The gelato is great! The service is really awesome! There was this really cool man working there, I didn’t get his name. But he was really personable & very informative w/ each flavor they had. My boyfriend & I felt really welcomed & can’t wait to come again w/ our friends. Highly recommend this place. ☺️

This place is fantastic!! Best Gelato Ive ever had. They come up with new flavors all the time, made from the heart 💖They have excellent beverages and now Tamales on the weekends. Theyre a Mother and Son team, Super nice, down to Earth people. Cute area to sit inside and outside..Dogs are welcome outside too.

Virtuosity, to do the common uncommonly well. Outstanding product and service. As a life long lover of the ice cream and frozen dairy treats this has easily reached the top of the list. Who knew happiness can be found in a little frozen cup.Lemon Basil and Almond is the move.

When I went in with my nephew we both really enjoyed the Gelato. I got the toasted marshmallow, coconut, and strawberry cheesecake which were all great tasting flavors and my nephew got tiramisu and milk chocolate which he loved. I would say everyone should try here once.

Amazing local Gelato shop, ice cream is delicious, portion sizes are very generous. Owners are really friendly and take a lot of pride in the ice cream they create. They create a lot of new flavors.

The inside is quite pretty too but not as intimate.The gelato is home made, always fresh and never disappoints. A great find in Jefferson Park! Amazing assortment of flavors...some kept in case in front, but majority in back...so check the blackboard :)The service is so friendly and the shop is so cute with a few tables out front too! Only open May through Octoberish...so enjoy it while you can!

This place is sooo good! The flavors are exciting and delicious. I love the Mayan chocolate and the grapefruit flavors. They also sell gelato paletas in original flavors as well as traditional paletas. The people that work there are super nice and the place is super clean and cute. I am so lucky it’s in my neighborhood.

I was driving by and miraculously saw this place; I had no idea a gelato place opened up in Jefferson Park. I finally was able to stop in and give it a try - let me tell you, the gelato is amazing, the employees are friendly, and the atmosphere is beyond cozy (since it is tucked away in the corner). Depending on the time of day, parking can be trying, but manageable. I cant wait to go back and try some other flavors!!!

Ive already been here twice and both times have been great.The desserts have been amazing. Creamy and full of flavor. If available, try the Toasted Marshmallow, its great.The people have been great. Makes suggestions and they let you try the flavors.They have tables inside and and outside.I will continue to return. Its sounds like they are going to have soups when the weather cools, I look forward to trying it.Bicycling: Milwaukee Avenue is an official route. There are bicycle lanes north of here. They have outdoor seating. There is no bike rack, but there fence nearby should help.

Hands down the best gelato in Illinois! They have perfected the flavors and texture of their gelato. Their pink grapefruit is my absolute favorite. Their gelato pops are fantastic too. The java and tiramisu gelato pops are so good. I always love supporting local business and this one deserves all the love!

Ill definitely update my review and take pictures the next time Im there. The gelato is so darn good that I just didnt want to stop for the photo! They change the flavors I believe weekly, so theres always a nice variety and usually something different. Every fruit flavor Ive tried is so natural tasting to the actual fruit. dont snooze on the Mexican chocolate if you like a little surprise kick in the end! And I never leave without bringing a small cup of limone home with me. For someone who doesnt love lemon its a real surprise treat!

A little bit hidden, but IX-Chel is a wonderful new destination. The combination of friendly service and great gelato is a cant miss addition to the Jefferson Park Neighborhood (and I would argue beyond). Make sure you try some new flavors or enjoy a Paleta, which are made with real ingredients (so delicious and refreshing). Personally, I recommend trying the Mayan Chocolate, but to be honest I havent tried anything I wouldnt recommend.
