I had a wonderful experience thanks to Tenyia. She was excited to assist me. I requested a bra fitting and I assumed she’d bring out the ole fashion tape measure but she had the amazing gift of knowledge. By just looking at me she was able to provide me the appropriate size. I was shocked. She brought me some amazing and beautiful options. It had been 2 years since my last fitting and I dreaded the experience again. I had an experienced sales associate help me at Nordstroms. However due to my breast size, her approach made me feel as if I was disfigured. I walked away from that experience feeling poorly. That was NOT my experience with Tenyia. It was so enjoyable. I never knew a bra could make me feel confident. Thank you Tenyia.

It really didn’t feel like a sales job but a wellness intervention. My stylist Nancy was so knowledgeable and patient with my questions. I LOVE my bras and panties and immediately ordered two more after a few weeks. I feel more confident in my dresses and shirts as a result. Good fit (I have large breasts but small rib cage), great quality and beautiful bras.

The people here are very welcoming and its always a comfortable environment whenever I come here. Carol has helped me quite a few times, especially when I needed a supportive strapless bra for a bridesmaid dress. The ones in store at the time didnt hide well with the dress or held me properly, but Carol went above and beyond to find a bra to be shipped to the store for me and its probably one of my most comfortable, supportive bras Ive bought through her. They work wonders here.

Having recently completed surgery and radiation treatment for breast cancer, I was reluctant to have anyone in the dressing room with me when I was finally able to wear a real bra. Nancy was so respectful to my concerns and gave me the privacy I needed while still doing an incredible job of finding the perfect bras for me. I selected 3 and they are not only gorgeous, but do everything I want in a bra. The underwire lays flat on my chest and I get a great shape. The bras are so comfortable, Im not even aware that Im wearing them.

Amazing experience! I was looking for a bra at VS and was told by the associate that I was an F and she wrote down the size and address for Rigby and Peller and told me to go there as thats where she gets her bras. Such a great store! I had no idea that there were so many bras (not online!) that were in my size that were actually pretty and sexy! No physical measuring was done, the fantastic lady looked at me in my bra and she was dead on with the size. 32 F (or G in some styles) is my size as its London sizes. She helped me try on a variety of beautiful bras and when she got more I had a nice black silk robe to put on. Yes some of the bras are quite pricey, but AMAZING quality. I was looking for a sexy (and somewhat supportive) push up bra and she put me in styles I, at my chest size, wouldnt dream of ever trying on, but they actually were supportive and looked good! Ended up purchasing one and I am wearing it right now and it is so comfortable so far! Definitely recommend to all my larger chested ladies out there. They do it right!

Amazing customer service. Getting a properly-fitting bra shouldn’t be such a struggle and here it isn’t. They have sizes from peach pit to watermelon 😉. Pricey, but so worth it.

This was my first experience having a bra fitting and I am 59 years old. Caroline Reuschel was not only professional, but very knowledgeable about the products. She kept my budget in mind and I felt beautiful when I walked out, truly like a new, improved me! My husband immediately noticed (and loved) my new look and I now walk around with confidence. They sell the best brands of bras for women with bigger chests. Freya is my favorite everyday, but I have multiple amazing sports bras from other brands they carry! They also ship me everything to my house in Northern Michigan usually the day I call! Love their customer service!

A proper fitting bra does wonders, and the ladies at Intimacy do it well!Their merchandise is top of the line and comes with a hefty price tag (many bras are upwards of $75-100). You are able to make an appointment with a bra fit specialist on their website or by calling in advance, which I recommend doing if you are coming on the weekend or looking for something to go with a particular outfit. They know their products well, just dont be alarmed if you size changes dramatically as many of us are wearing the wrong size bras!

If I could rate this place BEYOND EXCELLENT for customer service, I would. As any woman with sizable tatas knows, bra shopping can be real torture. But not here. NEVER here. A shopping consultation here is a cross between a visit to the spa and a trip to Grandmas house. The consultants here know what they are doing, and they are there for anything you need. They are ready for whatever problem you throw at them. They spend as much time as necessary making sure your girls are happy and your bra is pretty, comfy AND the right fit. This place was amazing! Went to Victoria Secret & wasted 3 hours to find one okay fitting bra. Went here and found several excellent fitting bras, body shapers & swimsuits in 10 minutes! To make matters better, the customer service was wonderful!

Rigby has ALWAYS been my favorite bra store since i was in my 20s. Its a blessing to not have to wait for a trip to London (its where all my dads family lives) to get pretty bras that fit well... not to mention swimsuit tops that support... I USED to (when I was in my 20s have a 28DD) and they were the only store where I didnt have to get the bra taken in on the rib cage... now that Ive put on weight, Im a 32 to 34 H or G... and Rigby ALWAYS has pretty things for me... that FIT and SUPPORT... and the ladies who work there take one look at you and bring out the right bras, no measuring required, they just KNOW

Estelle was my salesperson and she was awesome. What I wanted were some bras that made me look good in the clothes I wear. And that was what I got. They make me look sculpted and more youthful. Im over 50 and the maidenform bras I was wearing made me look dumpy and matronly. I threw the one I had in the trash when I got my new ones and am very pleased with my purchase of 5 bras. Yes, they were more expensive than I had spent before. But you get what you pay for. I only buy bras maybe once every 2 years. These were worth it. I went with 3 lady friends and we all had a great time!

I can’t say enough glowing remarks about my experience with Larcenia. Who knew, at my age, I had so much to learn? I’ve purchased bras and swimwear online from R&P for years, but it’s worth the price of a plane ticket to experience their expertise in person. Specifically Larcenia. I stopped by to purchase a little something impractical, and left with a year’s worth of lingerie that actually position the girls where they belong, an incredible deal on silk nightwear, plus swimwear that fits the best I’ve ever had. Larcenia spent a huge amount of time and patience educating me, and hopefully I’ll do her proud as I go out in the world, perky as can be. Do yourself a favor and stop by to educate yourself regarding how lingerie should truly fit. And be sure to ask for Larcenia. She’s fantastic to work with.

Im so disappointed right now. I went in to get measured and fitted for a bra to wear under my wedding dress and was so optimistic about what the experience would be like. My salesperson was Evanny and she basically left me hanging. She gave me no options, didnt measure me, left me in the dressing room by myself while I heard her in the next dressing room tending to her customers every need. She gave me a bustier with an F cup...Im nowhere near an F cup and it was clearly not fitting well. I left and will never go back. So disappointed.
