Really tasty and amazing customer service. We found out abt this place abt 8 min before they closed for the night, we called them up and they were nice enough to take our orders and have them ready for us to pick up. Totally recommend it .. we had ice cream rolls for the first time and it was a great experience.

Our pina colada was delicious. Lots of coconut & pineapple. Ice cream itself was very tasty. Place serves as the name suggests !!

My daughter and I first time having rolled ice cream..IT WAS AMAZING! Tasty Chill was a very relaxing environment. The workers were welcoming and attentive. We loved seeing our ice cream made in front of us...it’s worth trying. I’ll definitely patronize this place again..we loved it!!

Everything in there is super cool, they have a cool register that made my kids happy 😍Very delicious ice cream! Although it was packed but the wait was worthI am just so amazed how awesome this is. 100% Fresh ingredient. I like that you get to see it prepared right there in front of you & it’s all fresh & so good. This is definitely now my favorite Orland Park spot😍❤️

Orland Mall location:First of all, they need to hire more family members because the two children they have making orders move pretty slow. The milkshake costs a lot just to be made with a teaspoon of milk and a couple scoops of ice cream. A single scoop of ice cream is only $3 and there’s no extra charge for a waffle cone, surprisingly. Overall, the wait wasn’t worth it and I will not be back.

I wish I can give this place more than 5 stars. Love the way they crafting the ice cream. Staff was so nice & helpfull. They were working hard to accommodate all their customers. I had a great experience with my grand kids.

Ice cream was pretty average, but service was so bad. It was my god son’s first time trying rolled ice cream so I wanted to be special. As we walked in no one greated us, the employees had a very negative attitude they looked like they didn’t want to be there and made the experience very uncomfortable. The girl who was preparing our ice cream had her hair all over her face which made me feel worried I would find a hair in ice cream. I would not be coming back nor recommending the place.

Great newer place! Theres a lot of space to sit and its not so packed. The prices are reasonable, around 6 bucks for the cup of ice cream.

Ok just checked this place out. Cant comment on the rolled ice cream, but for the bubble tea: 30 minute wait for tapioca!!!! INSANE! Dont charge full price if Im not getting full product! As for NEW employee whos answer was dont know, its my first day. Make sure employees are fully trained before they start and MAKE SURE they know the products!!!! They better get their act together before I come back!!!

Employees were pleasant (I was the only customer there at the time), but the lychee bubble tea I had was not good. It was sickeningly sweet, and the boba seemed kind of off as well (like there was a slimier outer layer over the chewy center). I couldnt even finish drinking it. Maybe things just arent as good in the off-season.

I came in with my kid to get ice cream. Im standing at the counter waiting to be served not even eye contact. Young couple came in 5 minutes after, they greeted before they even made it through the door. Im not coming back.
