We bought a coffee grinder from MPE and set it up incorrectly. MPE video chatted with us and trouble shot the entire thing remotely to find out the issue (which was us.) Ever since, the grinder has worked perfectly and is exactly what was promised. Great product, great customer service. Couldnt ask for more.
