I ordered a few items here. The main items were chicharrón con cueritos and agua de sandía. They didn’t add a lot of cueritos on my chicharrón. Mostly veggies and not a lot of crema and avacados. And the agua de sandia was very sweet. My mom called the store kindly complaining about those 2 items. The manager was very sweet and kind to my mom on the phone. The manager offered us a free chicharrón and una agua of whatever flavor we wanted. I went to pick them up, and they took care of me very well. They definitely know how to handle customer service very well.

They have THE best Pistachio Milk Shake in the world so far, until I find a better place I will come here for that delicious greeny goodness

Double charged me $59.00 thru Uber and no refund. Fruit wasn’t even fresh and delicious, mango was not ripe and berries were soggy.

Is a good place to have a ice cream

Very disappointed. I asked for a bionico with banana, strawberry and apple. They did not add the apple, the banana tasted old, and the strawberries tasted like had been frozen and defrosted. The quality of the fruit was gross. The lady that made it didnt even try to cut the fruit. She just tossed in huge pieces. Safe to say I will not return.

I pass up a few Los Mangos/Michoacanas on my way here and I come to this SPECIFIC LOCATION because of the good customer service. I always get a vampiro or a Pico de Gallo and the fruit has always been fresh. Seems like you can get a cup a fruit just about anywhere but friendly service is hard to find.

The people there seemed very nice, i had gotten a fruit cup which contained cucumber, watermelon, mango, and jicama, all the fruit except for the cucumbers, tasted and smelled as if they had gone bad, the watermelon and jicama had a almost slime coat on them, it was unfortunate, and now im feeling a little sick from my stomach, i understand its hard with covid and all and it must seem like a waste to toss food, but I would not go back here just for the reason that the fruit was not fresh, my friend got an elote and enjoyed it, her stuff seemed fine.

I love coming here with my daughter. They have the best customer service, the staff is very friendly and welcoming. The fruit is always fresh and they have a wide variety of menu items. The restaurant and bathroom are always clean, the staff uses gloves at all times. Will keep recommending friends and family.

Everything here is just great and delicious, the food is prefect even if its not a hot day! I highly recommend this place for a nice cold treat.

All their options are seriously addictive drugs to my taste buds, and I can 100% say that the people that Ive gone with or who have tried it because I recommended the ice cream shop, always thank me for such tasty blessing. dont get me started on their tamales and their strawberry actual cheese cake ice cream (little cube sized bites of cheesecake included too; uff scrumptious) and their Ferrero Rocher (best warning in the world: mighty larger Ferrero chunks of chocolate. YUM) ice cream. ABSOLUTE BEST COMBO! I think I might end up tattooing the logo on my hip as a sign of love and loyalty.

So yummy!!!! Cant wait to visit again!! They also have fresh waters aside from frozen treats. My favorite is the cucumber water.

I first tasted and loved Mangonado at taste of Chicago. Then I noticed Los-Mangos and saw their sign advertising Mangonado. I came with my partner-in-crime, my uncle and their Mangonado was absolutely delicious. The combination of fresh mango, frozen mango, and the chili flavorings that they add was so satisfying. All is their creations are all natural This is our new sweet treats destination.

Great service! The guy gave us the extra smoothie that they usually throw out 🌞 hopefully it isnt just because we came in at 10pm that made us get great treatment. Patio is so cute! would eat here again 👍🏽

I am doing a favor to give them one 🌟 star, because they terrible, service in is slow, and unprofessional, now they have a men employee that he doesnt seem oriented about what he commented around customers, they have to go and rinse the ice cream scoop all the way to the sink every time they scoop ( which is ok,) but, I f is busy just get a big buckets station on each fridge, plus the ice cream it was kind of melt down when they scooped.I walked by out with the worst impression of them.

Came because it was highly rated..they were friendly even though we swung by just before close. Worst mangoneada Ive ever had. Low quality mango ice cream. Not rich. More like shaved ice. What a joke.

I dont complain about the service, the girls are friendly. I complain about the price, first time I buy hereand I understand that everything is in the clouds but $ 4 for a water strawberry popsicle😳. The girl tells me when she charges me the strawberry palette it has another price because it is a special palette and I said ok but when I charge almost $ 9 for three palettes (two of lemon and one of strawberry) and honestly that of water strawberry alone had a frozen strawberry that was special ?? If that is how the water pallets charge, I dont want to imagine the other pallets, imagine a family of 5 buying pallets from all the children
