins. Furthermore, we know these seats will make our next move with no issue and if we encounter an issue in the future, we know the HT market staff will take care of us.I am BEYOND satisfied with the product, the staff at HT and our overall experience.

We recently purchased 8 HT Design Home theater seats online from the HTmarket and are extremely satisfied with both the product and service received. After lots of research and comparison, I initially placed an order on 8 brown Somerset seats based on the price, style and features. But they didnt have the seats in stock for quick ship. Tom from HTmarket was very helpful. Tom suggested the options of getting Somerset seats in black color or go with HTDesign Warwick seat in brown leather. Because right color is more important factor for us, we opted for Warwick seats. Tom promptly updated the order and have them shipped out the next business day as promised.When the seats arrived we set them up in our theater room in little time. They really looks elegant and sits very comfortable! We cant be happier with the purchase. The quality is much better than what we can found at most of local furniture stores. We also like the features of power recline, removable LED light and usb charger outlet by cup holder and stockawy tray. The price was great too. I recently purchased the Warwrick row of 4(+loveseat) from HTMarket and have been using just about every day for the past couple weeks. In all honesty these are some of best theater seats on the market hands down! I did a lot of research with different companies and for the price and quality HTMarket was a clear winner. I did run into a few minor problems after my theater seats were delivered, but Tom and his team were quick and supportive to address any concerns without hesitation. I was impressed with their great and thorough communication. Probably one of the best support services Ive dealt with in quite some time. 10/10 would buy again!

I ordered the Paget automatic loungers. They are configurable in almost any way you would want.I was torn between doing 4 individual seats with arms/cup holders for each or doing a loveseat in the middle. I opted for the 4 seat with loveseat in the middle configuration. But I also purchased the optional removable arm. This way it’s similar to having four separate chairs. But when you want a loveseat to snuggle or lie horizontally you can simply remove the arm.DELIVERY: Delivery was pretty much within the time frame expected. Still waiting on the plastic cup holder inserts, which are shipped separately, but they are in transit.I opted for curbside delivery to save a bit of money. Each chair is delivered in its own box in 2 sections. The armless and one armed sections were very manageable. The two armed recliner was a bit too heavy to handle by myself but I worked it out. They were all packaged nicely and well protected.SETUP: Setup was SIMPLE. Line up the chairs, plug them in and slide on the backs. That’s it. Done. Takes only a few minutes.QUALITY: I was very impressed with the quality. They appear well constructed and durable.COMFORT: They are extremely comfortable. The are very straight in the start position. Which is good for those who need good back support. The auto recline is smooth and fast. I was extremely impressed with how far they recline (without taking up too much room - the chairs can be placed almost all the way up to the wall and they still recline almost horizontally). Definitely great for napping!!LOOKS: The black finish with the blue LEDs (base, cup and button lighting) look professional and modern. Really cool. The only minor complaint is that the base lighting faces out and when you recline the light affects tv watching. You probably would not want them on while watching. But it’s no big deal. They’re mostly there for aesthetics anyway.VALUE: The best part of the Paget line is the value. You get quality recliners, auto recline, led lighting, cup holders, removable trays and arm storage (the trays even fit in the arms!) all for the price of a standard recliner. I also plan on purchasing the tablet holder that fits into the hole where the trays go. They also have wine glass holders and other optional accessories that make use of that space.CUSTOMER SERVICE: I checked up on delivery once and had a basic question. I expected a basic answer, but Tom gave me a very detailed explanation. His responses were fast, too. I was very impressed with the attentiveness.CONCLUSION: I don’t often take the time to leave reviews, but I wanted anyone considering this purchase and this company to know how impressed I was from start to finish. If you are wondering whether to pull the trigger on this purchase, I highly recommend that you do. These seats take your living room or theater to a new level.

I purchased 3 Hamilton chairs and a Paget loveseat from HTMarket for our theater and they have all been fantastic.Guests love the Hamiltons and Ive had a few doze off in them during a good movie. The leather on these chairs is also extremely pet resistant (cat claws!).Any time Ive had an issue, the HTMarket staff has been super quick to respond and resolve.I would purchase from them again.

HTmarket Warwick seats were the perfect selection for my dedicated home theater which was also recently recognized as Home Theater of the Month at AVSForum and was also featured with CNETs Show Me Yours about home theaters.When my wife and I decided to build a dedicated home theater, we knew seating would be very important. You can have the best sounding / looking high-end theater, but unless the seats are comfortable, one wouldnt be able to truly enjoy and appreciate the movie.We purchased the Warwick seats sight unseen and took a chance on others reviews. I wanted something with real leather, power recline and USB charging. The price point, style and comfort (from what I had read) was exactly what we were looking for. I took the plunge and also included the white glove delivery service and can honestly say we couldnt be happier with the seats! We purchased 7 total (3 in front row and 4 in rear with love seat option in the middle). I would highly recommend the product and folks at HTmarket as they were great to work with!

I spent weeks researching about theater seating and learned a lot about HTMarket from an online forum where the owner is actively interacting with customers and it gave me the confidence to purchase a set of 6 Belmont seats via white glove delivery. Delivery was excellent and they installed everything perfectly in my home theater room. I love the seats and have no complaints. I noticed the cupholder inserts were missing and sent them an email. I purchased the Southampton Row of Four w/Center Loveseat, CHTC-29 (awesome carpet by the way), and 4 sconce lights from HT. At first I was a little leary spending that much with a store thats in Chicago while I live in Texas, but Tom on their sales team was fantastic and put me at ease. All of our items were shipped and packaged well, exceeded our expectations and their price couldnt be beat. Everyone loves our movie theater and I absolutely love spending time in there all because of HTs high quality products and service! I highly recommend and would definitely use them again if I need to build another home theater!!!
