Great employees i bought 2000.00 in luggage and very satisfied

I had to return a Tumi tote since my laptop did not fit. Nic who was working this evening was such an exceptional sales person. He showed me other options that could work. He was very knowlegeable about Tumi and just an overall a nice person and very helpful!

I stopped in to get a zipper pull replaced on my Tumi luggage. The store manager was SO nice and super helpful. My luggage was fixed and I was on my way in no time. I would highly recommend Tumi, and the Michigan Ave store!

Had a broken grip on my 2 years old tumi I bought in Singapore. The shop repaired it within 10 mins free of charge without any questions.Friendly, fast and competent!

Tumi does make lovely luggage. So well made. And so expensive. Sigh.

Dont ever buy a Tumi suitcase. The price you pay is ridiculous. $800!?!? The durability is garbage. The customer service is rotten. My suitcase wrinkled my freshly dry cleaned suits and has a huge in it after ONE ROUND TRIP FLIGHT. GO buy a TravelPro, Samsonite, Away, or Rockland.

This is a good place to waste your time.
