I always go here every week, order elote with very easy everything (but they always put extra) as if employee isnt paying attention to your order. I also asked for a scoop of vanilla and the ice cream was extremely hard so I asked if I could get a replacement, due to covid they couldnt take my ice cream back - understandable. But they tried charging me FULL price for the scoop. Very poor customer service. AC is never working either at that ice cream shop. Lets not forget how their fruit is always looking like its been sitting there and when you try to request fresh fruit from their fridge, they always try saying they just took it out of the fridge ... what a shame.

Wow, this place is going to be rocking in the summer time. The inside is very clean, the colors & the way they have everything set up is so tranquil. Selection of products so many ice cream fabulous. They also have tamales, elote, Paletas, fresh yogurt & so much more to much to list. They also have specials everyday of the week. You definitely will not be let down if you stop in for a treat. The staff are all very nice as well.😊

Asked for a plain mangonado because someone in my family cannot have spices for health reasons, received with what I didn’t ask for after they even repeated what I asked for.

Friendly service and helpful. All drinks and fruits are fresh and tasty. The only thing I wish was that they would put more of a decription on each item.

There are new to our area. The ice cream is good the Mexican style corn Elotesis good and my girls like the smoothies and tamales.

Clean place, wonderful nice staff working there. Got the fresas con creama which was delicious and And an elite that brought me back to my childhood. Prices arent bad either! Definitely worth checking out.

Good sweets and food just a little pricey

The service was great however I had tamales from here and they were horrible. When I got home I ate them and they seem they were not fresh at all. Tamales Are not expensive but they are not good either. I’d rather pay more money for a better tamale.

This place is great! Amazing service, super clean, everything is made fresh and they take great covid precautions. Their horchata is AMAZING, doesn’t have that nasty syrupy taste like most places do. Anything you order will be good! A must try!

Excelente lugar, buena ubicación y precios, además la atención al cliente es buena y su lobby es agradable.. Gran variedad en helados y nieves y otros postres. El único pero es que no cuentan con parking propio, pero puede uno estacionarse en ambos lados de la calle.

Very bad service, I did not see any employee with gloves, I tried to order several things, but it lasted 15-20 minutes, or there were not the necessary ingredients, not to mention cleaning, in the end I asked for some flaming chettos with cheese, something simple for that apparently there were not many things.

They do not use gloves to prepare things, it is unsanitary if you want to know The taste of a snow you cannot ask for the test you have to buy it without knowing what it tastes like. In other paleterias of the same company, if you can, I did not like it The service or the quality of things the snow lacks good taste in the same way The yoghurt is fatal I definitely only give them one star and it is a lot for that place
